As Muria was about to step onto the Golden Path leading out of the Torn Wind Elf King Divine Country, the God of Wind called out to him.

“Hmm?” Muria slightly turned his head, emitting a nasal sound.

“Majesty of the Netherworld, may I ask what your plans are for the future?” the Wind Elf King asked a question that seemed to have nothing to do with him.

“Whose are you referring to?”

“Yours, of course!”

“Isn’t that obvious? To become the supreme ruler of all Deities!” Muria said lightly, “That is a small goal I’ve set for myself.”

“To become the strongest, no wonder. So, I would like to know, can you accommodate a Powerful Divine Force?”

“Of course.” Hearing the Wind Elf King’s question, Muria turned slightly and surveyed the formless deity before him, purely composed of wind.

“If even I lacked such breadth of spirit, then my wish to become the strongest would be nothing but a joke.”

“In that case, please accept my allegiance, great Majesty of the Netherworld!”

Unexpectedly, yet within reason, the victorious God of Wind offered his loyalty to Muria.

“Why?” Although he knew the answer, Muria still chose to inquire.

“You won’t give up, will you?” The gentle wind howled in the azure Sky Dome, not boisterous, but more like a lullaby that made one long for sleep.

“That’s right.” Muria openly admitted, with nothing to hide. He would keep the promise he had just made, but that didn’t mean he wouldn’t use other means. Conquest did not only require force.

“If that’s the case, then I rather enjoy the clarity now. After all, you are different from those ancient Powerful Divine Forces, you have more potential than them, I see the possibility in you to surpass them, to become the true Lord of all Gods, the King of myriad deities.”

“Heh heh.” Hearing these words, which were almost seventy percent flattery, Muria chuckled. This was an indirect expression of the attitude of the Elf King before him,

“What you’ve said is exactly what I seek. Becoming the King of myriad deities is indeed my goal.”

“Thus, choosing to submit to you is a rather wise decision. Considering how you see yourself, there will surely be a place for me in your ranks.”

The Wind Elf King stated. This was a decision made after deep contemplation; he had been considering his path even as he fought.

To say he truly worshipped and admired Muria for the power he demonstrated would be nonsense. He had been a mighty Main God in his own right; how could he willingly become a subordinate?

Better to reign in hell than serve in heaven, this principle applied everywhere. But now he had to make a choice. In that case, it was better to be forthright.

Besides, this being had promised to tolerate his ascension to a Powerful Divine Force. With that said, there was nothing more to discuss.

His biggest concern as a Subordinate God of other deities would be that the Main God would intentionally suppress his advancement to secure their own position. But this Deity stated plainly that he would not suppress him.

Thus, even if he became a Subordinate God, should he ascend to be a Powerful Divine Force, even though they would nominally have a master-servant relationship, he believed with his strength, he could achieve a relatively equal status.

“I haven’t even had the chance to offer my surrender, and you’ve already given in?”

Within the Purple Light Domain, radiating pure Light like a dazzling purple sun, the Divine Being expressed a look of lament.

After recently being plagued by a ferocious beast cast out by a deity and forced to endure some unequal treatment, They opted to quietly observe the changes before reacting.

But everything that had happened in such a short time completely shattered Their previous understanding, and such a sudden change left Them somewhat unprepared.

Their own sovereign deity had actually surrendered before They did, an absurd and bizarre event that was truly like a dream. Clearly possessing the potential to ascend to become a being of great power, yet willingly bowing down to another powerful divine force, it was simply inconceivable.

“Knowing this, I should not have stubbornly persisted. How much better it would have been to surrender to that being then. Now, even if I want to offer my allegiance, there’s no chance.”

Regrets surfaced in the deity’s heart. Upon hearing of their sovereign deity’s choice, They felt annoyed about their actions of that day.

“Are you regretting it? Heh heh, it’s too late to regret now. His Majesty Mureya personally reached out to recruit you, and you actually refused.

But you didn’t expect this, did you? Your sovereign deity has bowed down to His Majesty Mureya, and by extension, you have no choice but to automatically become one of Lord Mureya’s subordinates.

To become a Subordinate God directly under Lord Mureya, such an opportunity won’t come twice.”

A somewhat schadenfreudian voice rose before the deity of Purple Light, the dignified deity faced the weak divine being claiming to be the Red Dragon Emperor with irritation in Their heart.

Their level of strength was certainly one grade higher than the other party’s, yet here the other party was, brazenly flaunting in front of Them, without the slightest consideration.

The reason, of course, was that behind the other party stood a being even Their sovereign deity had bowed to, which was exactly why this fellow dared to be so presumptuously active in Their presence.

“That expression, does it mean you find me disagreeable? If you’re upset, why don’t you hit me? Come on, I won’t defend myself, I’ll just stand here and let you hit me, I promise not to fight back!”

Red Dragon Emperor Auston read the room well, and realizing the hostile attitude of the fellow in front of Him, He immediately extended His claws and patted His chest loudly.

“Hmpf! We belong to the same allegiance, why would I attack you for no reason?”

The deity of Purple Light didn’t fall for such a low taunting tactic; They weren’t foolish. Such a clear attitude was clearly designed to provoke Them, and then naturally lead to doing something.

“Did you not hear clearly what I just said? You’ve missed the chance to become a direct subordinate of His Majesty Mureya. You are now a subordinate to one of Lord Mureya’s Subordinate Gods, one level below me, understand?”

Auston flapped His broad Red Dragonkin wings, deliberately flying to a position slightly higher than the deity of Purple Light, then looking down at Them with an arrogant attitude.

“Understood!”

Although Their heart was raging with anger, the deity of Purple Light still maintained a certain amount of rationality, dismissing the lowly trick. They would not be fooled.

“Since you understand, then please, I’ll be taking over this Domain from today. You go to the Divine Court to report first, then the Divine Court will arrange a new Domain for you to manage.”

Seeing the fellow in front of Him steadfastly not taking the bait, Auston let out a somewhat dissatisfied sigh.

As a sovereign deity surrendered along with their divine system, for the sake of future stability, Auston felt the need to make an example out of a “chicken” to show the other “monkeys,” to prevent any unpleasant incidents in the future.

Of course, the main reason was that the Dragon God, who had emerged from the divine sphere, wanted to reduce the number of people sharing the cake. With Mureya’s maneuver, His influence had undoubtedly expanded greatly; however, as the cake grew larger, the number of people sharing it increased, which greatly annoyed the dragon.

Because of the nature of faith, deities who surrendered in the future and underwent certain education wouldn’t undergo too significant an adjustment. At most, They would be encouraged to make certain corrections in their doctrine.

So, when Auston came over to take charge of the Purple Light deity’s Domain, it was only temporary. But the deity didn’t know this!

Hence, when the Purple Light deity heard the request from the insignificant deity before Them, Their expression shifted continuously, but after some consideration, They made up Their mind,

“Fine, I’ll depart now. May I inquire, how shall I proceed to the Divine Court? Once there, what should I take note of?”
