Chapter 318: The Decision For Her

"My Lady! I’m here!" Idola shouted and burst the door open with a Theta behind her. She frantically looked at Felissa and saw her on the bed with Vicenzo standing on the side. "Sir Vicenzo! You’re here!" she exclaimed.

"Yes," Vicenzo replied and took a step back for the Theta to examine Felissa, who was currently covered with a blanket to hide her flustered face.

"What happened to your clothes, Sir Vicenzo?" Idola asked innocently and pointed at Vicenzo’s shirt that was torn by Felissa.

"It ripped when I helped Lady Felissa on the bed. Don’t mind me here," Vicenzo stated before walking toward the door. "I’ll inform Her Majesty about what happened. I’ll be right back," he added before walking out.

Vicenzo knew Felissa didn’t want to meet him for a while after what had happened, but because of that, he finally got his answer. He went straight to Rosina’s office, but she wasn’t inside.

"Where is she?" Vicenzo muttered before running to the hall when he saw a black figure appearing in his peripheral vision. When he turned around, he saw Rosina smiling at him, wearing her usual black robe to cover her body.

"Are you looking for me, Sir Vicenzo?" Rosina smirked and walked closer to him.

Vicenzo was confused at how Rosina appeared behind him when there weren’t any doors in the hallway. He wanted to ask about it, but he shrugged it off. "I finally decided," he stated.

"That’s great!" Rosina smirked before walking to the side and opening the windows. "Come with me," she added before jumping down.

"Your Majesty!" Vicenzo screamed and was about to grab Rosina, but it was too late. He looked down and saw her standing perfectly from the ground.

"What are you doing, Sir Vicenzo? Come," Rosina stated with a giggle before walking toward the plantation of the 13th pack.

Vicenzo was confused if he would use the stairs or follow what Rosina did, but it was a bit high for him.

"Tsk!" Vicenzo stepped back to boost himself before running and jumping out of the window. He mobilized his body for a lesser impact before he hit the ground. It was a success.

In the distance, Rosina saw what he had done and was satisfied with it. Vicenzo was able to catch up with Rosina and was surprised when she handed him a bucket full of water.

"What should I do with this, Your Majesty?" Vicenzo asked while staring at the bucket.

"Water the plants. The vegetables are having trouble growing for a while," Rosina explained and started watering an area opposite Vicenzo.

"Your Highness, I’m here to talk to you about my decision regarding our last conversation," Vicenzo stated, putting the bucket down.

"Your mother grows vegetables for you to sell as a merchant, am I right?" Rosina said and turned her head back with a smile.

"How did you... know?" Vicenzo whispered in shock. He had kept her mother’s identity secret, but he was surprised at how Rosina was able to know such information.

Rosina smiled and ignored his question. "Since you have experience with plants. Would you like to help this pack grow some?" she asked kindly.

"Yes, Your Majesty," Vicenzo agreed since he had no choice. He started watering the plants and tended to them for hours while Rosina took a break while seeping some milk tea on the side.

"So, tell me what’s on your mind," Rosina finally asked after a while.

Vicenzo blinked a couple of times since that got out of his mind after enjoying the relaxing time. He stood up and dusted his clothes before walking closer to Rosina.

"I will work under your orders while acting as a spy to the enemy. As for my mother, she will continue to stay in the Mystic pack, but after everything is over. Let her come to Sabrecrown," Vicenzo stated carefully. It hurts him to think that he needed to give up on his mother due to the consequences of her leaving the pack. Even though she was outcasted by the noble family and the pack members. The Alpha still monitored her whereabouts.

"I see. Then we’re settled," Rosina smirked since her plan worked.

"So please, don’t hurt Felissa," Vicenzo whispered, his voice showing concern.

"Oh, don’t worry. As long as you continue being loyal to me and tell me everything. I can assure you all your loved ones will be safe. I will put my trust in you, Sir Vicenzo. If you betray me, you will know what will happen," Rosina giggled playfully. Although, she meant no harm and just wanted to play around with Vicenzo’s mind to get what she wanted from him.

"Okay, Your Highness," Vicenzo lowered his head and clenched his fist. "Lord Caj and his men will attack the 13th pack and search for the previous Queen and Prince Gastone," he informed.

"Eh, how amusing by how they won’t give up, but what should we do? Gastone is no longer in this realm," a smile grew on Rosina’s lips when she saw Vicenzo’s widened eyes.

"What... What do you mean?" Vicenzo staggered backwards in shock.

Their world has many realms with different creatures living in it. They were separated by a barrier that no other species could enter to prevent chaos from happening.

Although, one could still enter the barrier through a gate that needed a lot of blood sacrifice to open.

"You know what I mean, Sir Vicenzo. Let’s not dwell on that matter anymore," Rosina stated. It was supposed to be a secret between her and Draco, but she decided to tell Vicenzo the truth as a test for him.

Vicenzo had no words to say. He nodded in agreement and remained silent.

"As for the attack, let them come here since they want it so bad. Although, I don’t want you to participate and focus your attention on Felissa... for now," Rosina added and sipped her tea.

"How—" Vicenzo was about to ask, but he was cut off.

"You reeked with her smell. Now, go and do what’s right, or you will regret it in the future," Rosina stated and gestured for Vicenzo to go away.

Vicenzo sighed deeply in relief before bowing and returning to Felissa’s room. After all, he still needed to explain everything to her.
