Chapter 56: Leveling up

I left Lucia behind dealing with Thomas, and went to meet Lila, who wanted to give back my phone, after Lilith gave her that task.

An hour or so after, the red head called me to let me know I could come to her place. Lila flew me there to speed things up, and I quickly slipped in through the window. Thanks to her new camouflage ability, it was unlikely anyone noticed us.

Inside, I found Thomas dutifully cleaning everything. Lucia, visibly pleased, excitedly announced that he had become a useful and obedient man. She said he was ready for me to use as I wished.

"I promise to do everything in my power to serve you. You can ask anything of me!" he declared with conviction. But I couldn’t ignore the emptiness in his gaze, it was as if his soul had left his body.

In any case, that wasn’t my problem. He’d brought this upon himself. Besides, Lucia had orchestrated everything in the end, so there was no reason for me to feel guilty.

"He’ll do anything you command, won’t you, my obedient servant?" Lucia said, clearly enjoying the control she wielded over him.

That aside, we had business to discuss, so she finally got to the point. Thomas had confirmed our suspicions, providing additional information and evidence about the illegal activities he’d been involved in.

After some discussion, we decided to send the most explosive revelations to Clara for her to post, while keeping certain evidence to hand over to the police.

Taking advantage of Thomas’s newfound submissiveness, we decided he would be the one to deliver the evidence. This, of course, would include a confession of his own crimes. Surprisingly, he seemed almost relieved at the idea of going to jail, perhaps finding the thought of prison less terrifying than facing Lucia again.

We weren’t about to act impulsively, though. For maximum impact, we needed the public’s full attention. That meant holding onto everything until the right moment.

The best time to play our hand with the evidence would be when all eyes were on the group. With that, our basic plan was solidified, and things were progressing surprisingly well.

It was a relief to see things going right for a change. There was still a lot of work ahead, but I smiled confidently, knowing it wouldn’t be long before everything fell into place.

"I’ve also managed to gain partial control over the organization of the party," Lucia added, as expected from her. She was already accomplishing her share of the plan.

We had a brief discussion and decided to make a few preparations. We managed to make Eva the DJ for the party. There were also some other preparations, but I left those to Lucia.

Additionally, I soon received news from Lilith that she had already completed her part. It was good to know that Helena was now safe.

With the information gathered and the threats seemingly neutralized, I could move on to a more aggressive offensive strategy.

I also took the opportunity to check the app, and as I suspected, I had leveled up. As a reward, I earned a skill point, which I chose to invest in stamina. The past few days had shown me just how important it would be to increase it.

Furthermore, I informed Lucia of my progress and took a quick look at the new missions. To my surprise, I had already completed three of them without even trying. However, the others didn’t look easy at all:

Besides, I had naturally completed Helena’s phase, after all, Lilith had destroyed her videos and photos. As a reward, I received an eraser. After inspecting it, I discovered that it was an item that allowed me to erase the existence of records of some information in the world. In short, I could make a video, or photo, or document disappear from the world.

I didn’t have an exact use for it at that moment, so I preferred to just keep it in my cell phone case. Besides that, to continue with Helena’s conquest, the next step was:

I wasn’t exactly sure how I would handle this new mission. Maybe I could ask Lilith or Mina to help me with it. At least the initial value wasn’t too low, so perhaps it wouldn’t be that difficult, but it was hard to know for sure.

In any case, all I could do was wait. It was better not to do anything until the party began. Speaking of which, I also needed to come up with a way to create enough chaos. There were many possibilities, and I was confident I would think of something when the time came.

Setting that aside, it was better to return home and make the most of the rest of the time I had with the harem. After all, soon enough, I would have to return to work with Seraphina and Vanessa.

As a precaution, I made a quick visit to a certain goddess. She seemed a little bothered by my prolonged absence, but she was so busy that she barely had time to properly speak with me. Apparently, having a channel had significantly increased her workload.

In the middle of the living room, four incredibly beautiful girls were sitting and playing some kind of board game. Mina, Yasmin, and Lilith were expected, but I couldn’t hide my surprise when I saw that Helena was also there.

Upon seeing me arrive, Helena blushed slightly, and when I checked the app, I noticed that her desire level had risen significantly. Actually, I think her nipples got hard, as she saw me entering the room.

I also couldn’t help but notice Lilith’s smug half-smile. It was impossible not to sigh; it was clear that she had done something unnecessary again.

At least, seemingly, things had gone well enough, so I didn’t press the issue too much. I simply walked toward the group of women and greeted them.

"Won’t you join us, too?" Lilith quickly invited me and Lila as she looked up from the game.

They were playing The Game of Life. It wasn’t one of my favorites, but there was no reason to refuse. Lila, on the other hand, said she had things to do and left us behind.

By the way, when I asked, I found out that Eva was at the studio rehearsing, and Isabel was busy working in her atelier, so neither of them would be joining in.

Lila would probably be helping Lucia with a few things. It was good to have someone I trusted keeping an eye on that redhead, so I lent her my beloved first girlfriend for the task.

"Alright, let’s start a new round, but I want to propose a new rule," Lilith said, capturing everyone’s attention. "How about the winner gets to give one command to each of the four losers?"

"Hmm... I think that sounds fun. I wonder what kind of things I’ll make you do," Yasmin chimed in with a grin, as she locked at me.

"But if you agree, don’t even think about backing out just because the command is a little... perverted," Mina added, smiling and nodding in agreement with her girlfriend.

Helena seemed a bit hesitant to agree with the idea. However, she quickly gave in to the pressure from the other girls and reluctantly accepted the proposal.

At this point, there was no way to stop things from escalating. Well, being fully honest, I kind of wanted things to escalate a little bit.

In the end, I shrugged and agreed to participate. Then, the naughty game began.
