Contrarily, the sea monster showed great determination, "I am the dignified Saint Fish King, how could I possibly submit to a dog?"

Nonetheless, Little Jin replied with a smile, "How coincidental, for I am known as the Divine Dog Venerable. Having you, the Saint Fish King, under my command would not disgrace you at all."

"Impossible!"

The sea monster exclaimed, "Even if I die, I will never submit to a dog! Just kill me!"

Lin Yi and Shangguan Xinyan found the commotion between the fish and dog to be utterly nonsensical; weren’t both creatures equally undignified?

After saying this, Little Jin turned to Lin Yi and called out loudly, "Boy, this fish would rather die than surrender. Let’s cook it into grilled fish!"

"Grilled fish? Great idea!"

Lin Yi, stroking his chin, said, "Entering the Holy Spirit Mountain Range, having a guide familiar with these parts wouldn’t be such a bad idea."

With some reluctance, Little Jin finally nodded, "In that case, I’ll take it under my wing!"
