While I have no bad things to say about the story, I can't for the life of me say this novel has good writing, and that's for one reason. Subtext. There is not a single hint of subtext throughout the entire thing, the author treats every reader like they're an absolute idiot who can't understand that sometimes things are implicit not explicit. Now, that's not to say a lot of people reading webnovels aren't idiots, but I'd like to be treated like I have basic reading comprehension sometimes.

Edit: Seems my review was disliked a bunch of times by the same exact guy, phat tan. While you should always take every review you see with a grain of salt, please don't take the large amount of dislikes I've gotten as indication that I was trolling.

This is a perfect fast food novel!, the plot is easy to understand, the narration is simple and easy to follow and you can easily get hooked by it since the early chapters are somewhat pretty interesting and beginner friendly. this is the perfect read if you just wanna chill. Only downside is that it's pretty MID, it's just a normal cultivation novel with op/lucky mc + harem(got brainrot from reading too much of these stuff), the only unique thing about this novel is that it has VR and stuff but VR tag would almost be nonexistent to the plot after a certain simple and predictable plot twist gets revealed(ain't gonna go deeper than that cuz that would be a spoiler) it also has some seggss scenes(yeh if ur just gonna read because of that just read the authors other work specifically "dual cultivation" since that novel focuses more on the seggs stuff) tbh the seggsss scenes aren't really that good and you have to read through hundreds of chapter to get to those scenes. Characters are quite bland, not that much side character development and most of the FMC easily falls in love with the mc, romance is very underwhelming it didn't give me the "giggly" feeling (if you know what I mean) instead it cringes me out. overall this is a very solid read, although kinda mid it's still pretty good, I would definitely recommend this to beginners and those who loves to read novels with op mc and harem

I never got bored while reading it, it's a very nice and long series (it's good that it's long, so beginners can continue reading without waiting for chapters)

Lemme cook. The novel here has downsides, which ar rather self evident. The largest flaw in my opinion is it creating a huge and intricate world, and while the author is capable of managing all of that, the man does not f*cking upload to save his life. For those familiar with his other popular novel, Dual Cultivation, Cultivation Online is so different you would think they are written from different individuals. Cultivation Online has plenty of characters introduced, which some hold onto relevance, while other are slowly forgotten or have little to none screen time. The main focus of this story is our MC and his past/future. Now, the reason I gave it 5/5? It is because the novel itself is good. Action?`Good. Story? Engaging.  Writing? Good, not amazing but no large mistakes.  Characters? Here the issue.  As I said, there are plenty of characters, so it is impossible to actually juggle all of them, because at the end of the day, it is a WRITTEN novel, you simply cannot have every characters thoughs and actions without it being thousands upon thousands of chapters. So we come back to the original issue, a too large of a world. From what it is seen, the author, despite his upload schedule, does not seem to rash the story, nor give up on the story. So we should be fine. The negative reviews on this novel are not unjustifiable. To some degree they are correct. Now, depending on YOU, the reader, the intensity of these 'flaws' might be very apparent or you might not even notice them. I personally never noticed any of the 'issues mentioned. The only pet peeve I have with this novel is the slow growth of the MC. It takes time for him to grow. He is very naive at the beginning and it takes time for him to shed himself of that naivety. That being said, there is a warrant for it. Argumentably,  I believe there to be no extreme flaws with this novel, at most, some small things. Anyway, neither my nor others opinions matter here. Give it a try and see for yourself.

One of the best novel out their. this is one of those rare gems. but some people might be put off at the beginning as the MC is extremely naive for and good reason. He was suddenly hit with an illness that rendered him blind and at some point also started loosing the feeling and control over his body rendering him crippled. and it started when his was around 8 or 9 years old and his a*s of an adopted parents also limited his access to information or the outside world not letting him go to school. people who reviewed this with a low score had they continued reading that the MCs adoptive parents deliberately limited his access to information so he wouldn't know a lick of common sense as they plan to let him sign a very exploitive contract when he turned 18. but make no mistake the MC would slowly have character growth through out the story.

A good novel to read and clear your mind from a heavy novel you are reading. The story is simply well structured and the protagonist is OP. Here it is a matter of taste, those who prefer the protagonist from weak to strong, or the OP protagonist.

It's good webnovel, though starting is a bit of hit and miss but it gets better with chapters.

Before passing judgment, read at least 1000 chapters.  The main character is overpowered, but there is good character development. There is harem in the story.
