Chapter 43: Little Zombie

Upon hearing the words from that strange voice, Zhu Lin glanced at her rabbit and said, [Tu Tu, stay with them.]

Before Tu Tu could ask her where she was going, Zhu Lin had already turned right and was chasing after something. Seeing her suddenly change direction and run away, Ji Yang was taken aback and anxiously shouted, "Xiao Lin, come back!"

Hearing Ji Yang’s voice, Xiu Wu looked back, but did not see Zhu Lin. He searched for a while but still didn’t see her and asked, "Where is Xiao Lin?"

Ji Yang pointed to the street on the right and said, "She suddenly ran in that direction."

Xiu Wu looked at the direction Ji Yang was pointing at, and then at the zombies behind them. He thought for a while and said, "Xiao Wei, blocked those zombies."

"OK!"

As soon as these words came out, Tan Wei turned around, knelt down, and then put his hands on the ground. In the next second, a gust of hot wind spread out from him. He channeled energy into his palms, and before the hot wind dissipated, a burst of flames spewed out from his palms, spreading around the ground, moving like snakes.

As the flames quickly turned into a firewall, it burned all the zombies that passed through the firewall into ashes.

While Tan Wei’s firewall blocked the zombies, Xiu Wu looked at Ji Yang and said, "Lead the way."

Ji Yang nodded, then Xiu Wu looked at Tan Wei, and said, "Xiao Wei, let’s go!"

Tan Wei withdrew his hands from the ground and quickly followed them. Behind him, the firewall was still burning fiercely, while Xiu Wu protected him and chopped off all the zombies that slipped past the firewall.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

As the zombies were cut into pieces, black blood and rotting flesh were scattered all over the place, but no one could see what things that mutilated the zombies like tofu. Looking at the bloody scene behind him, Tan Wei gave Xiu Wu a thumbs up and said, "Impressive!"

"You are not bad either." Xiu Wu said while running.

After running for a while, Ji Yang saw Zhu Lin climbing a building with her sword in the distance and said, "Xiao Lin is there!"

The three of them and Tu Tu watched as Zhu Lin stabbed her sword on the wall of the building, then pulled her body up, leaped up using her sword as steps, and then stabbed the sword on the wall again. With this method, she easily climbed up the twenty-meter-high building in just a few minutes.

Tan Wei looked at her skillful and nimble movements and said, "I don’t know where she learned her martial arts, but I really want to learn it too."

After hearing what he said, Tu Tu rolled its eyes and thought: ’If you really learn swordsmanship like my Master, I think you will be dead before you learn how to properly hold a sword.’

Tan Wei didn’t know that the rabbit just rolled its eyes on him and said, "Look at the rooftop. It seems that Xiao Lin is chasing that zombie."

Xiu Wu and Ji Yang looked up and saw Zhu Lin chasing a small but agile zombie. The little zombie looked like a six-year-old boy, and was wearing pajamas. It jumped from one building to another, while it kept throwing things at Zhu Lin.

Seeing that the zombies are not easy to kill, Tu Tu asked, [Master, do you need my help?]

After receiving the telepathy from Tu Tu, Zhu Lin smiled and said, [No need. It only has the strength of the early stage of the Foundation Establishment Realm. I can handle it easily.]

After saying that, Zhu Lin landed on the rooftop. Before she could look up, she felt a gust of cold wind approaching her neck. The cold wind is actually the killing intent of the little zombie. Before the cold wind could touch her body, Zhu Lin pushed her body off the ground with her left hand, making a turn in the air, and smoothly dodged the attack.

Hearing what the little zombie said, she knew that the little zombie was intimidated. With her sword in her hand, she rushed towards the little zombie. Feeling the heavy pressure getting stronger as it crushed its body, the little zombie became angry.

Two huge pieces of concrete walls crashed to the ground with a loud noise, attracting the roaming zombies below.
