Apocalypse: After Being Reborn, I Stocked Up on All Supplies
Chapter 334 - Chapter 334 Chapter 332 Where is my brother

Chapter 334: Chapter 332: Where is my brother?! Chapter 334: Chapter 332: Where is my brother?! “Jiang Yan, I’ll take some people to other areas to scavenge for supplies. These firewoods might not last until morning.” Song Qian got up.

The temperature outside was too low; they couldn’t do much to help Ye Qing.

But for indoor tasks, like scavenging for supplies, they could contribute.

Jiang Yan nodded, “Okay,”

“Brother Song, we’ll go with you.” Qin Lang and a few other warriors said.

Song Qian nodded slightly.

“Brother Song, wait for me, I’m coming too!” Kong Wu said as he struggled to rise, but Jiang Yan pressed him back down, “You need to heal your wounds first.”

His back and arms were badly torn open by a Snow Wolf.

Even though Lin Xiaohui had applied medicine and bandaged him, he still needed some time to fully recover.

Jiang Yan had just given her some adhesive suture strips and sterile pads; the warriors’ torn wounds were patched up like centipedes.

“Sister Yan…” Kong Wu felt a little grievance, “I don’t want to drag you all back…”

Jiang Yan glared at him with pretend anger:

“Although we’ve checked the other areas and didn’t find major issues, it’s still uncertain. If you really went and encountered danger without the ability to protect yourself, that would be holding us back. Heal up, and you’ll have your chance to perform well.”

“Alright then…” Kong Wu’s head drooped.

The sky outside gradually grew darker.

The temperature was dropping even lower.

The few warriors who were healing huddled together, cuddling for warmth.

“I have some Snickers that the leader gave before, I’ll share them with everyone.” Jiang Yan said as she reached into her bag and pulled out a pack of Snickers, handing out one to each person present.

These Snickers were good for staying warm.

Of course, Mo Jingsheng didn’t give them.

She was just making up an excuse.

The warriors were all shocked.

Kong Wu, Zhao Yougong, and Lin Xiaohui were also quite shocked.

But beyond the shock, there was joy.

“Thank you, Jiang Yan!”

“Thank you, Sister Yan.”

“You’re welcome.” Jiang Yan took back the pink thermos from Kong Wu.

She went to the corner and, while others weren’t paying attention, put the thermos into Space, and then took out another one filled with hot water from Space.

Then, she unwrapped two pieces of Snickers into it, screwed it tight, and shook it in her hands.

When opened, a white steam mixed with a sweet scent wafted out.

Jiang Yan carried the thermos and walked over to where Mo Shiyao was resting, then unscrewed the cap to let the hot water cool down naturally.

She hadn’t lived in the north for long.

But she had heard that in particularly cold, snowy weather, the mouth’s sensation of temperature is unreliable.

There had been cases of people thirstily drinking hot tea made with boiled water without much sensation, only to scald their throats in the end.

As the water cooled naturally, Jiang Yan crouched down and gently called out to her, “Mo Shiyao.”

Mo Shiyao had been awake for a while.

But she remained silent with a blank stare, sitting there with her head down.

Lin Xiaohui and Kong Wu had both tried to approach her earlier, but seeing that she had no intention of speaking, they had to give up.

Seeing this, Lin Xiaohui and Kong Wu sighed silently.

“Shiyao, it’s Jiang Yan.” Jiang Yan reached out to pull Mo Shiyao’s hand, and the latter jerked her hand back.

The quick response reassured Jiang Yan a bit.

Jiang Yan took a deep breath, “Remember, you lost to me in our last contest.”

Upon hearing this, Mo Shiyao shivered slightly.

A reaction was a good sign.

Jiang Yan continued purposely: “And the time before last, you lost that contest too.”

This time, Mo Shiyao’s shoulders trembled, and she slowly raised her head, with a hint of emotion in her dull eyes.

It was an indescribable emotion,

“No, I didn’t lose, you used a gun, you cheated…” she finally muttered.

Jiang Yan’s lips curled, “Then do you dare to have a rematch with me some time?”

“Huh–” Mo Shiyao scoffed, her gaze dimming again as she dropped her head.

“This cup of sugar water was brought by your brother; he said that after you drink it, he will watch our contest personally.” Jiang Yan said, and brought the now much less steamy cup of water.

She didn’t hand it directly to Jiang Yan, but instead, poured it into the lid and tried a sip herself.

The temperature was just right.

Neither cold nor hot.

And the sweetness was appropriate.

Mo Shiyao slowly raised her head again, her eyes red and moist:

“Where is my brother?!”
