Qin Zhiyou simply asked at the dining table, "Wei Hui, do you have time tomorrow?"

Although the hospital was open on weekends, many tests and consultations would be inconvenient, and Lu’s mother wouldn’t insist on going to the hospital on the weekends. Lu Weixi put down her chopsticks, "Is there something at home?"

She initially thought something had happened to the Qin family, but Qin Zhiyou shook his head, "No, it’s just that you haven’t been eating well lately. I found a restaurant that serves really great food, and it’s hard to get a reservation. I was wondering if you were available."

"Don’t worry, I’ll have a special chef make a meal for mom. We’ll head out early tomorrow. The place is a bit far, and we might even stay overnight. You better free up your Sunday too. If mom needs to go to the hospital on Monday, I can take you there."

Lu’s mother huffed, "I have legs, I can go to the hospital myself, no need for you to take me."

Although she had agreed to their marriage, she still disliked Qin Zhiyou for the time being.

Qin Zhiyou didn’t mind, but Lu Weixi remained anxious even after dinner. Even when they returned to their room and saw him working, she still wondered, would this guy really propose to her? How would he do it? Would there be a surprise?
