Fang Anning went to her appointment with Mrs. Chen by her side.

When she arrived, Li Xiaoxiao was already in the private room and had ordered many dishes that she loved to eat.

"You shouldn’t eat these, wife; they are not good for the fetus."

Mrs. Chen glanced at the dishes on the table, quickly vetoing a large portion of them, leaving only a serving of stir-fried shredded potatoes and a portion of braised beef brisket.

Seeing the charcoal-grilled oysters and sauerkraut fish being dismissed by Mrs. Chen, Fang Anning couldn’t help but pout in protest.

"Wife, don’t forget what you’ve said. You mentioned you’d behave and take good care of the baby in your belly," Mrs. Chen reminded her.

Fang Anning pouted but nodded reluctantly, watching as the dishes were taken away and placed in front of Li Xiaoxiao.

Li Xiaoxiao gave Fang Anning a meaningful look, winking.

Fang Anning got the hint and quickly said to Mrs. Chen, "Mrs. Chen, Xiaoxiao and I have some private matters to discuss, and it’s not convenient for you to be here. Why don’t you step out and wait for me outside?"

Mrs. Chen said, "No, if I leave, the wife will definitely start eating."

Mrs. Chen really knew her well.

She also said I could come to her for anything in the future. Anning, she’s putting so much effort into helping me. She says it’s for you, but it could be for He Tingchen, right? Fang Anning looked out the window and was dumbfounded too!

She also realized that Li Xiaoxiao had become so famous now that even going out for a simple meal would become a challenge.

Li Xiaoxiao put on sunglasses and a windbreaker and left through the back door.

Unexpectedly, the back door was also crowded, but thankfully her agent had sent a bodyguard who escorted her out.

She had just reached the car when the door opened, and she was pulled inside.
