Kaidan Game Train: Abide Rule or Die!
Chapter 326 On the Train

Chapter 326: Chapter 326 On the Train

Several other people were in the station, but they all stood in different spots, indifferent to each other, maintaining distance and being wary without interference, and those few in the corner had no interest in others, barely lifting their heads as more players appeared, just instinctively eating.

Xu Huo glanced around briefly before returning to his own affairs, as his train was arriving soon, and his attention shifted back to the train.

"Welcome, players, to the Dimensional Rift game-exclusive train. This train will depart from the Level E Departure Station and head to a Level D station. Please ensure your safety when boarding in an orderly manner and abide by the train rules."

"The rules for riding are as follows:"

"1. Please do not bring non-game items onto the train."

"2. Consumption is mandatory."

"3. Please do not turn on the lights after they are out."

"Additionally, the train encourages various leisure activities such as sneak attacks, brawling, and hunting. Please feel free to choose."

"We wish you a pleasant journey."

Following the familiar announcement, Xu Huo had already grasped the situation inside the carriage.

Together with him at the station, six other players boarded, plus the seven players originally in the carriage, now making a total of thirteen players inside, with more figures visible in the carriages ahead and behind.

There was a projected timetable on the door at the front of the carriage, scrolling to display the names of the next stations where we would stop.

With the start of the Level D Copy, the number of players on board surged, and the train did not go directly to a specific station. Instead, players frequently boarded and alighted, greatly increasing the risk factor.

Fortunately, the stations appearing on the timetable were all Level D stations, and most of the players boarding should be Level D Players.

"Big brother, want to buy some good stuff?" A man as thin as a monkey sat in front of Xu Huo, speaking to the burly man wearing a sleeveless leather jacket, "I’ve got only the good stuff here, guaranteed to satisfy you thoroughly!"

As he spoke, he even opened his clothes halfway to showcase his merchandise, much like those peddling bootleg DVDs on trains in the past.

The burly man, who was sharpening a bone, did not even lift his eyelid, "Scram!"

Smiling cheekily, Skinny Monkey retorted, "Come on big bro, don’t be so harsh. I’ve got this Bone-Grinding Knife specially for sharpening human bones, once belonged to a Rank-C Player. God knows how many bones it has sharpened. The blade is so polished that it glints, almost dazzling when taken out at night!"

The burly man showed some interest upon hearing this, "Show me the item. If it’s not good, watch your head!"

With a flip of his hand, Skinny Monkey now held a short knife with a jade handle, which indeed glittered as he claimed. In the light shining through the transparent windows, it was nearly blinding to the eye.

The burly man’s breathing changed as he immediately asked, "How much?"

"Seeing as we’re so fated, I’ll shave off a bit for you. How’s this number?" Skinny Monkey held up three fingers, "Thirty thousand white notes."

The burly man frowned, "Too expensive."

"Oh big brother, you don’t look like someone short on cash," Skinny Monkey hurriedly said. "There’s a saying, a good knife doesn’t make cutting firewood any harder. Just buy a good knife and you can save all the effort of sharpening it. 30,000 white notes is a real bargain!" "I often walk through this train, no customer who has bought from me has ever had a bad word to say, and there are many returning customers too!"

The muscular man tried the knife on a bone and found it quite to his liking, but he only gave 20,000 white notes, then pushed Skinny Monkey away, "Scram."

Skinny Monkey was so furious he yelled, but seeing the other party looking ready to throw a punch, he promptly turned around and left.

"Idiot," muttered a player with a hat sitting to Xu Huo’s right, casting a contemptuous glance at the rather smug muscular man.

Skinny Monkey glanced at him without approaching and his eyes swept around the carriage. Finally, they landed on Xu Huo. Just as he was about to walk over, he looked towards the front carriage, decided not to sell anything, walked a few steps to the last row, sat down, covered his face with his jacket, and pretended to sleep.

A few seconds later, the door to the carriage was opened and a brightly dressed man walked in clearly enraged, raising his voice, "Did any of you see that scrawny monkey selling items?"

No one in the carriage spoke up. The man punched the wall of the train, "Did no one see him?!"

"Who are you talking to with such a big tone," said a female player sitting at the front, waving her hand. The carpet in the aisle suddenly stood up and, like a living being, struck several blows at the man, pushing him back to the doorway. Then with a violent shake, the carpet sprayed dust and dirt all over the man’s face.

"Pah!" The man spit out, just about to continue the argument, when the carpet flattened back to the ground with a shove.

The female player examined her fingernails and glanced at him with a smile, "Really odd, someone actually wants to fight with a carpet."

Laughter erupted in the carriage, and as the man reached the door, someone played a trick, slamming the carriage door shut with a "bang."

The man laughed in extreme anger, repeatedly nodding his head, "Fine, you lot better watch out!"

"Chicken!" taunted a baby-faced man sitting towards the back, then asked the pretending to sleep Skinny Monkey, "The face-changing prop you have is kind of fun, can you sell it to me?"

Skinny Monkey, who tore open his clothes to reveal an entirely different appearance, now looked like a feeble youth. He said with a forced smile, "Don’t make it hard for me, man. It’s my bread and butter; I can’t just sell it willy-nilly."

The baby-faced man didn’t say much, but the muscular man who had bought the knife walked over and lifted the man up, "Why was that guy looking for you? Were you selling fakes?"

"You just realized that now?" the female player in front turned around, propped herself on the back of the seat exposing half her face, and said, "Daring to casually buy things on the train, how bold and fearless you are. Getting fake goods is one thing; if you’re not careful, you might trade your life away. That would really be a tragedy."

At her words, the muscles in the muscular man’s eyes bulged, and he shoved Skinny Monkey against the window, "You dare to harm me!"

Skinny Monkey immediately protested, "Conscience of heaven and earth, all I do is resell some items. I have no ill intentions. Besides, how can there be props that trade lives? I’ve never heard of such a thing!"

The muscular man then turned back to look at the female player who was mischievously smiling, "Ah! You believe everything people say, adorable."

The muscular man transferred his anger, quickly walked towards her intending to teach her a lesson, but several meters away from her, the carpet beneath him was suddenly pulled away. Then, in mid-air, it twisted, tore into shreds, and suspended, all pieces aimed at him.

"Be careful, if they pierce your eardrums and drill into your brain, I’m not responsible," the woman slowly stood up, her smile growing colder.

The muscular man was stuck in a dilemma. He didn’t dare make a move, but was also unable to swallow his pride, so he just stood there, glaring at her while breathing heavily.

"At home you rely on parents, away from home you rely on friends. It’s fate that we meet; why create conflict over such a trifle," said a blonde middle-aged man standing behind Xu Huo. He waved his right hand through the air, clearing a path through the shreds of carpet. He walked up to the muscular man, draped an arm around his shoulder and patted him, then looked towards the female player, "Isn’t that right, beautiful lady?"
