While Xu Huo had easily taken care of one Player, Zhou Yuanzhu was struggling to survive against the playful siege of four Players. One against four was simply too much for her, and Zhou Yuanzhu’s prop reserves certainly couldn’t outlast these four. In just three minutes of fighting, she had exhausted more than half of her attack and Defense Props that required cooldowns.

Of course, you don’t need too many powerful Props; just a few that can be reused would suffice. But as time dragged on, she gradually felt herself weakening, because the four Players besieging her had far more prop reserves than her, and their combat experience was not lacking either—among them were two Cannibal Players.

To survive to Rank-C as a Cannibal Player, one needed to be advantaged in either brains, props or physical strength. Noticing that she was using fewer props, two of them stepped back a little, giving room for the other two to advance.

The Ring-Shaped Flying Knives hit the Defensive Barrier several times, and with the last strike, the barrier surrounding Zhou Yuanzhu shattered, but before she could activate another Defensive Prop, the Player wielding the Ring-Shaped Flying Knife teleported in front of her, kneeing her heavily in the face!

The Automatic Defense Prop had already been depleted. Zhou Yuanzhu raised her arms to block but did not expect the opponent’s knee to be enhanced by a Prop. It persistently shattered her arm guards, and with powerful force, knocked her to the ground!

"Snap!" The moment she fell, the man’s foot followed down on her like a shadow. She had no chance to rise, so she could only roll to the side, using a Teleportation Prop: "Rejecting People Far Away!"

This Prop couldn’t truly teleport people thousands of miles away, as the "Rejecting People Far Away" was meant in a social sense. Thus its limit was ten meters, but when she was teleported ten meters away, she discovered a chain locked around her foot without her knowing when it had been attached!

"You damn wench!" The man yanked her hair to pull her head back, but the next second, her earring shot through his arm.

Both sides were in pain, but neither intended to let the other go. After the next clash, they were forced to create distance between them once again.

The man gradually lost his patience and considered calling his companions for help. However, turning around, he found the two behind him with their backs to him, vigilantly watching a certain direction.

One person was missing.

Four people were chasing after Zhou Yuanzhu.

"Yuan Kai is gone," said the player in a tank top.

Yuan Kai was that middle-aged man.

Zhou Yuanzhu sighed in relief and tried to keep her distance from the trio.

After their maneuvering, someone in the forest was ensnared, and the three of them abandoned Zhou Yuanzhu to rush in without hesitation.

"Idiots." Zhou Yuanzhu found a large tree to climb up and started keeping watch after swallowing two bottles of Self-Healing Potion.

The middle-aged man was already dead. The player in the tank top saw him in the forest, his body discolored, poisoned to death.

Realizing that Xu Huo might be carrying highly toxic substances, the player in the tank top’s expression turned grim. In the game world, quality Antitoxins were indeed hard to come by, but high-grade poisons were not so easily obtained either. His companion’s swift death was proof enough that the poison in the other’s possession was not on their list of toxins they could neutralize.

But what was worse, the player in the tank top realized he had lost contact with his two companions.

The three of them had entered together, but in the queal few meters of distance, they had somehow lost each other!

The player in the tank top called out twice but received no response, so he immediately deployed a Spatial Artifact to create a barrier around him, and using his characteristic skill, he shouted: "A real man faces his challenges head-on!"

Xu Huo, who was hiding behind a tree, did indeed come out, seemingly pulled by an invisible force to the front of the barrier, his feet suddenly ensnared by vines that shot up from the ground.

The Rank-A Prop "Ideal Skin" is transparent and colorless and can be worn like Defensive Clothing. Apart from fending off some Rank-A attacks, it also protects against poison gases.

Using a Spatial Defense Artefact, the player in the tank top had a look of mockery when he saw Xu Huo lay hands on the barrier. However, his expression froze on his face the next second because Xu Huo directly tore through the Spatial Barrier with his hands!
