Sophia Hart managed to get Eleanor Thompson’s hair and hurried back to her room to put the hair into a bag.

She exhaled slowly.

That was terrifying.

Sophia Hart glanced at the time and decided to call Julia Land to tell her about getting the hair of the twin sister.

When the call connected, a male voice answered.

"?" Sophia Hart.

Had she dialed the wrong number?

"Who is this?"

"Noah Quarter," Noah Quarter answered indifferently, "Julia used my phone to call you today. I’ll go to the hospital tomorrow and tell her you’re looking for her."

"Oh, okay, thank you."

Sophia Hart hung up the phone, staring at her mobile in thought.

What’s going on? Why did Julia use Noah’s phone to call her?

"Scott Stronghold has missing or dead persons reported every day; it’s messy here now, and finding someone is difficult, Miss Land. The chances of you finding your person are very slim."

"Thank you. If possible, please have someone keep an eye out for me," said Julia Land as she noted down a contact’s number on a piece of paper and watched the news about Scott Stronghold on her tablet.

She had woken up early to contact people in search of James Thompson.

When Noah Quarter walked into the hospital room, he saw Julia busily on the phone.

This proved she hadn’t been applying the ointment at all, no wonder the swelling got worse.

He took a cotton swab from the drawer, dabbed it in the ointment, and said coldly, "Give me your hand."

"I can apply it myself, just give me the ointment."

Julia pulled a strained smile, honestly not understanding what Noah Quarter was thinking right now??

His sudden closeness made her edgy.

She reached to take the medicated cotton swab, but he grabbed her wrist and applied the ointment directly to the back of her hand.

"The doctor said you could be discharged in a couple of days. Take care of yourself when you get home. I have work at the company, I need to go," Noah said and then left the hospital room.

Julia Land couldn’t figure out Noah’s purpose and decided not to dwell on it for now. After all, they wouldn’t see each other once she was discharged.

She tried calling her bodyguards first, but as expected, no one answered.

Feeling anxious, Julia Land gave Sophia Hart another call.

"Sophia, it’s me."

Sophia Hart covertly whispered, "Julia, is this your new number? Why did you use Noah’s phone to call me yesterday?"

She was worried that something had happened to Julia, or else she wouldn’t have used Noah’s phone.

"I can’t use my original phone number anymore. I’m using this one for now and will get a new one in a couple of days."

"Julia, what on earth happened to you recently?" Sophia Hart’s voice stayed hushed, even though she was in her bedroom.

"I was kidnapped," Julia Land didn’t say who by, "but I’m safe now, don’t worry."

Sophia Hart covered her red lips, shocked but relieved, "It’s good that you’re okay, bless you."

"By the way, I got Eleanor’s hair yesterday. Eleanor is the name of one of the twin sisters. If we have Brother Thompson’s hair, we could do a paternity test."

Julia Land’s brow tensed, "Sophia, don’t do such things in the future, I worry about you, and with Mr. Thompson away, without his hair, a toothbrush that hasn’t been used for half a month won’t work either."

Sophia Hart sighed instantly, "Then there’s nothing we can do. The twins’ father plans to hold a celebration for the twins’ 100-day birthday."
