How I Became The Devil's Last and Only Love
Chapter 24: Hugs and Kisses Again

Chapter 24: Chapter 24: Hugs and Kisses Again

"Don’t be mad, Mu Yunxi is just a fool. Don’t stoop to his level."

Fang Anning was being held by the waist by He Tingchen as they walked, and she hurriedly explained while looking up at his face.

"Are you pleading on his behalf?" He Tingchen looked down at her.

Fang Anning shivered in fear and quickly shook her head: "No, he’s nothing to me. Why would I plead for him? It’s just that, I still have to study at this school, and I can’t have all the students scared of me."

"You could also choose not to study at this school," He Tingchen said.

Upon hearing this, Fang Anning was startled.

She quickly reached out her hand to grab He Tingchen’s suit and asked, "Are you asking me to drop out? No, I just managed to return to school. Don’t do this, I promise I won’t interact with anyone else anymore and will only focus on my studies from now on."

"Fang Anning, do you know why I am angry?" He Tingchen asked.

Fang Anning nodded vehemently.

She certainly knew.

Even if he didn’t like her, she was now his person.

With a psychological profile like his, he must have a strong sense of possession.

It’s normal that he can’t stand seeing her talking to other people!

"You don’t know anything."

He Tingchen slapped her head and said coldly.

He hit rather hard.

Fang Anning cried out in pain, feeling nearly concussed.

Head down, enduring the pain, she was led by him without knowing where.

When she came to her senses and looked up, she saw that he had already brought her near the principal’s office.

"He Tingchen, are you really asking me to drop out?"

Fang Anning pushed him away urgently, struggling to get out of his embrace.

The two bodyguards behind He Tingchen reacted as if afraid that Fang Anning might hurt him.

However, He Tingchen stopped them with a hand gesture, ordering them to step back.

"If I do want you to drop out, would you obey?" He Tingchen asked.

Fang Anning bit her lip, knowing not to provoke a mentally disturbed person, but dropping out was a significant issue.

"No, I will never drop out," she answered decisively.

"Hmph, it’s not up to you," He Tingchen snorted.

Her stubborn look really resembled that woman.

It disgusted him!

"He Tingchen, stop."

Fang Anning saw He Tingchen walking towards the principal’s office after saying that.

Her heart panicked, and she couldn’t help but shout out loud.

But why would He Tingchen listen to her shouting?

Fang Anning became even more anxious and since talking was useless, she could only take action.

She reached out and grabbed He Tingchen’s arm, forcibly pulling him to turn around.

In a moment of desperation, she suddenly jumped onto him.

Using her arms and legs, she clung to him, preventing him from knocking on the door.

He Tingchen: "..."

Frowning, he looked at the woman hanging on him like a sloth and coldly commanded, "Get down."

"No."

Fang Anning held on tighter.

"Get down."

He Tingchen scolded again.

Fang Anning, looking up, said, "Promise not to process my withdrawal, and I will get down."

"Hmph."

He Tingchen snorted coldly, turned around with her still on him, and walked towards the principal’s office again.

She thought hanging on him would immobilize him?

With her little weight, she didn’t even qualify to hold him back.

"Why are you like this?" Fang Anning was so anxious she was nearly crying.

Between their entanglement, she felt his change.

Her heart filled with joy, she immediately lifted her face and kissed his neck.

He Tingchen: "..."

The moment the principal opened the door, he saw such a bombshell scene.

He was so angry that he nearly fainted.

The principal didn’t oppose college students dating, after all, they were adults.

But, to brazenly do this right at his office door—hugging and kissing, were a blatant provocation, it was simply too much!

"Shut up, both of you. Which department are you from? What grade? Who is your advisor?"

The principal was shaking with anger as he asked three questions in a row.

Fang Anning was startled, her face flushing red. She immediately let go of He Tingchen and jumped down from him.

He Tingchen, however, remained calm.

He casually wiped his lips, expression unchanged, turned around, and said to the principal, "It’s me."

"Mr. He?" Mr. Li was surprised and widened his eyes.

He Tingchen nodded, then turned to the two bodyguards, who were looking down, and said, "Keep an eye on her."

After speaking, he walked straight into the principal’s office.

Mr. Li was stunned for a moment but quickly followed him inside.

After both had gone in, Fang Anning finally dared to lift her head.

She wanted to go in too, to prevent He Tingchen from having her expelled. But with two bodyguards watching her, she had no chance.

He Tingchen stayed inside for about ten minutes.

When he came out again, Mr. Li was all smiles as he saw him off.

"Mr. He, I am very grateful for your support to our school. You can rest assured, our school will indeed cultivate a group of graduates that will satisfy you. It would be their great honor to intern at your distinguished company after their graduation."

"Mr. Li, please, stay." He Tingchen said politely.

Mr. Li nodded.

However, he soon noticed Fang Anning still standing there and couldn’t help asking curiously, "Mr. He, who is this?"

"My wife," He Tingchen replied.

Mr. Li suddenly realized, and immediately respectfully called out, "Mrs. He."

Fang Anning lowered her head even further, trying her best not to let Mr. Li remember her face.

When He Tingchen left, Fang Anning naturally followed him downstairs quickly.

"Did you see the principal to discuss my expulsion?"

Fang Anning wasn’t foolish; she understood from the conversation between the man and Mr. Li when they came out. The man had come to see Mr. Li for another matter.

She was just unlucky to have been caught by the man while Mu Yunxi was confessing to her.

However, given the situation, perhaps the man wouldn’t have her expelled.

"Fang Anning, who gave you the courage, to repeatedly do that kind of thing to me?"

He Tingchen suddenly turned around, grabbed Fang Anning by the neck, and questioned her.

Fang Anning immediately struggled to breathe and hurriedly explained, "I’m sorry, I was too anxious before. I promise, I swear, I won’t dare to do it again."

Fang Anning said as she raised two fingers in oath.

"It’s better that way." He Tingchen angrily let go of her and then strode forward again.

Fang Anning clutched her neck, coughing hard.

However, she hurried to catch up and follow his steps.

However, when Fang Anning rushed to where their car was parked, just as she saw He Tingchen getting into the car, she wanted to follow.

But she was frightened by a stern look from He Tingchen and stayed put.

He Tingchen slammed the car door shut with a "bang".

The car started and quickly left the place.

What does that mean?

Not letting her get into the car, does it mean she can continue schooling?

Fang Anning was confused, unable to figure out what He Tingchen was thinking for a time.

Trembling, she returned to the classroom. The teacher lectured until school was dismissed, and no one mentioned her expulsion.

This inevitably relieved Fang Anning.

It seems, He Tingchen did not proceed with her expulsion!!!
