Beneath the Surface: Secrets of an Obsessed Heart -
Chapter 57 - 56
Chapter 57: Chapter 56
Ruby gritted her teeth and stomped out of the room. She had been busy gathering all the finest clothes for Raiden’s boyfriend while they were busy sucking each others faces and now that she went in, Raiden wasn’t even willing to stop. Ugh what did he see in that boy anyway? What did he have that she didn’t? How come in all the years Raiden had been visiting the store, he never once fell for her charm but is so into the whore on his lap. She stood outside, fuming as she waited to be called in.
Hiro on the other hand was deeply and thoroughly kissed until he had to tug on Raiden’s clothes to remind him that he needed air. When Raiden broke the kiss and finally pulled away, Hiro slumped against his chest, panting. His entire body felt like it was goo and his knees felt soft. He didn’t think he’d be able to stand.
Seeing Hiro so disoriented with freshly swollen lips, panting, made Raiden feel extremely proud. Like he had accomplished something great. Hiro was so adorable that he just wanted to gobble him up but also unbelievably sexy that he was already rock hard.
"Should I call her back in?" He asked, his voice raspy.
"Who?" Hiro asked, confused.
Raiden chuckled. "Ruby. She came in while we were kissing."
Hiro then recalled when he heard someone clearing their throat and his cheeks went crimson. So it was Ruby that came in. He felt shy but in a way, he was glad that she witnessed them kissing. Maybe she would back off.
He groaned inwardly. Why did he even care if she was into Raiden or not? Raiden wasn’t his. They were together but not really together. Raiden should still retain the right to be with whoever he wanted right? He shouldn’t interfere.
Although he had such thoughts, he couldn’t help but feel some type of way. He sighed. "Call her in." Time to get things over with. He knew Raiden would not take no for an answer.
Raiden helped Hiro up as he called out for Ruby. In response to his summons, Ruby swiftly entered, wheeling in a rack of meticulously arranged clothes behind her. The latest and finest suits, tailored to perfection and in Hiro’s exact sizes, hung neatly on the rack, each piece exuding exquisite craftsmanship and style.
As Ruby maneuvered the rack into the room, Raiden’s gaze swept over the array of suits with undisguised enthusiasm. The fabrics shimmered softly in the ambient light, showcasing a range of colors and designs that would undoubtedly complement Hiro’s presence. Raiden couldn’t contain his excitement for he was looking forward to helping Hiro wear each and every one of the suits.
"Do I have to try them all on?" Hiro asked, gazing at the suits on the rack. He could already feel a headache coming at the thought of repeatedly dressing and undressing. It had been years since he cared about what he wore.
"Of course." Raiden answered seriously. "How will we know if they fit or not?"
"They are all in his sizes Mr Yamato." Ruby chipped in. "He can try on a few then pick out more that he likes."
"Did I ask for your opinion?" Raiden asked, pinning her a glare. He wanted to use to the opportunity to touch Hiro as much as he wanted. Why was the meddling woman trying to ruin everything? She didn’t even know how long he had been coveting the boy beside him. She couldn’t even begin to comprehend his preciousness and importance.
Ruby felt chills run down her spine from the scathing look. She took a step back. "I’m sorry sir."
"She has a point though." Hiro said, thinking what Ruby said made sense. Although he didn’t like her, she gave a good idea. "That would be easier, won’t it? We’ll be able to finish up in time and go to the hospital."
Raiden fought the urge to roll his eyes. What was Hiro’s obsession with the hospital? Saika was well taken care of and Hiro had even talked to her. What the hell was he worried about? "I still want to see you in everything." He insisted. "We have to make sure the colors complement your skin and every is perfect. Here, let’s start with this one."
He picked out a black suit before Hiro could protest then remembered Ruby was still in the room. He turned to her. "You can leave. I’ll call you when we need you."
She began to protest; "But sir, I can help him-"
"I said you can leave." Raiden stated firmly, his tone carrying a note of finality. "Your services are not required right now."
He left Ruby with no choice but to depart, visibly frustrated and slightly offended by the dismissal.
"That was harsh." Hiro muttered, feeling slightly sorry for Ruby. He remembered the way he used to be treated by rude customers when he was working at convenience stores. There were times that their attitudes and rude comments made him cry.
Raiden didn’t feel sorry at all. If anything, he was eager to have Hiro alone again. After Ruby exited the room with a displeased air, he turned his attention back to Hiro, a small, knowing smile playing on his lips. With the suit in hand, he approached Hiro, his demeanor shifting from authoritative to warmly inviting. "Now, let’s get you into this suit," he said, his voice laced with eagerness. He couldn’t even hide it.
In that moment, Raiden’s focus was solely on Hiro, his eyes alight with anticipation and a touch of admiration. He was going to dress up his baby. He didn’t know why he had such fantasies of helping Hiro dress up but the way he imagined everything, especially helping Hiro wear pants over his big butt made him nearly have a nosebleed.
Sadly, his hopes and dreams came crashing down when Hiro snatched the suit from him and walked towards the changing room.
Raiden was stunned. "W-Where are you going?"
"Didn’t you ask me to change?" Hiro asked, confused. "That’s what I’m going to do."
"What? N-No..." He protested. "I didn’t mean it like that. I’m supposed to help you wear them."
Hiro nodded. "I know. Isn’t that why you sent Ruby out? I’ll call you if I need any help with anything inside." Then he swiftly entered the changing room, leaving Raiden brokenhearted.
