The man was also taken aback: "Set up a company? What do you intend to do? Open a store or run a small business at home? You can just get an individual business license for that, right?"

"I rear cattle. I need to set up a company because I am too young and need to take a loan from the Credit Cooperative. Having a company would allow a legal representative to sign." Yan Fei explained.
