After both sides had given a brief introduction, Azathoth spoke,

Yuri was the one to respond,

A month had passed since the meeting. Most of the continent was now aware of the new island that had appeared.

It currently hovered above the sea, bordering only one kingdom: Azure. It had given rise to many new adventurers and some new items that were now spreading across the continent.

There weren’t many complaints about the adventurers, since most of them belonged to races already known in that world.

On the coast, a small market began to emerge around the portal.

Adventurers were the main driver of all this, due to merchants coming to sell items—many of which were new to the adventurers—and buying rare or unknown items from them in return.

Khan saw that he would only lose out if this continued, so he built a small city and implemented taxes. However, he offered safety within the city and cheap housing.

It was still early, so profits were low and there were few residents.

Khan was sitting in his office, reading requests, with Krone—as always—by his side, waiting for any orders.

Khan tried to recall their programming, but it had been too long, and he couldn’t remember.
