Chapter 258: Chapter 13 - Time of Death_2

"Yeah, Brother Han." The eyes of the others brightened as they turned their attention to Han Zifeng, "I really want to touch that woman’s legs."

"Are you guys stupid? If you do that in front of an audience in the lobby, the students won’t support us anymore." Han Zifeng looked at them with a frustrated expression, as if he was about to have a heart attack.

"Who cares about them?" The man with the earrings showed disdain and suggested, "Don’t we have a tent that can be used as a toilet? Let all the male students have a turn with the woman. Who would dare not to listen to you then? Xu Guanlin can go to hell."

Han Zifeng fell silent, weighing up the pros and cons and eventually scrapped this suggestion.

"It’s not going to work. After this hurdle, are you still afraid you won’t get a chance? You want to let it out at this time? And with Zhang Hao there, it’s a miracle that you can even have a sip of soup, not to mention those women, they will definitely stop us." Han Zifeng had to think further ahead.

"Well, those women are so beautiful, much prettier than the female office worker. If I could touch them once before I die, I would be content." The man with the earrings sighed, deeply resenting his own lack of power.

"Let’s wait and see, maybe there will be a chance. At least, there are so many female classmates in our class, you’ll have a chance to get what you want." Han Zifeng tried to give his partners an early promise of benefits, "Let’s go, we’ll talk about it later."

Five fringe students were reluctant while being pushed forward, but there was nothing they could do because they saw some of the students looking over, but no one was trying to stop them. This strengthened their determination to join Han Zifeng’s group.

The peddler and the female office worker both had AK74s, and the male teacher chose protective clothing. Consequently, the group of thirteen led by Han Zifeng were very cautious, attempting to pass by quietly. However, the others obviously weren’t asleep. The peddler and the female office worker immediately raised their guns and stood up, fully alert.

"Damn, two more pretending to sleep." Han Zifeng looked at the muzzles of the guns, hesitated and dodged backwards. Three of the fringe students were scared stiff and didn’t dare to move. The remaining two tried to move backwards but were trapped by the men with earrings.

"What are you doing?" The male teacher heard some noises while half-awake and suddenly saw the students pointing a gun at him when he opened his eyes. His authority built over eight years of teaching instantly made him yell, "Are you rebelling? Put down the guns and get back."

The peddler stepped back, clearly not wanting to deal with this mess, while the female office worker was still in a daze. Han Zifeng gritted his teeth, pulled the trigger and said, "Fire."

Most of the bullets were aimed at the male teacher. Therefore, he was instantly turned into a honeycomb. One bullet even hit his forehead, which exploded his head.

Looking at the male teacher collapsing to the ground and the blood and brain pulp splashing onto her face, the female office worker screamed and pulled the trigger at the same time.

Three fringe male students were immediately shot and fell to the ground. The female office worker was incredibly lucky, because it was Han Zifeng’s group’s first time using firearms. Coupled with the recoil and the action of the female office worker, the bullets aimed at her all hit above her head.

Both sides emptied their magazines in an instant after the screams had shattered the silence of the Coliseum, then kept pulling the triggers desperately.

The man with the earrings was huffing and puffing. After a moment of shock, he pulled out a butterfly knife he carried with him and rushed towards the female office worker.

"Stop." Han Zifeng, who was relatively calm, quickly stopped him. Enough people had already died; any more killings would just be pointless losses.

"Huh, I never thought it would come to this." Zhang Hao stood up. "Wake up, hurry. Don’t wait until the blood runs out."

Tang Zheng rubbed his eyes. He was not surprised at all by the sudden turn of events. Lu Fan just sighed and didn’t say anything. The other women were already used to it. Only the Leopard Print Woman muttered in disbelief, "Why is it the teachers and students who die?"

"Would you rather have the peddler die?" Zhang Hao taunted, "I really have no idea where your fondness for them comes from."

"Brother Zhang." Han Zifeng greeted respectfully, took a look at the struggling, screaming students on the ground and said, "It’s all about luck. There’s nothing I could do."

"You did well." Zhang Hao tossed a can of food to Han Zifeng, then took out his handgun and shot the student on the ground in the head again.

Bang. Almost all the students trembled at the sound, no longer daring to look at the miserable state of the dead student. Han Zifeng, however, just smiled and went to enjoy his canned food.

"You’re in luck. Scared the piss out of you, didn’t it?" Zhang Hao looked at the administrative assistant’s soaked ensemble with water stains still dripping, he laughed arrogantly. Then he dragged a corpse to the nearest stone wall to begin the drawing of a pentagram.

"I’ve never seen such a fool who’s eager to play the villain." Lu Fan puckered his lips, unable to fathom the mindset of such people.

"Because these students are no threat to him, that’s why he doesn’t hold back." Tang Zheng glanced at the four corpses, then looked at Han Zifeng, "Watch his performance."

As he walked through the crowd, the students instinctively made room—no one wanted to get close to Han Zifeng.

"Don’t be melodramatic. We’re all in the same boat. We all killed these four together." Han Zifeng scoffed disdainfully, opened a can of food, tasted it, and then passed it to Earring Man next to him.

"Nonsense. We didn’t do anything." Yue Tong cried out, trying to clear her name.

"But you guys didn’t prevent it either. Can you honestly say that when you saw them die, you didn’t think ’Finally, there are sacrifices. I can get out of the coliseum.’ Didn’t you feel relieved? I just did the dirty work for you. Who cared about them?" Han Zifeng mocked the students, looking very indignant. "I got my hands dirty for you guys. So what? Not only don’t you thank me, but you want to ostracize me now?"

These accusations once again silenced the coliseum, with only the sound of Zhang Hao humming a tune as he drew the symbols.

"What’s this kid trying to do?" Bai Guo puzzled.

"He’s trying to minimize the adverse effect of murder. Didn’t you see some of the students looking guilty?" Qin Yan also realized, "This kid is very smart, but it’s a pity he’s morally bankrupt."

As the pentagram completed a loud crash rang out, and the floor of the coliseum began to shake. One side of the stone wall started to collapse, and when the dust settled, a rusty black iron gate appeared.

The students seemed to have forgotten their fatigue. They ran over with delighted faces, beating hard at the gate, but it wouldn’t budge.

"Why, we have already offered sacrifices?" Zhang Hao angrily kicked the door a couple of times, then he saw the keyhole on the heavy door, "You’ve got to be kidding me? This isn’t fair."

Tang Zheng packed up his things and stared at the black iron gate that was four meters high. Two gigantic bull-headed monsters, holding large battle axes, were branded on either side of it. They seemed to be serving as sentries.

Before the students could complain, the iron gate illuminated in red and a cloud of black mist rose from above. As though stepping from another dimension, two bull-headed monsters landed heavily from the surface of the gate.

The hooves of the bull-headed monsters, each reported to be around fifty tons, created massive cracks in the stone-paved ground as they moved. The students retreated in a hurry, afraid to wait another moment. Each bull-headed monster roared, lifting its head to look at these ants with their crimson eyes. Their nostrils puffed white mists, appearing terrifying.

"The key is hanging around its neck." Lu Fan shouted out, but the students were too busy dodging to see it. Even Zhang Hao, seeing these four-meter tall beasts, felt a bit apprehensive.

"Look after yourselves. I want to test its attack methods first." Tang Zheng didn’t want to act rashly. He wanted to gauge the creatures’ abilities.

After waiting for a few seconds, each of the bull-headed monsters chose a direction. They suddenly inhaled, their chest visibly inflating, then they exhaled loudly.

The coliseum was instantly filled with a deafening noise, almost rupturing eardrums, causing people to become unsteady. Then, the bull-headed monsters lowered their heads and ran wild.

Thud, thud, the impact made by their hooves, larger than a face-washing basin, was echoing on the stone floor. It gave them enough power to reach the wall in an instant. Just as everyone thought they’d hit the wall due to inertia, they surprisingly halted abruptly, swung their three-meter long unsharpened axes.

Whew, the axe swooshed through the air, and a student who couldn’t dodge in time was hit, the sound of a bone fracture echoed immediately. The poor soul was smashed away like a baseball.
