Chapter 1034 - 1034 1021 The Terrifying Dharma Appearance

Chapter 1034: Chapter 1021: The Terrifying Dharma Appearance Chapter 1034: Chapter 1021: The Terrifying Dharma Appearance “Muria, What is this thing?”

When Muria displayed his Dharma Appearance, the five Different Species generals were instantly stunned—they had never seen such a technique on a Human.

Muria’s Dharma Appearance brought them immense oppressive force, the vast Cloud Sea, the endless stars, the Divine Beast perched atop the Star Cluster, and the Emperor that ruled over all.

Each one presented an overwhelming oppressive force, especially the all-controlling Emperor, who completely overpowered them in terms of aura.

“Under the heavens, is there a spot that is not the Emperor’s land?”

Muria whispered to himself; the twelve strings of his Emperor’s crown swayed without wind, and then a vastly Covering Domain took shape as he uttered these words.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

As this Domain formed, plumes of blood mist exploded and filled the Sky, the result of the elite Soldiers from the ranks of those Different Species generals. Those soldiers who had followed their generals into the invasion could not withstand the power released by Muria’s Dharma Appearance and burst into death.

“By the edges of the lands, is there a subject that is not the Emperor’s servant?”

Muria continued to recite the second line, and as this line fell, a massive pressure descended upon these Different Species, forcing them to kneel in Submission.

Although some of the Different Species bent under this immense pressure, they managed not to kneel. These non-Human Intelligent Races that had descended from beyond the heavens had their own convictions.

“Is this guy really a Human?” Their own five generals had joined hands, bolstered by soldiers from behind, yet they were now being dominated in terms of aura by a single individual, which made the Different Species doubt their existence.

“It’s just an aura of might, but that doesn’t mean his battle strength is just as formidable. Watch me kill him.”

Feeling the fighting spirit of his companions and the soldiers behind beginning to waver, a general let out a cold snort and then gripped his long Weapon, covered with thorns and barbs, and fiercely chopped down, splitting the pressing vast Cloud Sea, and then, driving his Mount, charged towards Muria.

But this Different Species general had not charged a set distance before he came face-to-face with an Exotic Beast that appeared atop the connected stars; it was a tri-headed Exotic Beast with an eagle’s head, a lion’s body, and a snake’s tail, which at first seemed as illusory as decoration.

Roar!

However, when the Different Species general approached, the thirteen stars beneath the Exotic Beast shone brightly, blazing with Light, and afterward, the body of the beast rapidly solidified at a pace visible to the Flesh Eye, ultimately appearing as real as anything else, and let out a roar that resounded through the heavens.

After issuing this roar, the Exotic Beast extended its Claws, striking at the ferocious-faced Different Species general, who, although somewhat surprised by the sudden change of the beast, didn’t take it to heart and raised his Weapon for an upward slash.

Bang!

What should have been a strike powerful enough to annihilate the illusory Exotic Beast in the general’s estimation not only failed but resulted in him being slapped down onto himself by the beast’s paw.

A shocking scene ensued where the general, who had seemed all-conquering and aimed to bypass the group of beasts and the Emperor’s protection to behead Muria directly, was merely approaching the first shadow of an Exotic Beast when he was slapped down from the sky, crashing into the Earth, creating a smoke- and dust-filled crater.

“Interesting!” Muria was also somewhat surprised at this time, because he had already prepared to act himself, yet he hadn’t expected that the Different Species general would be sent flying by a seemingly inconsequential part of his Dharma Appearance.

It wasn’t within his expectations, as he had just now not provided any power to the Divine Beast that had coalesced within his Dharma Appearance.

But Muria’s surprise was quickly resolved, for he recognized the source of the beast’s power: it originated from the thirteen stars beneath him. These stars had once been granted to thirteen well-disposed Clan Members of his family, and after being separated and bestowed upon his kin, he had re-enacted them.

Now it appeared that these thirteen stars were inseparably linked to the stars he had once divided. The power of this Dharma Appearance Divine Beast stemmed from those kinsmen to whom he had given the Power crystals.

The energy of thirteen dedicated Martial Artists had been drawn out, then condensed together, forming this stunningly compelling strike, resulting in this astonishing outcome.

However, although visually striking, this attack did not cause significant harm to the Different Species general. The reason he had been struck down from the sky was that he hadn’t anticipated such a beast of Dharma Appearance to possess such might.

So, amidst the billowing dust on the ground, the Different Species general, feeling that he had been greatly humiliated, charged at Muria on his mount, his anger burning fiercely.

“Hmm!” Muria watched the furiously approaching Different Species general without stirring, his arms folded across his chest, simply observing as the general came closer because Muria had discovered that his Dharma Appearance seemed to possess a certain amount of autonomy.

This characteristic was something he had not noticed before, because the heretical tome he studied only had the characteristics to bestow power seeds upon others, then siphoning off all their cultivation results, and finally reaping the benefits without lifting a finger.

There was no trait for extracting power through the air—in other words, this characteristic emerged after he infused the essence of the heretical tome into the secrets of his practice.

Although it was somewhat embarrassing, Muria indeed had not anticipated such a variation, as the Martial Arts Dharma Aspect was the result of a rule exclusive to the Star Armor World.

At this moment, Muria once again witnessed the same change as before when the general, in a state of fury, attempted to approach him; the nearest, originally ephemeral Law manifestation Divine Beast shadows began to solidify as they drew power.

Bang! Boom! Crack!

Although the Different Species general was on guard against the Dharma Appearance Divine Beasts this time, there were more of them attacking him, and so after a fierce but exceedingly brief struggle, the general was once again flung to the ground by the tail of a Divine Beast that resembled a giant python.

“Attack him together, I am no match alone,” said the general, after being knocked to the ground twice in succession and flying back into the sky. His gaze towards Muria turned extraordinarily cautious, and his tone became very calm.

The first time he was dropped to the ground was indeed due to his underestimation of these Exotic Beasts, but the second time, his furious attack posture was a means of probing.

How could a general entrusted with a high-priority mission by the higher-ups of the heaven-sent Seeds, to break through the defense line and wreak havoc in the Human hinterland, possibly be a rash simpleton easily provoked to anger?

“Let’s see what my Dharma Appearance can do!” Even as he saw the five Different Species generals, comparable to Soul Intent Level in the Erathia World, leading over a thousand elite Soldiers in a joint attack against him, Muria did not take action, but instead let his Dharma Appearance freely defend without any interference from his own will.

For he had discovered that the Dharma Appearance’s defense didn’t consume even a trace of his own power; all of it came from his Clan Members of the Same Kind to whom he had earlier bestowed the Martial Arts seeds. Their cultivated Qi was continuously being extracted, and since most of them were not in a state of battle, the impact was not significant.

“Sir Jelos, I am here…” As Muria watched his Law manifestation Divine Beast thrash the five Different Species generals and their elite army, the Elder who had just finished requesting reinforcements from the Empire hurriedly arrived in this airspace.

The Elder, who had come prepared to sacrifice himself, was suddenly speechless upon witnessing the scene in the battlefield, the words he intended to shout stuck in his throat.

In his mind, Muria, who had gone alone to face the five heaven-sent Seed generals, should be at a disadvantage and in constant mortal peril.

He had rushed forward to buy time for the Seed who could lead their Clan to glory. He had resolutely decided that, even at the cost of his life, he would block some of the blows, allowing this prodigious Talent of the Clan to hold on until the Empire’s reinforcements arrived.

He had been ready to embrace death, but to his astonishment, he saw the adversaries he deemed a matter of life and death—a threat that could anytime turn the region into wasteland—being overwhelmingly suppressed by the Clan’s younger generation. The five Different Species generals, clearly not to be trifled with, were on the losing end, being utterly outmatched.

“Why have you come up here?” Muria then noticed the Elder’s arrival while having nothing to do himself.

In the Star Armor World, strength is synonymous with ability; thus, anyone who could become a Titled Star Armor Master could easily become an Elder of the Clan.

However, the reverse is not always true; not all Clan Elders possess the strength of a Titled Star Armor Master. Strength is ability, but ability does not encompass all strength.

Clan Members who demonstrate outstanding talent in other areas and have made substantial contributions to the Clan can also hold the position of Elder.

The Elder who accompanied Muria belonged to this category; otherwise, sending an Elder with the strength of a Titled Star Armor Master would have been intentionally making things difficult for Muria, wouldn’t it?

“I came to…” The Elder who was prepared for a desperate fight opened his mouth but suddenly found himself at a loss for words. Should he tell Muria: I worried you couldn’t beat these Different Species, so I’ve come prepared to fight to the death to buy you some time?

If he had said this before the battle, there wouldn’t have been a problem. But now, witnessing the turn of events in the battle, such a reason seemed utterly foolish.

The Different Species were the ones at a disadvantage; they were the ones who should be worried. Instead, they held a significant upper hand. To rush forward and fight to the death under these circumstances would be lunacy!
