King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 399 - 399 394 Joint Endorsement

Chapter 399: Chapter 394 Joint Endorsement Chapter 399: Chapter 394 Joint Endorsement Even if Princess Remilia could treat the Essence of Holy Water as a regular drink, some ancient dragons would still question her identity as the progenitor of the Blood Clan, as it was too incredible. This was a bloodline power that could rival deities. It seemed impossible that it would manifest in a human princess for no apparent reason.

Thus, these aged creatures, who had lived for eons and possessed vast knowledge and vast collections of books, brought forth various ancient tomes they had collected. They based their passionate debates on the reactions exhibited by Remilia when confronted with various tools used to restrain the Blood Clan.

In the end, these ancient dragons, using somewhat dubious ancient books, along with their knowledge and experience, arrived at a conclusion closest to reality: Remilia’s bloodline rank was below that of the progenitor, but higher than the prince’s, within the Blood Clan.

What Remilia had merged with was merely the remnant Original Blood of the progenitor – or to put it in less pleasant terms, the residual Original Blood of the progenitor.

Of course, this would be considered scraps by entities of the level of deities, Dragon Kings, and the Epics. To them, it held no value. However, for entities below that of a deity, it was still an exceptional treasure.

Just take a look at Remilia now: a Blood Clan member with no vulnerabilities, which could be regarded as a perfect creature in some respects.

“So, Remilia can’t turn back into a human now?” Muria asked the ancient dragons who had arrived at their conclusion, his expression somewhat sullen.

“Impossible. She’s now the purest of the Blood Clan, aside from the progenitor.” Ancient Golden Dragon Basde affirmed.

“But she is a human princess. The future queen of the Lockman Kingdom. Is it really okay for her to become a part of the Blood Clan?”

“Your Highness, I don’t think you should worry about that. Humans won’t care if their rulers have pure human bloodlines.

From what I’ve seen amongst humans, many human nobles and royal families no longer have pure human bloodlines. They inherit the power of other races, and take pride in the strength of their mixed bloodlines.

Moreover, many human rulers have become pure monsters, only maintaining their human forms through shape-shifting spells, and ruling their subjects as humans. So, it’s not a big deal for Princess Remilia to change into a Blood Clan member.”

“Is that so?” After hearing the ancient golden dragon’s words of comfort, Muria’s face lightened slightly, but he still seemed somewhat troubled.

“Is there something else bothering you, Your Highness?”

“Remilia’s Blood Clan identity will inevitably invite aggression and hostility from many of the powers in the Good Camp, but she hasn’t done anything wrong.” Muria looked around at the ten ancient dragons. “As you know, the Blood Clan is one of the dark races targeted by us, the Metallic Ancient Dragon. According to this rule, Remilia is our enemy.”

“Your Highness, one thing I think I should correct is that our Metallic Dragon Clan harbors hostility and even attacks dark races, including the Blood Clan, because they are brutal, bloodthirsty, and fond of unwarranted chaos and murder.

While Princess Remilia indeed belongs to a dark race, she hasn’t committed any brutal or wicked acts, so she will not be the object of our hostility.”

“You know Remilia, so you will not harbor hostility or even attack her because of her Blood Clan identity. But what about other creatures in the Good Camp? For example, the human Paladins. They won’t investigate what Remilia has done before attacking her,” Muria voiced his greatest concern.

Hearing Muria’s question, Ancient Golden Dragon Basde paused for a moment, then gave Muria a deep look and revealed a smile. “Your Highness, don’t worry. To let other kind creatures know that Princess Remilia is not an evil Blood Clan member, the solution is simple.”

“Oh? How?” Muria, masking his elation, feigned confusion.

“By my existence as proof.” Ancient Golden Dragon Basde smiled and extended his palm, on which a shining golden dragon scale rested.

Following that, behind him, a golden dragon shadow rose, and after emitting a resonant roar, rushed into the scale. Then, a miniature dragon shadow appeared vividly on the scale.

“To the princess who inherited the power of the Blood Clan progenitor.” The golden dragon Basde slightly raised his palm, the dragon scale in his hand flying into Remilia’s hand, who was held by Muria. “This is my gift to you. I hope you can stay true to your initial heart, suppress the influence of your bloodline, and become a kind queen.”

“Your Excellency Basde, this…” Seeing the dragon scale radiating a faint Dragon Prestige in Remilia’s hand, a moved look appeared on Muria’s face. This ancient golden dragon was, with his reputation, endorsing Remilia, proving she is not an evil creature.

“No worries.” Ancient Golden Dragon Basde waved his hand, “Prince Muria, you are now Princess Remilia’s guardian. I hope you can guide the princess well. Don’t let her fall into evil. In this way, the scale I gave her today will not be wasted.”

“I will.” Muria responded solemnly.

Seeing the action of the ancient golden dragon Basde and Muria’s response, the other nine ancient dragons exchanged glances, then all did the same as the ancient golden dragon – they took off a scale and embedded their breath within it, letting those who sensed this scale recognize their identity.

“Backed by the joint endorsement of ten Metallic Ancient Dragons, Remilia, no one will dare to attack you recklessly in the future.” Muria looked at the ten divergently-colored dragon scales radiating Dragon Prestige before him and smiled at Remilia in his arms.

“Hmm.” The young loli princess, with her ruby-like eyes sparkling, excitedly nodded as she stared at the ten scales surrounding her.

“Those ancient dragons must have seen through my intentions.” Recalling the profound smile on Ancient Golden Dragon Basde’s face just now, Muria laughed helplessly.

Of course, he would have no prejudice against Remilia becoming a member of the Blood Clan. Simply put, this was just a kind of special power that might sometimes affect her character.

But this isn’t something that cannot be resisted, it can be completely suppressed through later training and willpower. Therefore, Muria’s ultimate goal was to ask these ten ancient dragons to witness, jointly attest that Remilia is not evil.

“Remilia, starting from tomorrow, I’ll teach you how to become a qualified queen.” Muria gently stroked Remilia’s smooth light blue short hair.

A large part of the reason the ancient dragons were willing to endorse Remilia was because of him. Since that’s the case, Muria certainly can’t let the ancient dragons’ expectations go in vain.

…Several days later, Muria took a teary-eyed Remilia and many nobles to attend Belradin’s funeral, expressing their final respect to this hardworking former ruler.

Immediately after burying the former ruler, Muria began preparations for the upcoming “Golden Dragon Cup” competition registration.
