Chapter 1090 - Chapter 1090 Chapter 450 The Void Gods Tomb Ancient God

Chapter 1090: Chapter 450: The Void God’s Tomb, Ancient God Enya_1 Chapter 1090: Chapter 450: The Void God’s Tomb, Ancient God Enya_1 Half a month later.

Han Yi stood in the Extreme North Land of the Daluo Immortal Realm, on the edge of the Endless Void, peering forward into the darkest reaches of the void, mysterious and boundless.

Decades ago, while searching for clues about the Ancient Gods, he discovered a scroll within the Xuancang Palace, concerning an event that occurred in the Age Candle Immortal Court over two hundred years earlier.

That year, Linghua Immortal Monarch succumbed to demonization and was suppressed by the Taoist Ancestor within the Demon Transformation Domain, a special Realm Heaven within the Immortal Court designed to contain demonized members of the Age Candle Immortals, ranging from True Immortals to Immortal Monarchs.

The scroll of Linghua Immortal Monarch’s demonization also mentioned his recruitment of low-level cultivators from the Immortal Mansion to undertake a dangerous experiment upon a massive Ancient God entity in the Endless Void. It was that very experiment that led to his demonization and subsequent suppression by the Taoist Ancestor.

When Han Yi read this, he realized that he was conscripted for that experiment because of Yuan Qinghong’s assassination attempt, which resulted in him killing two Nascent Soul cultivators in retaliation.

It was also because of that conscription that he entered the Divine Aperture World within the corpse of an Ancient God, glimpsed the truth of the Ancient Gods, abandoned the Ancient God Visualization Method, and instead, began cultivating the true Ancient God System. He gained the Divine Fire Battle Body, encountered a Primordial Realm Ancient God who had fallen into demonization, and witnessed the destruction of a Divine Aperture World — a series of remarkable adventures.

Fortune and misfortune go hand in hand, as the saying goes.

Though he had ideas about the gigantic Ancient God corpse, which was beyond imagination, Han Yi knew it would be difficult to find in the vast and boundless void. Even if he did find it, he would only dare to investigate from a distance, cautious not to enter the Divine Aperture World within. In case the world saw him as a demonized Ancient God, it might unleash the Sinking Star, Mysterious Moon, or Dark Sun to destroy him. With his current level of cultivation and ability, even if he could escape, he would undoubtedly be injured.

Moreover, even Immortal Monarchs have fallen because of that Ancient God corpse, which must contain astounding secrets, not to be trespassed by someone of his True Immortal Realm.

Discarding the thought, Han Yi slowly stepped into the void and flew off in a fixed direction.

This was not a random choice, but the guidance passed down from the Ancient Gods.

To call it a legacy of the Ancient Gods was perhaps an overstatement. More accurately, it was a form of guidance.

This guidance came from the Boundary Stele crystal he found in the Ten Thousand Calamities Heaven.

That crystal was in fact a drop of Ancient God’s blood from an Ancient God named Mingtu, presumably one of many scattered around the vicinity of the Ancient God’s remains.

That mysterious place, called the relic of Ancient Gods by the immortals of the Daluo Immortal Realm, was not a relic at all, but a God’s Tomb.

Any Ancient God powerful enough to erect such a God Tomb and have its legacy endure through the endless ages must be exceedingly formidable. Over time, ordinary immortals haven’t been able to enter, and those who could were reluctant to take on the consequences or feared an attack from the God Tomb.

Furthermore, this Ancient God Mingtu was not the owner of the God Tomb, but merely one of the followers of the tomb’s owner.

Mingtu’s Blood guided Han Yi to the God Tomb to partake in its legacy. This Ancient God legacy was only available to those who had just broken through to the Primordial Realm. If one had already cultivated the sixth tier of the Ancient God Cultivation Technique, they would no longer have a chance at the legacy of the God Tomb.

This was why Han Yi, having just broken through and returned to his peak condition, rushed to the Endless Void and the Ancient God’s Tomb.

Fearing delays within the tomb might arise, he had converted all his Immortal Marks into Immortal Stones, Immortal Pills, Law Crystals, and other Immortal Cultivation Objects.

Based on his calculations, given the mystery that had persisted through the ages, the owner of the God Tomb was at least at the Taoist Ancestor Level, or even possibly a half-step to Heavenly Sovereign, a true Heavenly Sovereign.

Such a legacy was naturally something Han Yi desired.

In the midst of the void, where space was disorderly, it would be quite easy for even half-immortals, without a guide, to lose their way. When Dai Zhe, with his Half-immortal cultivation, was in the Outer Domain Battlefield, he got lost for a time. It was only by using Han Yi as a point of reference that he estimated he could return to the Immortal Realm.

But Han Yi had no such worries at the moment.

A strong will on his person guided him toward a certain direction, toward the location of the God Tomb. Even if he were to get lost in the Endless Void, he could use the will of the Immortal Puppet, which remained within the Xuandan Sect, to sense the position of the Immortal Realm and return.

After three months, Han Yi finally halted his Immortal escape, standing amid the void.

Thousands of miles in front of him, a God Mountain so colossal it seemed a world unto itself hovered in the void. Circles of mysterious and ethereal radiant halos surrounded the mountain. From a distance, the halos dazzled and mesmerized, but upon closer inspection, Han Yi’s pupils constricted.

Divine Power. These halos were unmistakably Divine Power, and not the kind that he, in his Primordial Realm, could compare to. They were condensed to the extreme, undergoing a fundamental change in their nature, capable of destroying entire Realm Heavens with their grandeur.

Han Yi didn’t know if these Divine Power halos originated from the owner of the God Tomb or his countless followers.

But he was acutely aware of the danger they posed, sending shivers down his spine.

However, according to Mingtu’s Blood, he could safely pass through these Divine Power halos while wrapped in Primordial Realm Divine Power, to set foot on the God Mountain, which was in fact the God’s Tomb. As for how to obtain the Ancient God legacy, the guidance didn’t mention it, stating that it depended on fortune.

Han Yi walked forward, with red Divine Power igniting on him. This was the transformed Divine Power he acquired after achieving the Primordial Realm with the Divine Fire Battle Body.
