Alpha's Bite Between My Legs
Chapter 78: The Former Alpha’s Son

Chapter 78: The Former Alpha’s Son

Rosina watched the flesh getting torn apart. Blood spattered everywhere and even went to her cheeks, but she didn’t mind it. The brutality was making her insides shiver with delight.

"Woah," Rosina was in awe. She thought Vinicio would win the duel since the gray wolf was wounded and tired from the recent battle, but it was the opposite.

The gray wolf bit Vinicio’s wolf in the neck, making him whimper in pain. Vinicio was pushed to the ground, and his limbs were restricted by the gray wolf’s paws.

It was a countdown of whether Vinicio would accept defeat or he could turn the battle and escape from the gray wolf’s grasp. Everyone in the arena was cheering as they were betting on who would be the winner.

The gray wolf snarled and bit Vinicio’s neck deeper, making him whimper until he surrendered with his tail between his legs.

"What a sight," Rosina stated, curious about the gray wolf’s human form.

Vinicio was bleeding terribly as he limped away. The shameful defeat broke his ego and pride, which made Rosina feel sorry.

"Wait," Rosina called and walked toward him. She respected that he won the duel against the noble knights, but he played dirty when he wanted to duel with the gray wolf, knowing he was wounded.

Vinicio’s wolf looked at Rosina. He was towering over her due to his werewolf form. His eyes were hazy in shame that he couldn’t look at Rosina’s eyes for long.

Rosina sighed, took out medicine from her pouch, and wrapped it with her handkerchief. "Here, you did well."

Vinicio grabbed the handkerchief using his mouth and nodded at Rosina as thank you before leaving the area.

"Now, we have a winner!" Rosina exclaimed. Her aura radiated cheerfully as she was excited to know who was behind the wolf form.

Ferro prepared a black cloak, which was a present from Rosina. It would also cover his body since he would be naked once he shifted to a human form.

"You can now shift and tell me your identity," Rosina stated gently and took the cloak from Ferro. She wanted to be the one to give it to her personal guard.

The gray wolf howled before shifting back into his human form. He whimpered from the pain of dislocating his bones and rearranging his muscles when there were open wounds in several parts of his body.

A man stood naked in front of Rosina. He immediately kneeled on the ground and lowered his head. The wounds were visible and bleeding on his back.

Rosina put the cloak to cover his flesh.

"Lady Rosina Greco, I am Silvio Locatello, a jockey," he stated with a deep voice.

Rosina squinted her eyes since his voice was familiar, but she didn’t know where she heard that. She placed her hand on Silvio’s chin and pushed his head upwards to see his face.

That was when Rosina realized who it was. "The red rider?"

Silvio nodded and forced himself to stand up. "I will offer my life for your safety, Lady Rosina."

Rosina’s eyes widen. She had finally gotten closer to Silvio and noticed that he was very handsome, and his muscles were evident from the fabric.

"Lady Rosina, it’s ready," Ferro stated and took something from the back. It was a sword that Draco had given him for Rosina’s personal guard.

Rosina saw the sword and understood what it meant. "Okay."

Rosina looked at Silvio and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Repeat after me. I, Silvio Locatello, do solemnly swear and pledge my sword to Rosina Greco, my liege, to defend and obey her until she departs his demesnes or death shall take me and uphold the honor of her personal guard."

Silvio repeated each word firmly with pride. Rosina could feel his muscles trembling under her touch.

Rosina smiled, took the sword from Ferro, and handed it to Silvio with the new title of Rosina’s personal guard instead of a knight since he wasn’t one in the first place nor a noble.

"Thank you, Lady Rosina. I will do my duty with pride," Silvio said with his head down and the sword in front of him.

"You did very well," Rosina replied before leaving the arena and letting Ferro do the rest of the job.

Sal and Fina followed her outside with worry. They wanted to talk to Rosina but were hesitant to do so.

"You two may speak," Rosina sighed and faced her two servants, who were gossiping to one another.

"L-lady, I think you should hear about this," Sal stuttered nervously as she looked at Fina, giving her the responsibility to tell Rosina.

"Lady Rosina, few gossips went out about you. I’m afraid that your reputation will be tainted by those lies," Fina stated firmly after getting the courage to speak.

"Hmm, I’ve heard," Rosina chuckled while shaking her head. "Let it be."

The next day, Silvio arrived at the third prince’s residence with armor matching his sword, a combination of black and red.

Rosina was waiting for Silvio to arrive in the living room when Draco appeared. He had a wide grin on his face.

"You caused a little chaos yesterday," Draco commented and sat opposite Rosina.

"Will the Monarchs punish me for that?" Rosina asked and sipped her tea, sighing with joy.

"It’s already done, but the noble knights were not happy with the outcome," Draco was amused by how the noble knights were making a big deal out of it.

"Maybe I hurt their pride and ego by choosing a commoner as my personal guard," Rosina stated while shaking her head.

"For sure," Draco agreed, and Ferro appeared after a few seconds.

"Your Highness, Prince Draco and Lady Rosina. Sir Silvio Locatello had arrived," Ferro stated after bowing and stepping to the side.

Silvio appeared and kneeled on the floor. "Your Highness, Prince Draco Violante and Lady Rosina Greco, I have arrived."

"Please, stand up, Sir Locatello," Draco stated gently and patted Silvio’s shoulder. "How was your mother?"

"S-she was doing well, Your Highness," Silvio answered timidly with a slight pink hue on his cheeks at the mention of his mother.

"You two know each other?" Rosina asked when she noticed the comfortable atmosphere between the two.

"Hmm, I’m surprised you didn’t know this, Lady Rosina, but Sir Silvio Locatello was the only son of former Alpha Locatello of Mystic pack," Draco stated and pressed Silvio’s shoulder gently as a sign of comfort.

"Former..." Rosina pursed her lips. She had heard from the gossip that Mystic pack was raided by an unknown wolf pack and was defeated in battle. The Alpha died and was replaced by the new one who killed all the former pack clans.

"Why did you blurt out the confidential information so freely!" Rosina looked at both sides to see if there were servants around except Ferro.

"Don’t worry, darling. No one will know that Luna and her son were saved," Draco started laughing and patted Silvio’s armor aggressively like a reunited old friend.

"And I should thank you again for saving us, Your Highness," Silvio faced Draco and bowed to him, but Draco pulled him into a tight hug.

Rosina was speechless and stared at them while they conversed with each other. After a while, Draco bid them goodbye to check about the wedding venue in the next two days.

"So, you’re a noble, Sir Silvio," Rosina chuckled with amusement and sat back on the sofa.

’That is why he was stronger than the other commoners and nobles. He was supposed to be the next Alpha of the second strongest pack after Sabrecrown,’ Rosina thought and stared at Silvio’s appearance from bottom to top.

"I’m just a lowly commoner, Lady Rosina. Your personal guard," Silvio stated, putting a hand over his chest, and bowed 90 degrees to her.

"Well, since we would be together most of the time. Please sit down and have tea with me," Rosina gestured toward the sofa in front of her, but Silvio was hesitant.

"Please, I insist," Rosina pressed further, which Silvio couldn’t disobey. He sat on the sofa uncomfortably.

Since there was no servant around, Rosina grabbed the pot and was about to pour tea into Silvio’s cup, but he held her hand to stop her.

"I-I can do it myself, Lady Rosina. I appreciate this kind gesture," Silvio insisted and took the pot from Rosina.

"Okay," Rosina stared at her hand, her skin tingled from Silvio’s touch. Her eyes gazed at his sharp jaw, which had a little facial hair.

Silvio took a sip of the tea and noticed that Rosina was gazing at him. "Do you have something to ask, Lady Rosina?"

"Yes, I do have one question for now," Rosina’s innocent smile vanished and was replaced by a seductive look. She leaned backward and straightened her back, crossing her legs.

"Sir Silvio, do you find me beautiful?" Rosina asked and licked her lips sensually, making Silvio panicky at her seductive action.
