Cultivation Struggles of a Lowly Fox -
Chapter 473 – Aiko and Dragons
Yueying felt power coursing through her body. She felt alive once again.
"My meat..." Nightmare Aiko sniffled as she drew circles into the soil.
Yueying smiled wryly. The feeling of her heartbeat spread throughout her body.
She gently patted Aiko on her head.
"That won't help." Aiko pouted as her ears perked. "Someone is coming." She sighed, but fortunately, Yueying would be able to deal with them.
"Princess!" Two Dragonesses appeared before them.
Yueying observed them, but was ultimately on guard against them.
"Do you not remember us...?" The Dragonesses paused their steps.
"I do." Yueying said slowly.
They were quite happy that their princess still remembered them, but that happiness was short-lived.
"But that doesn't mean we are on the same side." Yueying learned not to believe anyone after this short experience.
Well, she still trusted Aiko, since it was thanks to her that she could feel her heart beating inside her body and not burning somewhere far away.
Yueying paused. 'I wonder what happened to my heart...' She narrowed her eyes.
About 5 minutes before obtaining her new heart, her old heart stopped hurting. Yueying wondered if something had happened on the other side, or if they had already consumed all the life-force inside that heart.
'It was a powerful heart, but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to grade this one...' Yueying touched slightly below and between her chest.
The unfamiliar bouncy feeling was startling, but the powerful yet exceptionally quiet heartbeat was even more shocking.
"How can we convince you, Princess?" One of the Dragons asked her.
"I -Yueying-, know that Yueying is the only True Dragon." Yueying shamelessly spoke like that, and for a good reason.
Once you 'proclaim' someone as a True Dragon, not only are you unable to betray them, but you won't be able to join any other Dragon due to their insane pride.
Every Dragon believes that they are the mythical True Dragon, so there are often fights over lesser Dragons to get them to their side and increase their forces.
Then, if a True Dragon appears, they would be able to command the other Dragons to suppress them and steal their Essence that is located in their Dragon Heart.
"I- Zan, know that..." Zan lifted her head. "Yong is the only True Dragon."
*Swish*
Yueying didn't hesitate to cut off her head, since that was the name of her brother, who stole her heart. Well, it was not just her brother, but she bore the most animosity towards him.
The other Dragoness kneeled, but kept looking at Yueying.
"I- Yanyan, know that Yueying is the only True Dragon." Yanyan didn't hesitate at all with this 'vow', since she truly believed that Yueying should be the one to lead them all.
Yueying was both impressed and slightly scared that Yanyan was undisturbed by her sister's death.
"I believe you are misunderstanding something." Yueying pursed her lips.
"I believe that goes both ways..." Yanyan shook her head.
Yueying beckoned her to explain.
"Just because she was my sister, doesn't mean I will be remorseful. I knew that she was plotting something, and since she already swore loyalty to the betrayer, she ceased to be my sister a long time ago." Yanyan explained her outlook on things.
Yueying paused her thoughts. "Just because I want to be a True Dragon, doesn't mean I want to lead others."
Yueying realised that she was happiest when she was enjoying her time or travelling. Working with other Dragons was exhausting since their pride was so damn high it could pierce the sky, and it was just not worth it!
"Oh..." Yanyan nodded. She placed a small cube on the ground, and a 'sealed' space emerged around them.
Yueying dragged Aiko inside, just in case there was something wrong. If she were to be sealed, it was better to have company as that would allow them to keep sane and break through it.
Aiko didn't mind, but she was still upset about the meat part, since this hungry Dragoness ate 1,000 meats!
'Where did she even stuff that...' Aiko groaned as she couldn't see her body inflated at all.
Observing Yueying closely, she was now vastly different to what Aiko remembered.
Previously, it could be said that she closely resembled Humans, but now it was kind of mixed.
Her horns turned from short and straight to long, jagged horns. They also grew more scales on their surface instead of being smooth like an egg.
Her face was breathtakingly beautiful, but there were many changes there, too.
The biggest change was that her spotless face was now littered with small scales. Well, mostly her nose and cheek and part of her forehead, the rest was still spotless, but this sudden change of texture made her quite cuter.
She still had that cute, small nose and delicate jawline. Her eyebrows were now sharper than before, but Aiko still felt gentleness from them.
Her lips were still small, but this time dark blue.
Looking closely, even her puffed-up, free-flowing hair was in dark blue colour.
Moving to her neck. It was slim and feminine, yet as she breathed, scales would move accordingly and in rhythm.
Her bosom turned from modest to nice and perky, making Aiko want to measure them for personal interest.
Her previously overly slim body gained some mass. It was not that she lost the slim trait, but it felt much less 'malnourished' than before.
Her hips and butt were still on the lesser side, but when Aiko glanced at Yanyan, her proportions were quite similar, so it seemed like Dragons were of the inverted triangle type.
Her most obvious feature were her legs, which were very long compared to her body. Aiko estimated that Yueying was now around 180-190cm tall.
Her thighs were nice and juicy, and on the sides, there was a line of beautiful scales.
Nightmare Aiko wondered if Yueying had more scales under her dress, but she wouldn't peek right now. There would be plenty of time when she would be able to see them.
Aiko glanced at Yueying's tail. It was quite long and scaly, overall it was around probably 2 metres in length?
The whole length was scaled, but a small patch just before the tip was quite lustrous, yet scaleless. For some reason, Aiko was tempted to touch it, but she held herself back for the time being.
The tip itself was like an arrowhead, but it felt like it didn't grow out properly? Like something was missing, but Aiko didn't have enough knowledge about that, so she let it be.
'I wonder how that tail is connected...' Nightmare Aiko narrowed her eyes as she got a proper excuse to lift her skirt.
"Aiko!" Yueying immediately swatted Aiko with a red face.
"Hm... commando is good-" Aiko appreciated those sensual shapes happily.
*Whack*
"Agh!" Aiko clutched her head and stared at Yueying with teary eyes.
"That won't work on me!" Yueying knew how to deal with her siblings, so something like this wouldn't work on her.
"You wouldn't need to be so rough..." Nightmare Aiko sniffled. 'What's wrong with her strength! My fucking Cauldron got a dent now!' She was more cautious about pushing the boundaries now.
Yanyan shivered slightly. 'How was that Fox able to survive that? No, before that-!' She had to report to her Princess some good news, but she was so drawn in by their antics that she couldn't get a word in.
"I even gave you meat..." Aiko sniffled again.
"..." That part worked on Yueying since it was all thanks to Aiko that she could feel her heart again. She had no idea how Aiko achieved that, but that part was not important for her.
"At least let me measure your boob-" Aiko played innocently, but...
*Whack*
*Crack*
"Argh!" Aiko winced back. "My Cauldron..." Her Cauldron broke.
Yueying was startled by that sound.
"Princess, please stop. Before you do anything, you should measure your strength first..." Yanyan didn't want that little Fox to die just yet, since there needed to be an interrogation first. Moreover, it seemed like the Princess liked that Fox, so it would be a shame if she died prematurely.
"But..." Yueying tilted her head. She couldn't understand why Yanyan was so serious. She was never all that strong to begin with!
"Please." Yanyan pleaded with her Princess.
"Huh, okay." Yueying nodded her head and whacked that marble with all her strength.
"Guh-" Yanyan almost felt her hands slipping from the impact as the marble shook violently and a gust of wind swept from the marble.
"Eh...?" Yueying stared dumbfoundedly at Yanyan, who was shaking from the impact.
*Crack*
The marble used for measuring one's strength cracked all across as it was unable to showcase her strength in colours.
Yueying stiffened.
"A-Aiko! Are you alright?" She realised that Aiko might have been hurt by her negligence.
'I'm here too.' Yanyan sniffled unhappily.
"My Cauldron..." Aiko sniffled, but seemed alright to Yueying.
Yueying hugged her to soothe her, and it worked for a while.
'A bit smaller than Mei, but for some reason softer? Even with scales? How?' Aiko was confused, so she smothered her face with them.
"Aiko..." Yueying sighed and gently pinched her cheeks.
"Awaawawwawa." Aiko squirmed, but that insane grip wouldn't let her go.
"I'm glad you are fine, but don't do this." Yueying said sternly.
"..." Aiko couldn't even talk since her cheeks were stretched too much.
"Yanyan, are you alright?" Yueying moved to Yanyan.
"En..." Yanyan sighed, but her arms were numb from that impact. "Impressive strength as always, once you reclaim your heart, you will be even stronger!" She said happily.
"Ah, about that-" Yueying was about to tell her that she obtained a new heart, but she couldn't stop her enthusiasm.
"Speaking of hearts! Your grandpa was able to get your heart back! It's in bad shape, but he is doing his best to nurse it into normal condition so your body can accept it again!" Yanyan said happily, but then paused.
"And we also should silence this Fox." Yanyan realised she had made a mistake, so she wanted to remedy it, but...
"Who are you calling about silencing a Fox, you scaly lizard?" Nightmare Aiko's aura changed, and Yanyan flinched.
Yueying sighed at the two brats who were ready to fight. She gently caressed Aiko's head to calm her down while making Yanyan stay back.
"That's right, stay away, doggy." Nightmare Aiko was, for some reason, fed up with this Dragoness, so her sharp tongue was extra sharp this time.
"Who are you calling- Woof!" Yanyan immediately and obediently sat down, making dog noises.
Why, you might ask?
'Tsk. So it really works on them.' Aiko clicked her tongue as she waved the Spirit Crystal around in her fingers.
Yeah, Spirit Crystals pretty much ruled over Dragons, and you would be able to get great riches for them in exchange, but that was for Older Dragons.
Younger Dragons would pretty much sell their Souls to get just one.
"Aiko..." Yueying couldn't believe her eyes. 'First it was mysterious meat, and now it's Spirit Crystals?!' She couldn't understand where Aiko was getting them...
