"How do we contact you if your mobile phone is out of reach?" Purple Summers changed her excuse. It might be better for Zara Jameson to speak to him in person.

Ryan Wesley said, "I’m using the logistics team’s phone right now. Even if I had my mobile on, it might not get through; communications here are nearly overwhelmed! I’ll call you guys back later!"

After the earthquake, people from all over the country were trying to call Spring River; the communication lines were overloaded. However, it would be easier for Ryan Wesley to make calls out.

Others were waiting to use the phone, so after saying a few brief words, Ryan Wesley hurriedly ended the call.

Purple Summers immediately called Alexander Summers and told him about Ryan Wesley’s discovery.

Alexander Summers was clearly shocked by the news. After a long silence, he asked, "Did Ryan Wesley mention anything else? Any news about Clyde Summers?"

"Purple, I need to go there personally," Alexander Summers said. "Can you go back to Kingsley by yourself when school starts?"

Purple Summers anxiously said, "I have a plethora of bodyguards and servants around me, it’s fine! Go quickly and bring mom back!"

Just thinking about Atra Blanc being in the disaster area, unaware of how much she had suffered, made Purple Summers feel especially heart-wrenched.
