I Really Am A Villain
Ch. 119 - Grand Dao of Yin-Yang

📢 New Novel Launch!

Back when Grand Emperor Wang Chen had yet to bear the Heaven's Will, even though he obtained the Yang Bead, he still couldn't escape the curse of being forgotten.

However, he was much better off than the Forgotten Daoist. With extraordinary talent, he ultimately relied on his own strength to bear the Heaven's Will of that era.

Chu Yang stored all the books into his ring, then stepped up to the box with great anticipation.

He slowly opened the box, revealing a faint black pearl lying silently inside.

The moment the pearl appeared, the Yin Bead within Chu Yang began to tremble violently.

It flew out of his body, intertwining with the Yang Bead. One white and one black, two rays of light radiated from the pearls.

The two lights twisted around each other and soared into the distant void, brilliant white and black beams piercing through the sky.

Instantly, the sky at the horizon changed dramatically. Overhead, the heavens transformed into a swirling vortex, lightning roared, and a storm suddenly broke out.

From within the vortex, an infinite godly power descended. The black and white lights spun endlessly within it.

A thunderous rumble echoed through the sky, and then the two streams of black and white light shot down from the heavens.

Under Chu Yang’s astonished gaze, the light beams struck directly into his body.

At that moment, half of his body turned black, the other half white.

The light beams transformed instantly into Yin and Yang energy as they entered his body.

Chu Yang’s consciousness was plunged into chaos, as though his spirit was swimming through the forces of Yin and Yang.

Yin and Yang are the complementary opposites, the fundamental primordial energies of all things.

With Yin and Yang, the world was divided into two poles, and everything had its counterpart.

Half black, half white, Yin and Yang, fire and water, large and small, male and female.

Beyond opposites, Yin and Yang can also manifest into the Five Elements, and the Five Elements can generate the Eight Trigrams.

Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth.

Chu Yang didn't know how much time had passed while he was immersed in the Grand Dao of Yin-Yang.

When the two energies slowly merged into his body, he finally opened his eyes. His left eye was black, his right eye white.

He slowly extended his right hand, white and black spiritforce coiled around his fingertips, radiating a deeply profound aura.

...

"Little Yang, how do you feel?" the Lord of Samsara asked with satisfaction.

"The Grand Dao of Yin-Yang, the very structure of the world," Chu Yang took a deep breath, grinning with excitement. "Master, I've comprehended the Grand Dao of Yin-Yang."

"After all the hardships you’ve endured, you've finally earned the foundation to become a true powerhouse," the Lord of Samsara smiled.

"With the Azure Cloud Battle Physique and the Grand Dao of Yin-Yang, I wonder how I compare to those imperial lineages?" Chu Yang asked.

"Hard to say. The heritage of the imperial lineages is incredibly deep," the Lord of Samsara replied. "But you're no less than them. In my eyes, you're someone with supreme destiny. Whether or not you can bear the Heaven's Will in the future, I don’t know. But your future achievements definitely won’t be minor."

"Master," Chu Yang paused for a moment, then solemnly said, "Thank you. Truly. Without your help along the way, I’d probably still be just an ordinary boy in Sunshine Village."

"Not quite," the Lord of Samsara chuckled. "I had some selfish motives in helping you back then."

"Master, if there's anything you need, please say it. I’ll do everything I can," Chu Yang said hastily.

"You're still too weak. When you reach the Imperial Meridian Realm, I'll tell you," the Lord of Samsara said, sighing wistfully as if remembering something, and gave a helpless smile.

Having inherited the Grand Dao of Yin-Yang, Chu Yang prepared to leave the castle.

He looked at the majestic, uniquely designed fortress, then bowed deeply.

Afterward, he stepped into the teleportation array. Spiritforce surged around him, and his figure gradually disappeared within the formation.

...

Chu Yang had no idea where the teleportation array would take him.

During transmission, he was surrounded by chaotic spatial currents, unable to see anything clearly.

When the light before him finally flickered, Chu Yang found himself atop a hill.

He didn't know where he was, but gazing into the distance, he saw a city not far off.

He wrapped his Wandering Dragon Sword in cloth and slung it over his back, then began walking toward the city.

The ancient city emitted a low sigh, and under the sunlight, the three characters "Five Elements City" shimmered with brilliance.

After entering the city and asking around, Chu Yang learned that although this place was still within the Western Region, it now belonged to the Azure Wood Empire’s territory.

...

Crowds filled the main street of Five Elements City, surrounding a pharmacy so tightly that not even water could pass through.

An elderly man stood protectively in front of his granddaughter, looking nervously at the person in front of them.

Opposite stood a young man in luxurious robes, flanked by two armored guards.

"Old Wei, I gave you a chance. Can’t pay three years of rent? Then your granddaughter will do," the young man said arrogantly.

He waved his hands, and the two guards stepped toward the old man.

The little girl behind him trembled in fear, hiding helplessly behind her grandfather.

"Young Master Yin, please give me three more months. Once I sell this batch of pills, I’ll have enough to pay the rent," Old Wei pleaded.

"Three months turns into three more months. It’s already been three years. Where’s all the money you made?" the youth, Young Master Yin, snorted and gestured dismissively.

"The problem is you raise the rent every month. I have no choice," Old Wei said helplessly.

"Oh? Still talking back?" Young Master Yin sneered. "Don’t say I didn’t give you options, either pay up or hand over your granddaughter. Pick one."

...

"You're a grown man bullying the old and weak, feel good about that?" a sudden voice rang out from the crowd.

People turned in surprise to see a young man step forward, Chu Yang had pushed his way through.

"Who the hell are you?" Young Master Yin glanced at Chu Yang and asked.

"How much do they owe? I’ll pay it," Chu Yang said calmly.

"Trying to play hero?" Young Master Yin laughed. "100,000 spirit crystals. Pay up."

"Wasn’t it 10,000?" Old Wei blurted out.

"I just raised it. Three years, interest, you know," Young Master Yin said with a cold snort.

Chu Yang frowned slightly, glaring in disgust at Young Master Yin. Behind him, the Wandering Dragon Sword came unsheathed.

A sharp metallic ring echoed as black and white lights split down the middle.

With one slash, Yin and Yang tore apart, the heavens themselves seemed to converge into a single line.

A brilliant sword beam flashed past, so fast that Young Master Yin didn’t even have time to react before the blade was already at his neck.

"Y-you dare kill me?!" Young Master Yin swallowed nervously, his voice trembling with disbelief...
