Alpha's Bite Between My Legs
Chapter 49: The New Seedling

Chapter 49: The New Seedling

Rosina wore her gown back with a delightful grin. She had once satisfied her emotional and physical pleasure, but most of all, she had prolonged her life by taking Terzo’s soul.

"I’m sorry," Rosina muttered while looking at his lifeless eyes and mummified body. She felt sorry since he couldn’t be free from the outside world, but she didn’t care much.

"Now, how can I dispose of this body?" Rosina muttered and looked around the room. She had always burned the corpse since it would destroy the evidence.

A knock on the door disrupted Rosina’s thoughts, and she immediately smelled Draco’s scent. She looked back at the corpse and the door multiple times to decide what she would do, but in the end, she chose to open the door.

"Hello, Mita, how are you?" Draco stated with a smirk since he smelled the scent of c^m from the room.

"Good," Rosina stated, pulling Draco inside aggressively and locking the door.

"Ohh, what’s the matter?" Draco whispered and leaned closer to Rosina, but she put her hand on his chest before gesturing toward the bed.

Draco crunched his eyebrow and followed his hand. That was when he saw the dead man’s corpse. "Oh my, what did you do?"

Rosina elongated her claws in preparation to kill Draco if he did something terrible to her. She expected him to scream or launch an attack, but Draco looked at her with pride, to her surprise.

"You did this?" Draco gasped and pointed at the corpse with awe. "Your way of killing is very unique!"

"What!?" Rosina was dumbfounded and retracted her claws and walked toward Draco, who was busy admiring the corpse.

"I didn’t know you could kill, dear. If I had known about this sooner, I should have brought you here earlier," Draco laughed and grinned widely. "I’m not mistaken for choosing you as my companion. You’re the best!"

"Are you not afraid that I will kill you too?" Rosina asked while looking at Draco’s carefree demure.

"Nah! Why would I when we literally do the same thing? HA HA!" Draco laughed wholeheartedly before taking the blanket and wrapping the corpse with it.

"Oh, umm. Okay," Rosina stepped back and let Draco do his work. She was stunned at his actions but didn’t mind it either.

"All done. Now we just need to call a servant to bring these corpses with us to become fertilizer for our trees," Draco muttered with a smirk and called a servant. It didn’t take long before they arrived and put the corpsed in the sack and carried it outside through a secret tunnel.

"I guess it’s not your first time doing this," Rosina whispered as they went out from the ground.

"Well, aside from killing those who pissed me off. I tend to kill a few ladies on the bed," Draco whispered with a chuckle when he saw Rosina roll her eyes.

After the servants finished stuffing the corpse in the back trunk. They went back into the tunnel and disappeared into the darkness.

"We should go back to the palace," Draco smiled and offered his arm for her to take. They entered the carriage and immediately moved in the palace’s direction.

"I never thought a Prince would be so used to these kinds of things," Rosina commented while looking at Draco taking off his wig.

"Well, you will be surprised at what other things I can do," Draco smirked and leaned back on the seat. He reeked of a female perfume suffocating the carriage space.

"I can’t wait to see you then," Rosina muttered and looked outside the carriage window, where they got out of the forest and were traveling in the city.

"I could say the same thing to you," Draco’s eyes glanced at her. "I never expected a lovely rose to pluck a wolf’s soul out of his body."

Rosina didn’t say a word and just smiled at him before looking outside.

"Tell me something I’m curious about, Rosina," Draco crossed his hands and leaned forward.

"What is it?" Rosina grumbled and anticipated his question.

"I want to know your goal or purpose in killing that man?" Draco stared into her eyes as the moonlight illuminated them.

"Do you need a reason to kill, Draco?" Rosina sighed profoundly and raised her head high.

"Well, yes. Some want to kill for fun, pleasure, or a hobby or just hate the person. There are so many reasons out there, and I wanted to know what’s yours," Draco stated firmly, but he could see that Rosina was firm on not telling her reason.

"Guess," Rosina muttered and leaned back with a playful smile.

"Clever," Draco chuckled and thought of any particular reason he could think of. "You don’t reek a male scent, which means his seeds didn’t stick to you, or you two didn’t have sex. Maybe you didn’t like his performance in the middle of the romance. That’s why you killed him."

"He is a great performer. I enjoyed his work," Rosina stated while remembering the pleasure she had experienced with Terzo.

"Then why is he dead and looked like his body was sucked dry?" Draco stated with amusement. He was curious about this since the kill was still fresh, but the body looked like a mummy with his skin sticking into his bones.

Rosina’s smile grew wider, and she leaned closer to him, and their faces were a few inches apart. They could feel their breaths against each other’s noses.

"I kept my promise to him," Rosina answered, and her hand went into Draco’s cheeks, wiping the lipstick stain.

"What promise?" Draco whispered, and his eyes went down to Rosina’s lips.

"The promise that he would no longer feel pain and abuse. I kept it, and now he’s free from misery," Rosina smiled before pulling back and sitting straight. She gazed at Draco, who was chuckling at her answer.

"You’re crazy," Draco flicked his lips with greater interest. He was not afraid nor disgusted by her reasons and actions. "But I like it."

To her surprise, Rosina watched as Draco’s servant unloaded Terzo’s body from the carriage. There was already a lot for Tero’z body to be buried along with a seedling.

Draco stood by her side as they watched the servant untying the sack and pulling Terzo’s body which was covered in white cloth.

"Don’t bother removing the cloth," Draco stated when the servants were yanking the cloth that was tucked tightly.

"Yes, Your Highness," they stated before placing the body on the buried ground and immediately put gasoline and lit him on fire.

"You should go and rest, Rosina. This might take a while, and you must be tired from our journey," Draco stated as he sat on the nearby rock.

"I’m fine, Draco," Rosina answered. Her gaze was not leaving Terzo’s body as the fire’s reflection danced in her eyes.

Draco stared at Rosina, he had many questions surrounding what happened that night, but he wasn’t rushed to know it all. His excitement and interest kept building since she was the only woman who didn’t bore him.

After a few minutes, the fire went down, and the servants immediately covered it with soil and planted the seedling as if nothing had happened there.

"It’s done. We should go back now," Draco muttered while yawning. He grabbed Rosina’s waist, guided her to the carriage, and talked to his servants before going with her.

"You trusted your servants very much," Rosina said while returning to the residence. The sun had already risen in the sky, yet, they hadn’t hit the bed.

"Of course, but I have a couple of stubborn servants who couldn’t swallow their job and decided to tell the authorities about the hidden bodies in my garden," Draco chuckled while rubbing his sleepy eyes.

"What did you do to them?" Rosina asked, but she already knew the answer.

"I killed them, of course. I hate traitors the most," Draco stated and glanced at Rosina with a knowing look. "You aren’t going to betray me, hmm?"

"Why would I? What will I gain from betraying you? After all this, I have gained a great advantage, so why would I throw that away?" Rosina shook her head with a sigh. She had attained a bit of freedom without hardship since she became his future wife; only an idi0t would throw such opportunity in life.

"Good, because I’m enjoying your company," Draco stated with a smirk.

They arrived at the residence, and Draco helped Rosina from coming down the stairs. Since they were already deemed a couple, nobody questioned why they arrived so late.

Draco knew that the Queen had placed an eye in his residence that monitored their movements, and a single mistake or information would be used against him. After all, he was the next heir to the throne if Gastone, the Crown Prince, died or was dropped from the position.

Even though Draco had stated that he had no intention to become the next King. He was still a threat to the Crown.
