Chapter 351: Chapter 351: Moran Saves Me
Lin Qian suppressed the unusual feelings stirring within her, biting her lip as she gazed at the first man, unconsciously moving closer to him.
The man in front of her had an ordinary appearance and exuded an unpleasant odor. By rights, he should have been utterly repulsive—but in this moment, he emitted a magnetic, deadly allure.
Lin Qian steeled herself, grabbed hold of him, pressing against his body. She hid at his side, her face showing alarm, and spoke in a soft, fearful voice, "Big Brother, I’m scared."
Feeling Lin Qian’s reliance, the man was overcome by a swelling sense of pride.
He patted her hand, taking the opportunity to grope her as he comforted, "Don’t be scared, don’t be scared. Big Brother will take good care of you shortly."
Speaking these words, he reached out to embrace her, leaning in to kiss her.
Disgust overwhelmed Lin Qian, and she quickly turned her head to dodge him, her voice trembling as though on the verge of tears, "Big Brother, can you make them leave first? I just want to be with you alone—I don’t like being watched."
Her voice was soft and fragile, and her tearful, pear-blossom beauty tugged at the heartstrings.
The man swallowed hard, staring at Lin Qian’s watery, glistening eyes, as if he were bewitched.
"Alright, alright. Good girl, don’t cry. I’ll make them leave right away."
Turning his head, he addressed the other two men, "Laosan, Laosi, you two head out first. Let me have some private time with this little beauty."
"What? Second Brother, you want to hog her all to yourself?"
Laosi was displeased, frowning as he spoke.
"Hehehe, Laosi, the little beauty doesn’t like being crowded, and I don’t enjoy being watched while I’m... busy. Y’all head out and wait until I’m done, okay?"
The man winked at the two, smiling in a vulgar way.
Lin Qian hid by the man’s side, her heart racing as her almond-shaped eyes locked on the other two, dreading that they might refuse to leave.
Thankfully, the two men exchanged a look before one muttered in annoyance at the man beside her, "Second Brother, fine, but you better hurry up—don’t keep us waiting too long."
"Got it, got it, now go," the man chuckled, urging them out. As soon as they left, he couldn’t wait to pull Lin Qian closer, his foul lips lunging for her face.
Revulsion surged within Lin Qian, yet deep inside, an inexplicable desire flickered.
She pinched her arm hard, forcing the pain to clear her head.
Her gaze fell upon a brick lying on the ground. Lips pressed together, she allowed herself to be partially pinned to the ground by the man, reaching out to grab the brick.
The man’s face was painted with lust as he tore at Lin Qian’s clothes without restraint. She endured the humiliation, feigning cooperation with soft moans, while picking up the brick and smashing it against the back of his head as he closed his eyes to savor the moment.
He groaned in pain, and Lin Qian immediately clamped a hand over his mouth to prevent him from alerting the two outside.
She deliberately raised her voice, emitting exaggerated cries of pain, while lifting the brick again and striking him forcefully—over and over.
The man’s pupils dilated, his head slumped down, and he went still, laying atop her motionless.
Lin Qian swallowed hard, struggling to push the man off her, her heart pounding uncontrollably.
The tension and adrenaline buzzing in her body left her limbs weak. With trembling hands, she pinched at the soft flesh on her thighs and arms, keeping herself alert.
She had to leave this place—fast!
Lin Qian took deep breaths, sparing a glance at the man sprawled on the ground. She noticed the phone that had fallen from his pocket and instinctively picked it up.
Her eyes then darted to the window. Rushing over, she found a chair, climbed on it, and peered outside.
Thankfully, the window could be opened.
A flicker of joy brightened Lin Qian’s heart as she hurriedly pushed it open, cautiously climbing down.
The outside was pitch black, though the moon had risen softly in the sky.
Her feet landed on the loose soil of an abandoned vegetable plot. The night breeze chilled her, making her shiver.
Had she escaped?
But where was this place?
Where should she go?
Lin Qian scanned her surroundings, panic rising within her once more.
In her mind’s eye, Yin Moran’s tall, commanding figure appeared.
At this very moment, how desperately she wished he would descend like a god and rescue her.
Yin Moran—where was he?
Did he know she’d been abducted?
He had mentioned this morning that he would help her pick up her son in the afternoon.
Did he pick up Ziyang? Would he try calling her?
Would he realize she was missing?
Covering her mouth, Lin Qian wept in fear and despair, her vision blurred with tears.
Her hand brushed against something cold—it was the man’s phone. Only then did she remember she was still holding it.
A phone!
Yes, she needed to call Yin Moran—immediately!
Lin Qian wiped her tears hurriedly and unlocked the phone, relief washing over her when she found it wasn’t password-protected.
Perfect.
Lin Qian took unsteady steps forward, dialing Yin Moran’s number as she walked.
The phone rang several times before it was finally answered.
A cold, deep male voice came through the line.
"Who’s this?"
"Moran, help me."
Lin Qian couldn’t hold back, calling softly and tearfully.
"Qianqian? What happened? Where are you?"
The shock in Yin Moran’s voice was evident on the other end as he urgently asked.
"I don’t know. I went to the Gu Family to settle the bill and got drugged and abducted by Lu Jun. This seems to be a rural village. Moran, I feel awful—I’m so scared."
Lin Qian sobbed, clutching the phone as a faint sense of solace began to steady her heart.
"Don’t be afraid, I’m tracking your phone now. I’ll find you."
Yin Moran’s steady voice came through, filled with calming reassurance.
Lin Qian nodded fervently, speaking through her tears, "Okay, Moran, hurry."
"I will."
"..."
Meanwhile, outside the room, the two men who had been eavesdropping grew suspicious.
"Laosan, something’s wrong! There’s been no noise inside for a while now."
"Yeah! Does Second Brother like to keep quiet while... doing the deed?"
"Haha, that woman’s been drugged, shouldn’t she be moaning non-stop?"
"..."
Their lewd chatter skidded to a halt as Lu Jun returned after stepping away for a toilet break.
Seeing them still standing guard, his brows furrowed. "Why are you two out here?"
Upon hearing his voice, they both greeted him as "Big Brother."
One of them replied, "It’s because Second Brother said the woman doesn’t like being watched, so he made us leave."
Doesn’t like being watched?
Lu Jun’s expression darkened noticeably.
He tilted his head to listen but heard nothing from inside.
"Why’s there no sound?"
"That’s what we’re wondering too—it’s like Second Brother isn’t really into it!"
"Idiots!"
Realizing something was amiss, Lu Jun shoved the door open.
The room was empty, illuminated only by the glow of his phone’s flashlight. On the floor lay a man, but Lin Qian was nowhere to be seen.
Lu Jun’s face darkened further, his eyes flicking to the open window. A cold light flashed in his gaze.
Lin Qian—she’d escaped!
