"We don’t even need to prepare too many rewards for the warrior players in this operation. I believe Hog will be more than willing to offer this generous feedback on our behalf."

Adel paused again, noticing Murphy’s gaze fixed on her. She subtly straightened her chest and added,

"However, there is a significant issue that cannot be overlooked: your warriors’ current strength is vastly inferior to that of the Pestilence Clan. Not to mention directly challenging the Pestilence Clan’s magicians, even their elite skeleton army would pose a formidable threat to your warriors.

Based on the casualty rate during our battles in Kenbort’s camp, there is a significant chance they could suffer a devastating annihilation.

I don’t know much about the Wolf People’s forces in the Dark Mountain Range, but I guess that even in such harsh conditions, the Pestilence Clan is certainly not a minor clan on the fringes.

They’ve been assigned the task of searching for the King of Bone Biting’s secret, indicating their combat potency has been recognized by the higher echelons of the Wolf People."

"Danger? It’s but a vibrant embellishment seen in the eyes of warriors chasing victory above their spoils."

Murphy was noncommittal about the danger Adel mentioned.

He stood up and took the latest updated marsh map near the Pestilence Town from Adel’s hands.

It showed the skeleton army’s defenses and the optimal routes forward, marked by the Thorn Clan’s Night Walkers and Witch Hunters, with the Pestilence Town at the center of this hand-drawn map.

These Wolf People indeed had some skill: the current defenses forced any attacker to engage and overcome at least three skeleton armies from any direction before they could approach the vicinity of the Pestilence Town.

It was like a web spread in all directions.

"Perfect."

As Murphy looked at the map before him, he revealed a subtle smile to Adel’s astonished gaze and whispered,

"From a team instance design perspective, such planning is simply perfect, and it doesn’t even need more embellishments. The combat pattern from weak to strong will make them realize that they are nearing a danger zone, while the allure of the King of Bone Biting’s secret is sufficiently significant!

I’ve decided!

This ’new map’ must go live immediately! Alas, this matter isn’t immense enough to bear the title of an ’extra expansion,’ so we can only incorporate it as an event."

Murphy rolled up the map in his hand and said to Adel,

"You need to select some clever scouts to re-enter the swamp, but this time, they won’t be executing reconnaissance missions; I need them to become ’guides’!

They must take on the responsibility of guiding my warriors across different areas and releasing task chains. I need to design a complete set of task chains for this new team instance, guiding my warriors to the ultimate battleground at Pestilence Town.

However, the task chain design shouldn’t be my responsibility."

Murphy glanced at Adel and said,

"From the very beginning, you’ve been by my side, Adel. Although you prefer to keep a low profile and not seek attention, you’ve observed my interactions with my warriors from start to finish. I believe you have the wisdom to learn the essence from it. Therefore, I’m entrusting this task to you and Phemis.

The young lady was very unsatisfied with my approach during the previous campaign at Kenbort’s camp, and I promised to give her an opportunity to design such a scheme; now the time has come.

So, both of you get on it. Before this new map goes live, you must submit a complete guidance and combat plan to me."

"This is a challenging task, Master."

Adel frowned and said,

"We can learn from you and gradually take over the duty of interacting with the warriors, but I think this will take time. Such a large project is handed over to us two ’newcomers.’

Are you really confident about this?"

"Of course."

Murphy said with a twinkle in his eye,

"I trust your wisdom, and I will guide you from the sidelines. As new members of the ’development team,’ these are the professional skills you must learn.

I initially wanted Maxim to be involved, but I quickly realized that Maxim is already overwhelmed with military affairs, and his straightforward thinking is not well-suited for this kind of intricate design work."

"Since you say so, I will work with Miss Phemis to finish the first draft as soon as possible."

Adel nodded.

She knew it was going to be tough.

But the idea of refusal never crossed her mind, perhaps because this request came from Murphy, and a servant cannot resist any demands of their master.

Watching Adel leave with the new task, Murphy gazed at her swaying hips and the sway of her figure accompanied by the crisp sound of high heels vanishing into the darkness. He wondered if it was an illusion that Adel’s movements weren’t as efficient as before, replaced by a posture that was unhurried and perfectly showcased her figure.

"Who the devil taught her that!"

Murphy stroked his chin in his office, unable to help but complain,

"Don’t let me catch you! Or else you’ll have it coming, one Triss is troublesome enough, another Adel and I think I’ll truly go mad..."

He pursed his lips, turned back to look at the map on the wall, and picked up a pen to draw a red circle on the map. Then he stepped back and folded his arms, contemplating the wall chart.

A few seconds later, he picked up the Core Bead and said,

"So, my dear little players, team instance 003 ’Land of the Rotting Corpse’ is about to go live!"
