Chapter 509: Chapter 525: So It Was Him (30)
Percy Stanton silently complained in his heart, and then, smiling, apologized to the service desk lady, "I’m so sorry to trouble you."
"Indeed, Raymond and Sister Isabel are so fated!" Isabel Smith cooperated with Raymond Thompson, saying with a smile.
Percy heard that and pulled up the corner of his lips, lightly snorted, then reached out and pulled Raymond out of Isabel’s arms, laughed, and said, "Isabel, shall we have lunch?"
"Sister Isabel, what do you want to eat? There are many delicious foods in Ravenwood City; you can eat whatever you like!" Raymond interjected unwillingly.
Isabel looked at the eager expressions of the father and son duo and couldn’t understand why, but she felt overwhelmed.
Indeed, she couldn’t handle it. Percy wanted to play the role of a courteous host, not only offering her this meal but also suggesting taking her to visit tourist attractions in Ravenwood City tomorrow and the day after. He even personally explained to Isabel the value of playing there, where it was purely a trap for tourists, and although Raymond couldn’t speak out these great truths, he used his cute and beautiful little face to look at Isabel and nodded in agreement, "Hmm-hmm-hmm."
Father and son, standing on the same front line, trying to honor the host, made Isabel truly feel what it was like to be overwhelmed by kindness and unable to refuse, so she agreed. And thus, unknowingly, her next three days were filled with Percy Stanton’s company.
...
It was Isabel Smith’s first time in Ravenwood City from so far away; how could Percy Stanton neglect her?
He wished he could gather all the best chefs in Ravenwood City to serve Isabel the most sumptuous and luxurious lunch.
Because Isabel was staying at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Percy didn’t take her there, but to the Starlight instead.
Percy didn’t make a reservation in advance. As it was noon, the Starlight was crowded with no available seats. Upon arrival, Percy ordered someone to open the luxury private booth of the Thompson Empire Group for entertaining VIPs.
Starlight was close to the beach. Their private booth was on the top floor, with a vast area. In the center of the rotating dining table, there was even a small garden, planted with a variety of precious and exotic flowers.
Outside the window, there was an endless view of the azure open sea, with few people on the beach and a row of yachts parked there.
After Isabel sat down, she looked around at the surroundings and couldn’t help but exclaim, despite being a young woman from a wealthy background, "The environment here is quite good!"
Percy nodded, looked at Isabel, and bluntly said, "It is quite good. It’s perfect for two people in love to come out on vacation."
Percy had confessed his love to Isabel twice. Such naked words made her blush, and she couldn’t help lowering her head.
Sitting aside, Raymond, in agreement with Percy, looked at Isabel with a serious expression and said, "Yes, Sister Isabel, I think it suits both you and me."
"..." Percy clenched his teeth secretly.
Isabel was amused.
Then, Isabel looked up and asked, "Why are you guys here in the shopping mall? Shouldn’t you be in Bellshire?"
Percy hurriedly used the excuse he had prepared and said, "There’s something going on in a few days, so I came back yesterday afternoon. I thought it was time for Raymond to get some spring clothes, so I took him shopping. I didn’t expect that we would bump into you at the shopping mall. What a coincidence."
Isabel didn’t doubt him and nodded.
However, Raymond frowned and corrected, "But, Father, children’s clothing is on the sixth floor, and I reminded you, but you insisted on going to the women’s clothing on the third floor."
