Chapter 266: Chapter 278: The Repeated Confessions (15)

Holding her waist, he took her to the front of the bedroom, lifted his foot, and fiercely kicked open the bedroom door. The sound-control lamps in the bedroom immediately turned on, and Isabel Smith saw a deep gloom on Percy Stanton’s handsome face.

Percy forcefully threw her on the bed.

Raising his hand, he pulled the tie off his shirt, and with one swift motion, ripped off his own shirt, causing the exquisite jade buttons to scatter all around.

Isabel sensed danger; she instinctively flipped over on the bed, trying to escape.

Percy grabbed her feet and pulled her to him; raising his hand, he fiercely tore her clothes in two, then pressed her body beneath him: "What’s the point of escaping? Have you forgotten your duty?"

"To sleep with the young ladies—"

After spelling out the last four words, he forced his way into her body.

In an instant, Isabel felt a sharp pain; her hand reflexively grasped the man’s arm, her nails digging into his flesh.

Percy flinched from the pain, coming back to his senses. He looked down at the pale face of the woman beneath him, her pain making his heart clench.

He averted his eyes slightly, speaking with a mocking tone.

"Isabel Smith, to you, I’m just a stepping stone to achieving your goals in the Smith Corporation, right?"

"If Percy Stanton was not an operational genius in the business world, you wouldn’t come looking for me, would you?"

As Percy said this, though it appeared that he was mocking Isabel, he knew that he was really mocking himself.

After speaking, he fiercely thrust against her once more, as if to punish her.

He’d always been a ruthless man but had never been ruthless to her. However, now, seeing her pained expression caused by his rage, a hint of satisfaction arose in his heart.

At the very least, this emotion was because of him, even if it was painful.

Thinking of this, Percy’s movements grew increasingly harsh.

...

After finishing, Percy stood up slightly and glanced at the exhausted Isabel lying on the bed. His eyes flickered.

He instinctively raised his hand, wanting to stroke her face.

However, as soon as his hand touched her cheek, Isabel turned her head. Percy’s hand hesitated, and then he coldly said, "Rest assured, from now on, there will be no other entanglements between us besides the agreed-upon ’sleeping together’."

Isabel’s fingertips trembled slightly; without making a sound, she lifted her hand and gently pulled the quilt over herself.

Looking at Isabel’s calm and composed demeanor, Percy swallowed his saliva and felt a surge of irritability well up in his heart. He raised his hand, pulled off the quilt covering her body, and leaned over her again.

This time it took even longer than the first time; it wasn’t until Isabel felt soreness all over her body that Percy finally finished.

Just when Isabel thought she could finally rest, Percy, as if never-ending, began for the third time.

This time, Isabel was so tired that she eventually passed out.

The room was very quiet, with only the sound of Percy’s heavy, post-climactic breathing echoing.

Percy leaned over Isabel, staring at her face for a while before raising his hand and covering her with the quilt.

Truth be told, he had never been in love before; Isabel was his first time, and he really wanted to treat her well.

He desperately wanted to be with her.

But seeing her avoidance of him these past days, he truly didn’t know what to do.

Percy felt an inexplicable pang of panic in his heart, and couldn’t help but lift his hand to pull her, asleep, into his arms.

He held her tightly, as if afraid that a slight lapse would cause him to lose her.
