Alpha's Bite Between My Legs -
Chapter 292: The Other Side
Chapter 292: The Other Side
Felissa stared at the knights putting the chains into the lady’s extremities. Rosina was beside her, eyeing Felissa using her peripheral vision.
The knights gruffed out smoke from their mouths before leaving the room without a word.
Felissa stared into their faces, but before she could ask any questions about them, Rosina spoke.
"You should see your toy now, Felissa. You can do whatever you want, and after you are done, ring this bell," Rosina explained and pointed at the bell at the door’s side.
"I see. Thank you, Rosina," Felissa stated with a smile.
Rosina waved her goodbye before turning around to leave, but she was stopped.
"Umm, Rosina. Am I really allowed to do whatever I want?" Felissa asked cautiously. She wanted to make sure she heard it right to prevent problems afterwards.
"Yes, Felissa," Rosina stated with a grin before closing the door and leaving Felissa alone in the room.
Felissa sighed deeply and looked at the lady staring at her with fear.
The lady had a bandage over her mouth to prevent any sound from escaping.
"I’m sorry, they are so rough with you," Felissa stated with pity and walked closer. The lady scooted backwards, hoping it would do something for her safety.
"Don’t be afraid. I won’t hurt you," Felissa stopped and raised her hands to show that she was harmless. Her soft and gentle demeanor made the lady trust her a little bit.
When Felissa noticed that, the lady calmed down. She stepped forward and unbound the bandage to let the lady speak.
"Sa-save me," the lady spoke with fear in her eyes. She wanted to leave that horrible place and go back to her family.
"I... Yes, I will try my best," Felissa replied with her lips trembling. She pitied the lady so much that her heart was breaking apart.
The lady’s face brightened up at what Felissa stated. She could see the hope of seeing the sun once again.
"Thank you so much! I will repay you with everything I have when I get my freedom back!" the lady exclaimed happily, her eyes twinkling.
Felissa froze on her spot. Her eye slowly rolled up before lowering her head. Her breath became rigid, and her aura changed.
"Haha! Freedom," Felissa whispered, but this time, the tone of her voice changed. It wasn’t gentle and reassuring anymore. Her voice sounded harsh and stern.
"Huh?" the lady became confused at the sudden change and thought it was weird.
Felissa slowly raised her head, and what the lady saw made her shiver.
"How selfish of you to take freedom so lightly? It’s something others can’t have," Felissa stated with pure anger. She glared at the lady as she walked closer. Her rage was seeping out of her pores, making the lady fearfully squeak.
"Please, don’t come any closer. I-I only want to get my freedom back. There’s nothing wrong with it!" the lady tried to give her reasons to save her life.
"Ah, how easy for you to say that. I’m so jealous! Ah! I’m so jealous!!!" Felissa screamed and grasped her face, pulling her skin down.
"N-no..." the lady whispered and had no words to say since her focus was disrupted by Felissa’s visual.
The once gentle noblewoman that could attract anyone because of her manner and innocence had changed. Her face became a madwoman that secreted bloodlust from her pores.
"I... can’t have the freedom I desired, so why will I give you that?" Felissa stated with disbelief before laughing maniacally.
The lady shivered and looked at Felissa from top to bottom. She felt she was talking to another person based on how Felissa flipped her personality.
"Who... are you?" the lady couldn’t help but ask. She was frightened by the other side of Felissa and wished she would return to normal. Her brain thought about where she did wrong that led to that situation.
"You don’t need to know," Felissa replied and flicked her tongue. "Now then, let’s proceed to have fun!" she added before grabbing a hammer from the cart and smashing the lady’s patella.
"AHHHH!!! STOP IT! AHHH!" the lady screamed in pain, but the sound was music to Felissa’s ears.
Felissa grinned from ear to ear. She felt good that she could hurt the lady without thinking of any consequences, unlike before. She was doing whatever she wanted without thinking about how to discard the body.
"Little lady, you should feel what I’m feeling," Felissa stated and wiped the blood that splattered on her face.
"Ahhhhh! It HURTS! IT HURTS!" the lady screamed while trashing around, but the chains tightened the more she moved.
"You should feel what it’s like to be kept in the dark, but I think you already know it," Felissa whispered, grasping the lady’s face and pulling her closer.
"And how dare you attack the Palace!? You’re an ungrateful wolf," Felissa growled, and it sounded feral, which made the lady tremble even more.
The lady realized that she couldn’t escape her end. She felt more frightened facing Felissa than she was with Rosina.
Felissa glanced at the other tools and got interested in using them all. She didn’t want to waste the fun that Rosina gave on her.
"You should be strong, little lady. Maybe if you manage to stay alive after I’m bored with you. I’ll set you free," Felissa stated with a kind smile, but her eyes glared daggers into the lady.
On the other side, Rosina stood behind the door, listening to Felissa’s conversation with the lady. She had been thinking a lot about Felissa and that she might be hiding something.
’I’m right,’ Rosina thought with a sigh. When the animal incident happened, she was in the forest area, strolling for some fresh air in the middle of the night without knights to follow her around.
By then, Rosina saw a female figure running so fast. She thought it was one of the spies, but when she got closer. She noticed it was a woman devouring the animal’s body.
That sight shocked and fascinated Rosina upon seeing a human form wolf eating like an animal. She was so immersed in looking at the woman that she didn’t notice the twig when she stepped forward, creating a sound.
The woman’s body froze, and she ran away immediately without turning around.
And that was how Rosina wasn’t able to see the woman’s face, but she couldn’t forget the scent and hair color. She brought Felissa downstairs to the dungeon to confirm her doubts, which were answered.
"Interesting, isn’t it?" Vanda whispered in Rosina’s ears. She appeared out of nowhere and leaned against the wall.
"Do you know about this?" Rosina asked firmly. Her face showed she didn’t like what was happening.
"Hmm, who knows?" Vanda shrugged and acted as if it was nothing. That action made Rosina to be aggressive.
"Don’t answer me like that, Vanda," Rosina spoke after grabbing Vanda by her shirt and pushing her against the wall.
"Okay, okay," Vanda raised both her hands in surrender. She fluttered her eyelashes playfully until Rosina let her go.
"Tell me everything you know about Felissa," Rosina stated firmly to show she wasn’t playing around. She knew what it was like to have a dark side that others would find weird or dangerous, and she didn’t want Felissa to experience that.
"Alright, I think you need to know this too," Vanda stated with a grin while Rosina kept quiet, waiting for her to continue.
"Well, you see. Young Felissa was pressured by her family into her duties as a noble, and the expectations are put on her shoulder. This leads her to think that she needs not to make any mistakes and be perfect," Vanda sighed.
"Then?" Rosina asked further and crossed her arms.
"Then, if Felissa makes a mistake. She will blame herself, and the hatred grows inside her every time she sees someone who attains freedom," Vanda added and raised an eyebrow. That alone made Rosina conclude many things in her mind.
"She’s jealous of them," Rosina stated with a deep sigh of realization.
"Hmm, I don’t know, but maybe," Vanda shrugged. She didn’t want to fill Rosina with all the information since she wanted her to work hard and use her brain cells.
"And that jealousy consumes her soul and creates another part of her," Rosina gasped in realization.
"Yes. There has been gossip about Lady Felissa’s family ordering this unique kind of pill along with the Alpha’s medications," Vanda informed before stretching her body to show that she was tired.
"I’ll see what I can help her with," Rosina replied, smiling at Vanda. "Thank you," she added.
"The solution is pretty easy, but it might be hard to do so. I wish you good luck, Rosina," Vanda stated softly before curtsying and vanishing into the darkness.
"Solution, huh?" Rosina whispered and thought about it briefly before an idea struck her mind.
The sound of the bell disrupted Rosina’s attention, and she immediately opened the door to reveal Felissa bathed in blood with tears in her eyes.
