(BL) Hunting The Field Guide

Well written so far! Very happy that they are switches- too often there are unhealthy power dynamics especially since there is already an imbalance in their work status as a leader and employee. Also always appreciate when a good story and smut go hand and hand without feeling too overbearing. I thought that the power system was interesting as well, though it may just be the first one I've read haha
