Alpha's Bite Between My Legs
Chapter 392: The Dried Lips

Chapter 392: The Dried Lips

Eight men continued running in their two limbs as fast as they could. They were confident they successfully left the Lightcrest Pack since they were closer to the end border. They plan to return to Midnight Pack and start accusing Felissa among the Pack members to manipulate them against her.

"I can’t wait to celebrate when we return!" one of the traitors exclaimed in delight while running. The rest of the group laughed and followed his cheers.

But their joy was cut short when they heard a loud howl. It wasn’t from animals in the forest since the sound brought chills down their spine.

"What is that?" a traitor asked while stopping. He looked around but saw nothing around them.

Since they were Werewolves, they could see in the dark, but not as clearly as in their wolf form.

"We should hurry," the leader of the traitor group stated. He started sprinting again since his instinct told him to run as far as possible.

"Boss... I think there’s something... in there," a traitor stated and pointed at the thick bush not far from them.

"Just f^cking run!" the leader yelled without looking back. He could feel his back hair tingling in not a good way.

Although, the traitor didn’t follow his leader’s command. He stayed in his spot while his other comrades started sprinting away. He was curious and wanted to see what it was.

The traitor slowly stepped toward the bush and crouched his body. He was expecting a wild animal he could hunt and bring home to his sick mother, but it wasn’t what he expected.

An ash-colored fur wolf came out from the bushes and bit the traitor’s neck, enough to make him unconscious but alive.

Everyone turned back to see what had happened after hearing a faint cry. Their eyes widened upon seeing a gigantic wolf with glowing Emerald eyes.

"AH!" the traitors shouted and ran as fast as their feet could. They had never seen a wolf transformation since they escaped before witnessing Draco’s wolf shift. That made them think another creature from the Labyrinth had escaped.

Behind the gigantic ash wolf was a brown-colored wolf, slightly shorter in height.

"There’s more of them!" the traitor shouted in fear and to inform his comrades.

As the traitor’s focus was on the two wolves chasing them. They didn’t realize others were circling around in the darkness.

Vicenzo’s wolf growled loudly and was consumed by victory. He used more strength on his legs to sprint faster than usual and caught up to the traitor. He bit their legs or made them unconscious without killing them since he wanted to show justice without bloodshed.

Elio’s wolf, on the other hand, was having a hard time catching up. His wolf has eaten most of his energy and has little left for him to use. He was still new, and it took a toll on his body; after a few seconds, he collapsed due to exhaustion.

The other men started attacking the traitors and prevented them from going further. In the end, the traitors were trapped in the middle.

"You will regret this if you kill us!" the leader shouted, drawing out his sword to protect himself. Their comrades stuck together and looked at their enemy.

The traitors were confident they could defeat the participants, but with a wolf baring its fangs at them increased their chances of defeat.

"I can’t believe you all carried a monster just to chase us!" the leader stated sternly. He growled and glanced at the gigantic wolf.

"You rather regret what you’ve said," Luca stated with a smirk.

Before their eyes, the gigantic ash-colored wolf transformed into a fully naked human.

Vicenzo stared at the traitors with disappointment in his eyes. He didn’t care if they saw him nude since they had the same body parts but different sizes.

All men tried their best not to stare down at Vicenzo’s length.

"Ah! A wannabe Alpha! Haha! Are you here to sentence us to death? If you do, the Pack will turn against you!" the leaders shouted to threaten Vicenzo, but it was a cover-up of his fear.

Vicenzo didn’t say a word. He stepped forward, and his aura kept increasing. "You dare cause harm to my mate. You shall pay the price of your actions," his voice vibrated and caused fear in the traitor’s wolves.

Even though Vicenzo wasn’t an Alpha yet. He had a dominating aura since Alpha blood ran from his veins.

The traitors shook, and the urge to submit and beg for their lives was getting stronger. Those with a weaker wolf couldn’t fight the resistance and knelt to the ground, asking for forgiveness.

Vicenzo’s eyes were glowing. His blood pumped faster than usual, and the adrenaline rushed into his veins. He growled lowly, giving them a chance to submit before he snapped their heads away from their body.

The leader’s legs began to shake. His other comrades started lowering themselves one by one, and he was the only one left standing.

Vicenzo’s eyes glared at the leader, watching how much longer he could hold himself high.

"You will n-never win. Many Pack members are against that girl’s ascension to the leadership. Midnight Pack will crumble and—" The leader couldn’t finish his words when Vicenzo punched him hard in the face.

Vicenzo’s strength was enough to knock the leader out of consciousness. That set an example to the other traitors not to fight back and instead cooperate with them.

"We surrender. Please, don’t kill us!" the traitors exclaimed altogether and lowered their heads to the ground.

Vicenzo growled and looked at his knuckles, blood splattered on them. He sighed and relaxed himself.

"What should we do, Sir?" Elio asked while trying to drag himself near Vicenzo. He was naked and had several cuts on his skin from the rocks when he transformed back into his human form.

"Take them. Make sure to bind their hands on their backs," Vicenzo commanded and watched as the men followed his order. He crossed his arms while waiting for them to finish when Natan approached him.

Natan handed Elio and Vicenzo a piece of clothes he ripped from the traitors. He didn’t say a word since it was already evident of its use.

"Thank you," Vicenzo stated, wrapping the cloth around his waist that barely covered his family jewels.

Elio, on the other hand, was safe.

After they were done, they traced their steps back to the camp, and Vicenzo took his stuff along the way. Only the Knights remained when they returned and were waiting for their arrival.

When they got back to the Lightcrest Pack. The traitors were placed in the cells for the meantime before dragging them to Midnight Pack.

Vicenzo went into Felissa’s room and watched her sleep all night while sitting on the sofa.

"Ugh," Felissa groaned as the sunlight hit her eyes. She fluttered her eyelids and stretched her body. She felt good and relieved when a fantastic scent glazed her nose. She turned to the side and saw Vicenzo sleeping peacefully.

Felissa sat up in haste and looked at herself under the blanket. She started fixing her hair and wiped the oil and dried saliva from her lips. She wanted to look presentable if her mate woke up.

’I should not wake him up,’ Felissa thought and slowly started to crawl away from the bed, but a pull of emotions got into her. She started crawling in front of Vicenzo and stared at his sleeping face.

"So handsome," Felissa muttered without a sound. She couldn’t help but adore Vicenzo’s physical appearance. She went closer and inspected every little detail on his face, especially the little mole on his nose.

"Do you like what you’re seeing?" Vicenzo whispered and smirked, making Felissa gasp in surprise and jump back to create some distance.

"I-I’m just looking to see if you have wounds in your skin!" Felissa exclaimed and reasoned out quickly to cover her deeds.

"Alright, I am fine, but how are you feeling?" Vicenzo asked and yawned. He ruffled his hair and stretched his arm.

"I’m good," Felissa replied and turned around. She didn’t want her mate to see her reddened cheeks.

"That’s great. I don’t want to ruin this morning, but we need something to discuss," Vicenzo stated tiredly and grasped his hands together.

Felissa’s smile vanished, and she became serious. She knew their problems were not solved yet and wanted them unravelled as fast as possible.

That morning, Vicenzo had explained everything from the Labyrinth, the statues and what had happened to the traitors. He also asked about the participants since the Trial failed due to unfortunate events.

Felissa looked down and bit her lips. She was breaking down inside but showed a relaxed expression.

"I don’t want to make a haste decision and want to know what you think of it," Vicenzo asked softly. He wanted to pluck the root cause of the problems and leave no traitors in the Midnight Pack, even if it would cause chaos among the members as long as nobody would harm Felissa’s life again.
