"Have you ever tried bringing something back with you?" Xu Huo asked casually.

Master Tu fell silent.

Xu Huo put down the test tube and looked at them, "You haven’t consumed the contaminated food from the cleaning zone, haven’t lost your voice, and haven’t shown any signs of infection, so why not return to Clown City?"

Ice Cream and Fish Ball curiously picked up the glasses, each taking one to play with.

Someone turned away to retch.

On the other side, Zhuo Wangsun was about to take off his glasses, but Xu Huo stopped him.

Afterward, Xu Huo divided the water and dry food that Master Tu and the others had stored among Ice Cream, whereas he gave the clean food and water that he brought along to Fish Ball. He then took blood from the two children and injected it into the two adults.

He didn’t lay out all his thoughts, merely telling them there might be a way to save the two children who hadn’t fully turned into Aliens yet, asking for their cooperation.

Whether out of fear or guilt, the few young people stopped making a fuss, dutifully doing whatever Xu Huo asked of them.

Master Tu gathered some plants that had come from the jungle area. He took them out and gave them, along with the contaminated water that Zhuo Wangsun had brought, to the third young man.

Only half an hour had passed when the young man who had consumed the jungle’s plants and water began showing symptoms first, a hoarse voice, bloodshot eyes, and a tendency toward violence.

Xu Huo tied the man up before feeding him an Antitoxin, and then he asked Zhuo Wangsun, "Any changes now?"

"Number three has turned into a thermal image," Zhuo Wangsun said, "Numbers one and two haven’t changed for the moment."

Xu Huo nodded, then turned back to look at Fish Ball and Ice Cream. The children’s conditions had changed slightly from before, Fish Ball was very excited, while Ice Cream’s breathing became heavier.

"They’ve turned into Aliens!" Master Tu exclaimed.

His voice agitated Fish Ball, who grabbed something nearby and hurled it at him while emitting a low threatening growl.

Xu Huo went over to hold him down. After drawing blood, he gave him another shot of Antitoxin. Fish Ball kept making whimpering noises, refusing to calm down.

So he was tied up, too.

After throwing him aside, Xu Huo walked over to Ice Cream, who was lying on the chair, and asked, "Can you understand what I’m saying?"

Ice Cream nodded, gesturing with his hands, asking him: Am I going to die? I still want to eat candy.

"You won’t die," Xu Huo replied, putting down the syringe for drawing blood and feeding him both Antitoxin and Self-Healing Potion with a smile, "When we get out, you can eat as much as you like."

Ice Cream then fell asleep.

Xu Huo injected the blood from the two children into numbers one and two, then walked over to Master Tu, motioning for him to extend his hand.

"I’ll do it for Master Tu!" the hot-tempered young man hurriedly stepped forward.

"There’s no need for you!" Master Tu rebuked loudly.

But the young man insisted, "Master Tu is old. If you want to experiment, do it on me. I can take it!"

"This has nothing to do with age!" Master Tu said, pushing him away, and stood in front of Xu Huo, "I’ll do it!"

Xu Huo was moved by their protective behavior and consequently made cuts on both of their arms.

"Stop arguing, you both get a share."

The two looked at each other, wordless.

Zhuo Wangsun smiled appropriately, yet when he turned his head back around, both people in Master Tu’s view had turned into thermal images!

"Why has this happened!" he exclaimed, standing up.

Xu Huo was not surprised and asked about the condition of numbers one and two.

"They’re still the same," Zhuo Wangsun was even more puzzled, "They directly injected blood from deeply infected Aliens and weren’t classified as Aliens, but instead, two normal people have turned into Aliens. Could the pathogens really be spreading through the air?"

"Let’s wait a bit longer," Xu Huo said, glancing at the time, his eyes resting on the two children.

Before long, Fish Ball came to, his face paler than before but his mind clear.

Master Tu was surprised at his recovery and blurted out, "What Antitoxin did you just use on him?!"
