Chapter 79: Vampire God and Vampire Queen
Chapter 79: Vampire God and Vampire Queen
Meanwhile, the commotion outside was really big, the person inside the dungeon was completely oblivious to the chaos outside.
He was just wandering around aimlessly to find any type of monster other than the ones related to vampires.
However, no matter how long he searched, he couldn’t find any, not even the ones who should be there.
But, why was that?
Well, that was because Lunéa had ordered, or should we say commanded the monsters on the 1st floor to never come out of their hiding spots.
And, they listened.
Because she just wanted Nell to clear the 1st floor without finding any difficulties.
At first, she was just going to take Nell to the second floor and begin the third trial but then again, the first floor was a survival challenge.
It was not something that could be skipped.
Which was why the woman left him in the 1st floor and had chosen to command the monsters not to attack him.
Which was a good choice.
After all, she didn’t want him to die on the first floor and make her rot in boredom again.
That would be annoying.
He was the first ever Hero who had come to clear the dungeon and before him, the whole vampire race had nothing to do.
For the last five years, they just sat there, not knowing what was going to happen next.
Then, after five years, a Hero appeared and tried to clear the dungeon.
Which was good.
Finally, there was some action.
"So, how was he?"
Vampire God’s voice was a bit happy, and a smile was on his lips as he asked.
Before, when he asked Nellas to play a game, it wasn’t his decision, rather, it was Lunéa’s.
The woman wanted to make the man play a game and enjoy while he did so.
"I don’t know,"
Lunéa’s reply was quick and a bit annoyed, and her husband, Vampire God, who was sitting on a sofa, laughed.
"What do you mean, my dear wife?"
Lunéa rolled her eyes and the Vampire God continued, "I mean, it was you who asked me to make him play a game."
As of now, Lunéa wasn’t just a shadow.
She was much more than that.
She was now in a solid state. With hair as dark as night and her skin glowing with an ethereal light, her beauty was beyond mortal imagination.
Her eyes were rosy crimson which looked as beautiful as a shooting star in the darkest of the night.
As for her outfit, it was a red, black, and white gown which made her look like a Queen.
Yes, she was now in her true form.
And, this was how she looked.
Beautif–
No!
Mesmerizing, to the point that one could stare at her for an eternity.
And, Vampire God, the lord of the vampire race, was... not one of them.
Because...
’What is the point of staring at your own wife when you can do more interesting things.’
That was his thinking.
And, the Vampire God was right.
Why stare at the beauty of your wife when you can make love with her?
Yes, Vampire God and Lunéa had already done the deed, many times at that.
Not only that, Lunéa was even carrying his child.
However, no one knew about it.
Even the Vampire God himself didn’t.
Lunéa just wanted to keep it a secret from him.
So, the moment Lunéa would give birth, it would be a surprise to everyone.
Including him.
Which was a smart choice.
If Vampire God knew about her pregnancy then his mood would get a huge boost.
And, if his mood improved then his power would also grow.
It would not be much, but a small increase was a lot for Lunéa.
Which was why she was keeping it a secret.
Because she didn’t want to... Ahem, die so soon?
Yes, that.
"Yeah, but, it isn’t fun." Lunéa’s voice was annoyed, and she sat down on the couch which was right next to the one her husband was sitting.
"That guy... He is just too much."
"In what way?" Vampire God’s interest was picked and Lunéa huffed, "Too much! Too much in using his head and not only his strength."
Lunéa’s frustration was clear, and her husband’s interest increased even more as he questioned, "What do you mean?"
"The moment I gave him the first trial, he thought of the worst outcome and prepared for it. And because he knew he couldn’t beat the 100 Ultra Sonic Vampire Bats, he used me to help him kill the bats."
Lunéa explained and this time her voice was a bit louder. It was clear that she was angry, and Vampire God couldn’t help but laugh as her words reached his ears.
"Hahahaha!"
Laughter escaped his mouth, and he leaned backward on the sofa as he replied, "That’s just funny. I didn’t expect him to use the host herself in her own game to pass."
"I didn’t expect that either." Lunéa frowned and a heavy sigh left her mouth as her gaze moved to the right and fell on the Vampire God.
"I just hope that he doesn’t come to this floor. I don’t know but I have a bad feeling that if he reaches the last floor, something terrible will happen."
Her voice was a bit quiet, and her tone was filled with seriousness.
"Hmmm," Vampire God’s laughter faded, and a small frown formed on his forehead as he replied.
"Well, there is nothing we can do. If he is fated to reach here then he will, no matter how hard you try to stop him."
He stated and moved one of his hands toward Lunéa. He was going to hold her hand and ask something but his actions froze when Lunéa spoke up again.
"No, he isn’t the one I am worried about."
Her words were strange, and a puzzled expression appeared on the Vampire God’s face as he pulled his hand back and questioned, "What do you mean?"
A sigh escaped Lunéa’s mouth and after taking a moment to calm her emotions, she began to speak.
"I don’t know how to explain but he is the one I am not worried about. I am afraid of something even worse, and that’s the one I am talking about."
