"Lao Yang, can you come over and help me pick up the crystal nucleus?" Xiu Wu asked calmly.

Hearing his words, Ji Yang raised his head and saw that Xiu Wu had rushed towards another group of zombies. Seeing the rotten meat scattered on the ground, covered with black blood, Ji Yang wanted to cry, but lacked tears.

A soldier wiped the sweat from his eyelids and said hoarsely: "Those people are really strong. In this hot weather, they can still fight zombies like that."

His comrades nodded in agreement and said, "What’s even more impressive is that they can still wear those long cloaks in this hot weather."

As soon as he said this, the soldiers nodded again in agreement. Just looking at the cloaks that covered their bodies already made the soldiers feel suffocated and extremely hot.

When the soldiers guarding the gate came up, they heard the conversations of other soldiers. One of them handed the mineral water to the soldiers guarding the wall and said, "Share the water with the brothers."

Time passed slowly as the soldiers watched Zhu Lin and the others clean up the zombies around the base.

Three hours later, Xiu Wu stopped killing the zombies and said, "We have been using our abilities for a few hours. Let’s take a break first to regain our energy."

After hearing his words, Tan Wei and Zhu Lin also stopped killing the zombies. It’s dangerous if they use up all their energy during the fight with zombies and can’t use their abilities. In case some high rank zombies suddenly appear, they will become fish laying on the cutting board.

When Tu Tu climbed onto Zhu Lin’s shoulders, Tan Wei said, "I’m hungry. How about we have lunch first before continuing?"

Although Ji Yang didn’t kill the zombies, he still used a lot of mental power when storing the crystal nucleus into his space. He rubbed his stomach and said, "Let’s eat first. I felt hungry too."
