King of Titans and Dragons
Chapter 238 - 238 233 Princess

Chapter 238: Chapter 233: Princess?! Chapter 238: Chapter 233: Princess?! “Please, I beg you, no!”

“Don’t kill my father!”

Two pleading voices tinged with sobs suddenly rose from below. With a slight change in his expression, Muria flashed and disappeared on top of Red Dragon Otlis’s head.

A dark knight cloaked in armor, surrounded by a faint aura of death. Through the openings in his face-guard, Muria saw his soul fire faintly flickering as if it might extinguish at any moment.

However, what was interesting was that standing next to this near-extinct high-ranking undead were a youthful, beautiful girl with blond hair and blue eyes, and a young boy with baby fat still on his face, in front of a young man with green hair and horns.

This was a green dragon that was tasked to carry out Muria’s order to purge the undead.

“Your Majesty!” On seeing Muria suddenly appearing, the young man transformed into the gold-level Green Dragon was slightly taken aback, and immediately kneeled in salute.

“What’s happening?” Muria asked as he watched the scene with interest. A pair of siblings, standing in front of a dragon, all to protect the fast-fading high-level undead.

“These humans interfered with the execution of your orders, I was about to throw them aside,” The Green Dragon respectfully answered.

Being a Five Colored Dragon, he looked at the pitiful humans before him without any sympathy, and felt annoyed rather than compassionate towards their cries. He even felt the urge to swat them away with a wave of his hand, but repressed the impulse due to Muria’s presence.

“No, I mean, why are they shielding this undead creature?” Muria asked with a smirk. Dragons, particularly the Five Colored Dragons, were not particularly invested in the lives of humans.

“I do not know about that,” The Green Dragon lowered its head, hiding the confusion and curiosity in its eyes. It could not understand why such a superior creature would show interest in these insignificant humans.

“You go and cleanse the undead elsewhere, this dark knight is my responsibility,” Muria ordered. As the Green Dragon had suspected, he was indeed interested in the two siblings and wanted to understand their motives.

“Yes, Your Majesty!” A beam of green light flashed across the young man’s body, and he transformed back into the thirty-meter-plus green dragon. With a roar, he flapped his wings and flew off to cleanse the undead in other areas.

“Now, young lady, can you tell me why you want to protect this undead creature?” Muria turned his head and asked with a warm smile. His brilliant gold-colored eyes fell on Orlina, who was dusty and slightly disheveled.

“He is my father!” The girl looked up at Muria, who seemed to be even younger than her, and replied nervously to his question. This was a being who held command authority over dragons.

“Your father!” Muria raised his eyebrows, “How did he end up like this?”

“He…”

“Wait a moment.” Muria made a pause gesture, turned around, and looked at the Red Dragon Otlis, who was sitting in place drooling and staring at them,

“What are you still doing here? Go and clear the wave of undead outside this city!”

Under Orlina’s gaze of awe and curiosity, the gigantic dragon obediently opened its wings, flew towards the city outskirts, and then a scorching column of dragon flames spurted out towards the ground.

“What’s outside the city?” The young boy Balke asked Muria, who looked barely a few years older than him, in curiosity.

“Countless low-level undead, enough to fill this entire city!” Muria responded with a smile, and then turned his gaze to Orlina. “Beautiful miss, please continue. Give me a reason to spare this dark knight, even though he seems to be on the verge of extinction.”

…Under Muria’s imposing gaze, Orlina hurriedly recounted her father’s ordeal.

“So, he’s not only a respectable lord who became undead just to protect his subjects,” Muria’s teasing smile vanished, replaced by a solemn gaze towards the Dark Knight whose Soul Fire was flickering away.

“Indeed, he is also a competent father who, even after most of his memories had been wiped out, still protected his descendants and subjects based on residual memories and instincts.”

“Very good, such a distinguished knight indeed does not deserve to be killed. But…” Muria reached out and a blood-stained long spear flew from the dark knight’s side into his hand. “Can you explain the fresh blood? Undead don’t bleed this color.”

“Sir…” Orlina pleaded. “My father lost most of his memory and is being controlled by a Lich, it’s not his intention to do this!”

“Just tell me the truth.” Muria threw the filthy long spear on the ground. Being of Golden Dragon lineage, he naturally despised creatures that lie and loathed those who only revealed partial truths.

“Sir, I fear you…”

“Heh, a pointless worry.” Muria shook his head. “I am not some heartless creature.”

“Sir, please save my father.”

“I will not save an undead.” Muria shook his head, promptly refusing the girl’s plea. “But I can tell you, high-level undead likes to devour the Soul Fire of lower-level undead to recover when they are injured.”

“Thank you for your kindness.” The girl, Orlina, bowed her head to Muria in gratitude, then cast a supportive magic to boost up her strength, before bracing her father.

She hesitated a moment, and then, with a whisper that contained both trepidation and expectation, Orlina posed a question to Muria:

“May I ask, are you Princess Felicia?”

“Haha?!” Just as Muria was about to leave, his curiosity satisfied, he stopped in his tracks, then looked all around him in bafflement, finally resting his gaze upon Orlina who stared back at him in hopeful anticipation, “Are you talking to me?”

“I apologize, sir, I mistook your identity!” After seeing Muria’s reaction, Orlina immediately realized her mistake and hastily apologized.

“A mix-up?” Muria couldn’t resist touching his face, then looked down at his own armor and black large cape. “Your mistake is quite exaggerated. Which part of my appearance matches with that of a princess?”

“I apologize, sir!” Beads of sweat appeared on Orlina’s forehead.

“Tell me, why did you mistake me for this Princess Felicia?” Muria’s eyes slightly squinted. “I am not wearing a princess dress.”

“Because I saw so many dragons obeying your command,” Orlina explained nervously. “And they also addressed you as ‘Your Highness!’ So, I…”

“So you assumed I am that princess?” Muria looked at the girl, who seemed to have been hit on the head by a door, with a strange expression.

“Yes…Yes,” Orlina nodded in embarrassment. “Because according to the description in the rumors, you resemble Princess Felicia of the Orlando Empire.”
