Chapter 360: Chapter 49: Evaluation and SS Level Special Rewards

Running down the steps of the office building, Tang Zheng saw two dinosaurs tearing at Danny’s body. He immediately cocked his rifle, loaded a round, and positioned the butt against his shoulder. His left hand held the foregrip, feeling the cold touch of the weapon. He aimed through the scope at the dinosaur’s head and pulled the trigger.

With a sizzle, a beam of energy first gathered at the muzzle, and in less than a fifth of a second, it shot out and hit the Tyrannosaurus on the head.

The Tyrannosaurus’ head burst open, and you could even smell the scent of roasted flesh in the air.

"That’s amazing." After Tang Zheng pulled the bolt, he reveled in the crisp sound of the shell being ejected. His excitement was beyond words.

Tang Zheng ran past Danny’s corpse, grabbed his space backpack, gave chase to the General, and scanned the firearm filled with futuristic technology using his wristwatch.

"Gauss Sniper Rifle Black Star Version, S-grade artifact, worth eight thousand points, six golden seeds, can use five different types of electromagnetic bullets."

Looking at the expensive exchange price, Tang Zheng’s lips curled up in a wide smile. Indeed, the spoils from the dead were the most plentiful. This almost made up for the three or four games he had participated in. However, when he thought of David’s space backpack that he couldn’t retrieve, he was beyond miserable.

"Whatever, one shouldn’t be too greedy!" Tang Zheng’s running speed was fast, and he caught up with Lu Fan in less than a minute. The General had already reached the end of his summoning duration and disappeared.

"Where’s the Dragon Bone Curved Blade? You didn’t take it?" Tang Zheng scanned around, but didn’t see it. He was anxious; that was his third S-grade item, extremely precious.

"I picked it up." Lu Fan quickly retrieved it from his wristwatch and explained, "It’s too heavy, you can’t expect me to carry it around, right?"

"As long as it’s not lost." Tang Zheng tousled Lu Fan’s hair, looked at the group of injured people, sighed deeply. Luckily, he was still in a state of teleportation, and the teleportation gate was just over thirty meters away. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have made it.

Tang Zheng hoisted one person over each shoulder, then grabbed Jack by the collar, dragging him on the ground as he advanced. Lu Fan and Demi had to walk by themselves.

"Sorry, Jack." Nicole wanted to help her father, but was stopped by Tang Zheng, "We don’t have time to waste."

"All we need to do is survive." Jack didn’t blame Tang Zheng.

"Demi, you go first." Although there was no prompt to indicate the completion of the mission, Tang Zheng knew that they should be in the Trojan room after crossing this area. However, nothing happened when Demi touched the teleportation gate. Tang Zheng tried to hurl Julia through as well, but it was futile.

"Golden Single Horn, we haven’t collected them all yet." Miranda gritted her teeth and squeezed out a sentence, asking, "Where is the horn Robert collected?"

Tang Zheng quickly retrieved three backpacks to rummage around, and finally found nine horns. Coupled with the ones that dropped from the Tyrant, there were just enough for everyone to have three.

Upon receiving the horn that Tang Zheng threw over, Miranda crawled towards the teleportation gate as fast as she could. She found out from Maggie that if she could return to the Trojan room, she could be healed.

The moment Miranda touched the teleportation gate, her body disappeared instantly.

Seeing that it worked, Tang Zheng immediately distributed the horns, dragging everyone towards the teleportation gate. No one wanted to stay behind, only he took one last look at the city that was invaded by the dinosaurs before leaving.

His vision returned, and Tang Zheng was back in the unfamiliar Red Trojan Horse room.

"Help me, save me." Miranda was screaming, completely devoid of her previous grace and elegance. She was coughing blood because she had screamed too loudly, rupturing her vocal cords.

"Congratulations to the survivors for safely completing the Cretaceous Period mission and returning safely!" The Red Trojan Horse in the middle of the room levitated, rotating as it congratulated everyone.

"Now begin treating the survivors and deduct points accordingly!" The Red Trojan horse didn’t bother asking if anyone needed treatment, and immediately projected seven milk-white light beams, each covering a survivor.

"Compared to that bastard Silver Trojan, the service of the Red one is absolutely five-star. Of course, it would be best if it didn’t cost points." Experiencing the disappearance of the pain in his body, Lu Fan grinned broadly, hugging Tang Zheng’s arm.

"My leg grew back!" Miranda was crying tears of joy as she kept admiring and touching her white, tender, and beautiful leg.

"The first half of the mission was quite safe, didn’t expect the last ten minutes to take out so many of us." Tang Zheng swept his gaze across the room. "The Conquerors are all gone, only a few newbies left."

"This is the best outcome." Lu Fan also thought about the team battle. Although Little Lolita was a bit wicked, she wouldn’t go as far as killing innocent people. If she could, she wouldn’t have given Miranda the hemostatic medicine.

"Now begin scoring!"

The rejuvenated newbies let out a sigh of relief, now curiously watching the Trojan screen which displayed the rotating avatars.

"Demi, please endeavor not to be a burden! You scored four hundred points, and are rewarded one black iron seed. D-level evaluation, 50 points will be deducted for recovery!"

"Finally, a Trojan horse that isn’t sarcastic!" Lu Fan let out a sigh of relief, checked his wristwatch, and began searching for special products.

"Julia, you’re a good mother, please endeavor to protect your daughter! You scored nine hundred points, and are rewarded one black iron seed. D-level evaluation, 100 points will be deducted for recovery."

Julia, holding her daughter and whimpering, thanked Jack, the last person who had come to their aid, then walked over to Tang Zheng, to whom she gave a kiss. The young woman knew that without his care in the game, she and her daughter would never have made it to the end.

"Jack, you’re not a good father, but you are an upright knight. You have a four-star morality rating and a score of two thousand eight hundred. Your reward is one silver seed. B class evaluation, 300 health points are deducted for body repair," the Red Trojan Horse continued.

Jack was given a sidelong glance by his daughter and scratched his head in embarrassment before bursting out laughing. "Four-star morality, not bad!" He asked curiously, "What’s the highest morality rating?"

"Five stars," said the Red Trojan Horse, before it continued with the grading.

"Nicole, you’re a good girl. You scored two thousand two hundred points. You are rewarded with a silver seed. B grade evaluation, 100 points are deducted for body repair."

Nicole cast a quick glance at Tang Zheng and noticed that he wasn’t looking at her nor was interested in her score. She sighed in disappointment.

"Miranda, you’ve got a pretty good eye for people - you’ve picked yourself a good man! You scored a thousand two hundred points. Your reward is one bronze seed. C class evaluation, 200 points are deducted for body repair."

Miranda proudly held her head high and began contemplating how best to use the Trojan Room for maximum personal benefit. The latest adventure had been thrilling - she had enjoyed Tang Zheng’s body while also enjoying his protection. It was perfect. The thought of potentially not seeing him again left Miranda dissatisfied. She decided that she needed to get his detailed address.

"Lu Fan, you’re a brave and intelligent little loli. You scored three thousand five hundred points and are rewarded with a golden seed. A class evaluation, 100 points are deducted for body repair."

The others gasped in disbelief, their eyes wide with shock towards her. Miranda hesitated for a moment before curiously asking, "Isn’t her score too high?"

"The Red Trojan Horse is absolutely fair," it responded promptly, and then produced a list that detailed the origins of every point Lu Fan had been awarded.

The newcomers thought for a moment and then noticed that the little loli had been on the frontline with Tang Zheng the whole time. It made sense why she had such a high score.

"What’s my morality rating?" asked Lu Fan smugly, lifting her chin slightly. "I saved a lot of people."

"Two and a half stars!"

"Tsk!" The little loli was clearly unhappy with the result. To hide her embarrassment, she quickly said, "Give Tang Zheng his score already!"

"Tang Zheng, you are a good man, a good group leader. We hope you leave the Trojan Room soon. Your score is 5100 points, and you are rewarded with two golden seeds. S rank evaluation, 300 points are deducted for body repair."

"Thank you!" Tang Zheng sighed with relief. "The Red Trojan Horse only gives positive evaluations."

"Wow, Red Trojan Horse, you are much more generous than the Silver one. He only gave one golden seed," Lu Fan said enviously. She added, "Can we transfer? Why not just work for you?"

"I’m sorry, but that would require a huge amount of points and the agreement of the Silver Trojan Horse," the Red Trojan Horse politely refused Lu Fan’s suggestion.

"What’s Tang Zheng’s morality rating?" Miranda was also keen to know whether Tang Zheng was truly a good person. Plus, the Trojan Horse apparently didn’t lie - it was the most objective evaluator.

"Four and a half stars. Aside from those rare situations where he had no choice, he has helped almost all of you," the Trojan Horse replied, a considerable praise. Jack started applauding, and Julia and the others joined him, also grateful to Tang Zheng.

"The scoring is complete. You now have thirty minutes of free shopping time. If you don’t need to shop, you can go home now!"

Greeted with sudden news that they could go home, the newcomers were in shock. They looked to Tang Zheng for advice, but the Trojan Horse interrupted them.

"Tang Zheng, as the most outstanding external aid in the history of the Red Trojan Room, you are entitled to one SS-grade special reward prop."

With the Trojan Horse’s declaration, a rainbow card gently fluttered to the ground.

"Velociraptor Mount, SS level, good at running, ballistic armor, not restricted by the Trojan Horse game, can be used in any game, doesn’t need to eat or drink, has an electrocardiogram induction, can be kept in the wristwatch-space stable when not in use, can be re-summoned 12 hours after death."

"Just this for an SS level? A war chariot would be better than this dinosaur, wouldn’t it?" Lu Fan took a look at the introduction, sneered, and showed distaste.

"In some specific games, there are restrictions on the use of vehicles and props. That’s the value of this SS level mount," the Trojan Horse patiently explained.

"Can I resurrect someone?" Tang Zheng asked. He had 6920 points after the previous round, and with the current round’s points, he now had a total of 10720, enough to resurrect someone. In fact, Tang Zheng had his eyes on an SS-grade special product prop.

"Sorry, you can only resurrect teammates in the Silver Trojan Room. By the way, even if you want to quit the game, you can only propose it in the Silver Trojan Room. The Red Trojan doesn’t have the authority to process it," the Red Trojan Horse refused Tang Zheng’s request and revealed an unfortunate fact.

"Uncle, don’t worry about it. There’s always next time," Lu Fan consoled Tang Zheng. She then squatted down on her hunkers, holding her knees and staring listlessly at the Trojan list.

"Tang Zheng, you have a lot of points. Aren’t you going to buy a special prop?" the Red Trojan sounded as if it was considering Tang Zheng’s circumstances. It displayed a few props on the screen and suggested, "How about the SS class Power Armor?" (To be continued. If you like this work, please visit qidian.com to vote and support us.
