It's Your Turn To Cry and Beg, Dear Uncle
Chapter 65: Retribution (2)

Chapter 65: Retribution (2)

A large warehouse is bustling with employees busy moving and organizing stock. Trucks constantly come and go, delivering new goods and shipping items to clients. This is one of Synder Corps’ warehouses, located fairly close to the city center but still considered far from the business district.

"So, did you catch a glimpse of the boss earlier?" whispered one employee, nudging their coworker. They were in the back corridor, which was relatively quiet and blocked by large cardboard boxes. A strategic spot for gossiping or just catching their breath.

The male employee who was wearing a cap quickly glanced around to check the surroundings. Once he confirmed it was safe, he relaxed.

"Just a quick glance. It wasn’t very clear since the boss seemed to be in a hurry. We barely managed to greet him, and by the time we looked up, he was already far away," the man in the cap replied. Earlier that morning, his coworker hadn’t started their shift yet and missed the boss’ arrival.

"Hmm... that’s unusual. Normally, he schedules his visits for inspections. This time, it was sudden, and no one knows where he is. Every team is tense right now because we don’t know when or where he might start the inspection."

Hearing that, the employee in the cap shuddered and quickly shut his mouth. If that were the case, they all needed to stay sharp today—perhaps the boss wanted to test their performance.

"Ugh..." he sighed. "Looks like today’s going to be a long day."

Meanwhile, in the abandoned basement at the back of the building, the sound of punches echoed from inside a room. Two men stood guard outside, while five others were inside, standing firm as they watched their boss unleash his fury on a young man they had pulled from the police station earlier that morning.

As soon as the report came in, Jack was dragged out of the Sky Club, which happened to be owned by Orlando. The police had detained him in an interrogation room, and the Wilson family had been trying desperately to help their second son.

However, the police refused to grant any release, even when the Wilsons brought in a top lawyer. The evidence of drugs in police custody was damning, and after being pressed during interrogation, it seemed Jack was also involved in distribution of the drugs as well as in prostitution cases.

Mrs. Wilson could only cry until she fainted and was rushed to the hospital. Meanwhile, Mr. Wilson and his eldest son were still negotiating when Mr. Wilson’s personal secretary informed him that the police had come to their company with a search warrant.

Whether he liked it or not, Mr. Wilson and his eldest son had to set Jack’s issues aside for the moment and focus on the company.

James was lounging in his office when Killian informed him about the Wilson’s. He glanced at his friend, Orlando, who was sipping black coffee brewed by Harvey.

"Good job," James praised with a sly smirk.

Orlando simply waved it off. "It was nothing. That kid Jack is so easy to fool. I don’t even know whose lineage he’s really from."

Harvey chuckled mockingly. "Yeah, as they say, there’s always one odd child in every family."

Anthony glanced over and quipped without hesitation, "Like you, for instance."

"Hey!" Harvey shouted in protest.

"What’s your next move?" Orlando asked his friend, who seemed lost in thought. However, the cruel grin on James’ face remained.

"I’ll let him taste his own medicine," James replied.

Later, Killian arrived at the police station where Jack was being held, accompanied by the Synders family lawyer and two of James’ skilled bodyguards. The police welcomed them warmly and were highly cooperative when Killian requested Jack’s release.

The police had only one condition: Jack had to stay alive.

The scandal had gone viral online, drawing intense public scrutiny. Jack couldn’t simply vanish without raising suspicions, as it would complicate matters further if the Wilson family took action, not to mention the upcoming trial to decide his sentence. Keeping him alive was crucial to avoid unwanted attention.

Now, here Jack was—bound to a chair, his body drenched in blood, every inch marred by injuries. The young man, in his mid-twenties, looked half-dead, his breathing shallow and labored.

Blood dripped from the brass knuckles in James’ hand. It wasn’t just his victim who bore injuries; James’ own hands were cut and bruised from the force of the blows against Jack’s face.

Yet James stood firm, his cold, unyielding expression unchanged. The screams of his victim and the pain in his hands did nothing to faze him. His gaze was sharp, devoid of any mercy for the man before him.

At that moment, Killian, who had been standing nearby, stepped forward and cautioned James as he moved toward Jack again.

"President, you must stop now and let Mr. Jack rest for a while. We also need to treat his wounds to ensure he doesn’t die."

Hearing Killian’s final words about keeping Jack alive reignited James’ anger. That was the exact opposite of what he wanted for this bastard. James wanted to torture Jack slowly, to the point where Jack would beg him to end his suffering.

Killian bowed slightly under James’ murderous glare. Yet, showing no trace of fear, Killian calmly reminded him again, "Please remember the police’s condition—that Mr. Jack must stay alive to avoid further complications."

James responded with a chilling smirk. "And what if complications arise? Do you think I wouldn’t be able to silence them all?"

"I have no doubt about your capabilities, Mr. President," Killian replied, straightening his posture. His expression remained indifferentl. "However, I would like to remind you that Miss Kyra is unaware of what you’re doing right now."

James pressed his lips together, his fists clenching tighter. He was well aware of that. Kyra only knew that Jack was involved in a drug case and that James had reported him, but she didn’t know that James had orchestrated Jack’s downfall from the very beginning.

The previous night, after Kyra had fallen asleep, James left to meet his friends at Sky Club. There, Orlando and the others were already waiting, accompanied by a group of men—Jack’s so-called friends—kneeling and trembling before them.

It hadn’t taken long to uncover everything about Jack. Within just two hours, all the information was laid out on the table. Orlando quickly ordered his subordinates to round up the boys who usually hung out with Jack.

Under pressure, the boys were coerced into luring Jack to Sky Club that very night. Oliver had already prepared the drugs, leaving the boys no choice but to follow James’ plan and contact Jack. Reckless by nature and living for the thrill of nightlife, Jack eagerly accepted the invitation, completely unaware that this would be his last night living the high life..

James turned away, his expression filled with disgust, and ordered, "Take care of him and treat him to ensure he doesn’t die."

Killian signaled the five guards in the room, who promptly untied Jack. His body collapsed, completely limp, but the guards reacted swiftly, catching him before he hit the floor and sustained further injuries. At this stage, every precaution was necessary to avoid any additional impact or strain, as Jack was already teetering on the brink of death, his breathing dangerously weak.

After Jack was taken to an adjacent room for medical attention, James, left alone with Killian, issued another command.

"Killian, find ten men for him."

Hearing that, Killian’s expression briefly shifted before returning to its usual neutrality. Still, a wave of disgust welled up within him. He understood exactly the kind of men James was referring to and what they would do to Jack. The thought of recruiting those men and bringing them here was enough to send chills down his spine—let alone imagining what Jack would have to endure.

However, the image of Jack screaming in pain and begging for mercy brought a slight smirk to Killian’s lips. In this matter, he agreed with James’ decision. That brat had dared to lay a hand on Kyra, and now he had to pay the price for his actions.

Didn’t Jack love sex? If so, Killian would ensure he found men with high stamina and even supply them with stimulants.

"Understood, Mr. President," Killian bowed once more before leaving the room.

Afterwards, using his connections, it didn’t take long for Killian to recruit ten muscular gay men. He arranged for them to stay at a nearby hotel that belonged to the Synders.

When James saw Jack lying weakly on the bed, hooked up to an IV and a respirator, his body covered in bandages, he asked, "How much time did the police give?"

"They plan to detain him for five days," Killian replied, having just returned. James nodded and turned to the doctor treating Jack.

"You heard that?"

The doctor and nurse could only nod helplessly, unsure how they were supposed to heal a man who already seemed half-dead within five days.

Then James spoke again. "I don’t need him to fully recover, just enough to perform sexually."

The nurse and doctor stared at him, horrified. God, what a wretched fate for this man!

Afterward, James left the room and returned upstairs to where his business inventory was stored. As he walked, he spoke to Killian, who followed closely behind.

"Killian, next is that woman. You know what to do, don’t you?"

Killian’s eyes darkened, and his expression turned cold. Of course, he knew exactly which woman his boss was referring to.

"Certainly, Mr. President."

"Good. I’ll leave it to you."
