Rosina looked up and glanced at Trice, who was smirking at her.

Trice thought Rosina would disagree with getting the crown base on what she had said earlier. She was confident she could take the title away from Rosina and make it hers.

"Yes, I will accept the responsibility," Rosina replied and lowered her head.

Rocco sighed in relief and immediately put the crown into Rosina’s head before someone would stop the coronation again.

"What!? Why did you accept the title!? You said you want your husband to be loyal, and he’s not! This baby is the proof of his infidelity!!!" Trice shouted in shock. Her voice was so loud that it echoed inside, causing the sensitive werewolf ears to ache.

Rosina smiled before standing up and facing the crowd with confidence seeping out of her pores to show she wasn’t affected by the events.

"I will address the issues since you low-life scums want an answer from me," Rosina said firmly and eyed every noble on Trice’s side. She ignored Trice’s rambling since, in her eyes, she was nothing more than a pest.

Murmurs started echoing inside the Palace upon hearing what Rosina stated. For them, she was vulgar and rude.

Draco was also shocked since he didn’t expect her to react that way in public, but he didn’t stop her. He felt proud that Rosina became different and wouldn’t let the enemies get in her way.

"My mate, Draco, is a womanizer. Let’s face that. For you, Lady Trice, you’re not the only woman he f^cked with," Rosina glanced at Trice with a smirk, which triggered outrage and irritability in Trice’s heart.

"I don’t owe anyone of you an explanation since you all don’t deserve it unless you’re an ally, but I don’t care. My mate may have f^cked around before, but that doesn’t mean he’s dumb and spurt his seeds for hoes. For that reason, I wonder how Lady Trice got hold of Draco’s sperm, or does it belong to Draco?" Rosina stated questionably.

"Are you saying the Theta is lying!? You’re crazy b^tch!" Trice shouted with anger. She was pissed at how Rosina was trying to print that she was a fake and a hoe at the same time.

"Oh, let me show you how crazy I can get, Lady Trice," Rosina smirked with a psychotic expression. She flicked her finger, and another woman appeared on the side.

"I would like to examine the pup’s blood again with another Theta," Rosina stated and presented the one she had. "This is Alessa Buratti, head Theta of the 13th pack," she added.

Alessa lowered her head and glanced at Rosina. She was contacted via mind link to come forward.

"You! Then that Theta will take your side! It’s unfair!" Trice complained and gritted her teeth.

"But aren’t that the same with your Theta? Then it’s unfair on my part that you conducted a blood examination with your own Theta," Rosina replied and blinked her eyes multiple times to irritate Trice.

Rosina faced Alessa and permitted her to touch the pup, but Trice took a step back and hugged the pup tighter.

"NO! I WON’T LET YOU!" Trice screamed and tried to run away, but a group of knights blocked her way. They grabbed her arms and forced her to the center.

Trice’s family stood up in her defence.

"King Draco! Is this how you treat the mother of your pup!?" Caj Pisano, brother of Trice, stepped forward with a raging expression. He didn’t like how Trice was treated.

"Am I really the father?" Draco asked and shrugged it off.

"Your Majesty! Believe me! This is our pup together! You don’t have to believe this b^tch!" Trice shouted and glared at Rosina. She didn’t take it seriously that Draco had a real mate. For her, it was only a political marriage, and she could destroy it.

Draco’s blood boiled upon hearing what Trice said. He walked up in front of her with raging eyes. "I hate that word coming from your mouth, hoe," he stated firmly before racing his hand and slapping Trice’s cheeks.

The slap’s sound resonated, and everyone was shocked at Draco’s violence.

Rocco couldn’t help but smile since he could see himself at Draco and wasn’t even mad about it.

"Rosina is my mate! My real mate given by the Moon Goddess! If any of you thought this was only political, then you’re wrong. Anyone who speaks ill about my mate will get their heads chopped off!" Draco announced and gathered a negative reaction from the crowd, but he didn’t regret it. He was pleased to show them that Rosina was his true mate.

"You’re kidding me...." Trice whispered with wide eyes while holding her painful cheek. She wasn’t even thinking about the slap; instead, she was shocked to know that Rosina was Draco’s true mate, which was rare to find in the werewolf realm.

Draco didn’t reply to Trice and returned to his spot beside Rocco.

"I’m proud of you," Rocco whispered while leaning beside Draco.

"Of course, I need to protect my true mate against the enemies," Draco whispered back, indicating how Rocco didn’t protect his true mate when Cinzia tried to interfere.

Rocco nodded in understanding before coughing the awkwardness.

"Since everything is settled. Let’s test the pup’s blood," Rosina stated boredly and ushered Alessa to perform her best.

"NO! NO! YOU CAN’T DO THIS TO MY BABY!" Trice screamed while trying to break free from the knight’s grasp, but her efforts failed.

"If you have nothing to hide. Then let us test the pup again. Miss Alessa, here is a great Theta. She won’t lie about the result," Rosina stated with a smirk, but that didn’t help the situation.

Trice didn’t want to cooperate and tried to forcefully hide the pup with her body and tried to bite Alessa’s hand when she was about to grab the pup.

"Haha... HAHAHA! You look like a rabid dog!" Rosina laughed loudly as she found it funny how Trice reacted. That alone was enough evidence for Rosina to know that the baby’s blood was suspicious.

After fifteen minutes of struggling to maintain Trice still and keep the baby safe, Alessa was able to get the pup’s blood.

"NO! YOU’RE HARMING MY CHILD!" Trice screamed so loud that her saliva splattered on the floor. She kept calling while looking at the Theta while the pup was on the floor, crying.

"Woman, your pup is in front of you," Rocco stated and pointed at the baby.

Trice was taken aback by Rocco’s words. She stopped screaming and looked at the pup, but there was no love in her eyes. She stopped struggling to break free and settled down since her strength was decreasing.

"Miss Alessa, please continue," Rosina stated and watched as Draco cut his palm to create a wound.

Then Draco dropped his blood on a golden cup. Alessa lifted the cup in the air, where the moonlight was shining. She carefully put the pup’s blood and waited for any reaction.

If the blood boiled meant the blood wasn’t compatible, but if it remained calm, they were related.

At the last test, the blood remained calm, and nothing happened, which concluded that the pup had Draco’s blood, but the blood suddenly boiled this time.

Rosina raised an eyebrow at what she had seen and glanced at Trice, waiting for her to react. "Go on, Trice. Create a scene for us all," she stated with a smirk.

Trice closed her mouth and planned to scream again, stating that the test was false and Rosina was cheating, but when she was called out. Something inside her feared what would happen if she made a scene, especially Rosina’s evil gaze.

"Trice!" Caj called out and glanced at her and at the cup. His look meant something, but Trice was afraid to speak out upon facing Rosina.

Trice’s wolf has its tail behind its leg and was submitting to Rosina, which made it hard for her to fight back. She slumped her shoulder and acted as if she had fainted to avoid the confrontation.

"Trice!" Caj yelled and rushed to Trice’s side, cradling her in his arms. "What have you done!?" he asked and faced Rosina.

"I did nothing but expose the truth. What a clever way of trying to ruin the new Monarch. You almost got me," Rosina replied with a victorious smile. She looked at the pup tossed to the side and felt pity an innocent life was used for their selfish gain.

"Knights, take them away," Draco called out. His voice boomed with authority, making the knights follow his command.

The crowd remained silent upon witnessing the scene. Their mouths hung open in shock and astonishment since it showed that Rosina or Draco was someone they couldn’t mess with.

The new realm that was supposed to be filled with peace was now changed into something dark and evil. One mistake could lead to their heads snapping away from their body.
