Alpha's Bite Between My Legs
Chapter 390: The Visitor

Chapter 390: The Visitor

The creature shook its body and threw Elio away. Its eyes searched for Vicenzo and found him. It didn’t waste time and attacked him with its beak opened wide.

Everything seems so fast, yet so slow.

Draco sprinted forward to block the attack, but before he could reach Vicenzo, Affonso appeared out of nowhere and used his body as a barrier.

Affonso grabbed the bird’s mouth and used all his force to push it to the side. His instinct to protect everyone in his territory was vital, and he offered himself instead.

"Ah!!!" Felissa screamed in horror. Her body shook since she didn’t expect a fight would happen outside the Labyrinth.

The cloud of smoke formed from the ground blurred their vision, but when it vanished. Their eyes widened in dread.

The creature’s gigantic beak dug into Affonso’s flesh as his blood spurted like a fountain.

"NOOO!" Felissa screamed with fear in her eyes. She felt the world fell into her shoulders and the heaviness of the consequences of her actions.

Draco gritted his teeth, hurriedly transformed into his gigantic wolf, and attacked the bird, biting its neck.

The creature shrieked loudly from the painful bite, but it fought back. It dug its claws into Draco’s flesh and intended to kill him.

Felissa removed herself from Vicenzo and sprinted toward Affonso. She couldn’t believe how the situation turned upside down and bloody. She cradled his body into her lap without a care about his blood.

"Alpha! Alpha! Hang in there!" Felissa shouted and looked for the Theta, but they were wounded by the flying bricks. Her eyes glanced helplessly at Vicenzo, asking for help.

Vicenzo took several deep breaths to calm himself. His ears started ringing at the chaos happening before him, and he blamed it on himself. After all, he was the one who brought the dangerous creature outside the Labyrinth.

"Vicenzo! Vicenzo!" Felissa kept shouting her mate’s name, but he had no response. "VICENZO!" she screamed so loud, taking a rock and throwing it toward his head.

Vicenzo was surprised at the pain inflicted, but that woke him up to reality. He fluttered his eyes and looked at what was happening.

"Vicenzo!" Felissa shouted again to get his attention.

Vicenzo’s eyes were directed from Felissa to Affonso, who was choking on his own blood. He ran toward Affonso and added pressure to the wound to stop the bleeding.

"D-don’t mind m-me... H-help... H-his Ma-majesty," Affonso whispered and glanced at the fight between Draco and the gigantic creature. He was concerned when he saw the wound Draco attained from the sharp claws.

Vicenzo glanced at the fight. Both were strong, and their movement created more destruction in the Labyrinth. That made Vicenzo concerned that those statues would appear out of nowhere.

"We should get you treated first," Felissa whispered, calling the Theta, who had fewer injuries.

The Theta was trembling upon seeing their Alpha’s condition. She tried her best to keep the blood from coming out, but his wounds were deep, and several organs were damaged.

Affonso’s wolf helped in healing, but their energy drained faster than expected.

"We should go back to the Pack House," Felissa stated in panic upon seeing Affonso’s condition worsen.

"N-no! I don’t w-want my w-wife to see me l-like this," Affonso muttered and puked blood. He knew he was dying, and his only wish was not to see the devastation in his family’s face.

"But..." Felissa bit her lips to stop herself from crying. She felt terrible and wanted to escape her responsibilities but couldn’t.

"D-don’t worry about m-me," Affonso replied lowly and closed his eyes. He accepted his fate to die early, but he felt reassured that his family would be alright since good people would take care of them.

Felissa shut her eyes tightly. ’Felicia, please come out,’ she thought, hoping that Felicia would take care of the mess.

’No, you must face the hardship, Felissa,’ Felicia replied before vanishing in Felissa’s consciousness. She could help, but that would tolerate Felissa’s childish behavior of running away from a problem.

Felissa wasn’t even shocked. She clenched her fists and slowly moved Affonso’s body to the Theta.

"What are you doing?" Vicenzo asked upon seeing Felissa stand up. He noticed the change in her aura and didn’t know if he would be proud or concerned.

"Taking responsibility," Felissa replied and went into all fours. She planned to transform into her wolf form and join the fight to end it earlier, so she could bring Affonso back to the Pack House.

As Felissa was about to transform. A figure appeared out of nowhere, covered in a black cloak.

At the same time, the other participants and traitors came out of the Labyrinth and saw the rare battle happening before their eyes.

Draco was able to subdue the gigantic bird’s neck and held the creature down with his paws. He growled loudly and howled to the moon at his victory. He was about to end the creature’s life when his body froze on the spot.

"Stop!" a high-pitched voice shouted. She extended her hand, which held the power to stop Draco from killing the bird.

"Who are you!?" Vicenzo asked and drew out his sword.

Everyone became wary of the unknown visitor, and the rest of the Knights formed a circle around her.

The woman lowered the hood over her face and used her power to throw Draco a meter away from the creature. The Knights were about to attack, but she quickly froze their muscles.

"Quiet! I meant no harm!" the woman shouted to prevent anyone from attacking. She sighed heavily before coming close to the creature; it was reaching the end of its life.

"Poor one, I’m sorry," the woman whispered, kissing the creature’s head and surprising everyone.

The creature’s eyes glanced at the woman and immediately flapped its wings in excitement. It created a lovely sound like the bird singing a melody.

The woman smiled and touched the deep wounds. Her palm started to glow, and a magical light appeared, healing the creature to its original body.

Upon seeing what had happened, Felissa ran toward the woman with hopeful eyes. "Please, save the Alpha!" she exclaimed in desperation. She didn’t care if that would tarnish her reputation as a Luna, but she wanted to ask for help from the capable ones without question.
