However, these "technical adjustments" are limited. It isn’t that someone who is actually at the seventieth or eightieth position due to their sniping skills gets moved to the position of "Heaven Hero." They at least have to be within the top twenty in overall ability to take advantage of their special skills for ranking.

On the other hand, a Martial Artist who can overthrow the top three of the Tiger List with their speed would not be placed in "Sky Speed," even if they are indeed much faster than the others.
