Chapter 199: The F^cker
Draco opened the bottle of wine while going down. He groaned from the taste. It was sweet and strong.
"At least that’s a good wine," Draco stated after taking a sip. He went down to the dungeon hours after he had visited earlier. He carried the wine with him and the torch on the other side.
Draco flicked his eyes as he opened a mind-link toward his Delta and Gamma to come with him. He went inside and glanced at Natale, who was resting.
"And you’re back, miss me?" Cleto taunted with a grin. He massaged his burnt hand to increase blood circulation and lessen the pain.
"Yes, I miss you dearly," Draco replied before showing Cleto the wine. "This taste good, by the way," he stated before drinking straight from the bottle.
Cleto’s eyes furrowed as he growled lowly. It was his precious wine that he had stored for years and never tasted it, but Draco had already drunk a portion.
"Ah, I wonder how you beat the grapes. I heard you like beating your family," Draco raised an eyebrow and put the bottle to the side.
"Oh, I don’t like beating, little Prince," Cleto leaned closer with a maniac smile as he spoke his following words. "I love them, especially when the wolves I beat cried and begged for their lives. HAHA!"
Cleto started laughing loudly that his voice echoed in the dungeon. The she-wolves excreted a fearful aura upon hearing his laughter.
"You seem proud of your work," Draco’s mouth twitched as he spoke. His anger skyrocketed, but he tried to control his emotions to avoid making wrong decisions.
"Your Highness, we have arrived," Duilio Palermo, Draco’s Delta, bowed and behind him was Biagio Lorenzo, the Gamma.
"Ah, finally," Draco smiled and patted his loyal wolves. "I have something for you," he stepped aside and gestured toward Cleto.
"What do you want us to do, Your Highness?" Duilio asked and looked at Cleto.
"I want you two to bring that man here. Strap him in the chair with silver chains. Seems like we can use his torture materials on the owner himself," Draco stated with a smirk.
In the middle of the cells was a table containing different torture materials. Cleto placed those things for everyone to see if he had someone to play with when he was bored.
Duilio and Biagio looked at one another with excitement. They liked playing with flesh and blood.
Draco watched his men open the door and grab Cleto’s side. He didn’t choose those under him just because they were good at their job. He chose them because they were more brutal than most wolves and weren’t hesitant to kill anyone in their way.
At first, the Monarchs weren’t approved of Draco’s choices since they wanted someone from the nobles, but Draco knew the real reason behind the Monarch’s intentions of hiring nobles since they would use them to spy on him.
Draco hired men he found suitable for the job and to his taste, even if they were ordinary wolves without a title.
"Let go! Do you know who I am!" Cleto shouted and tried to fight back, but Duilio and Biagio didn’t give a f^ck about him.
Cleto was still healing, and due to the exposure to silver, he was weak but still more robust than normal wolves. He used his remaining strength to punch Duilio and was able to hit his nose.
Biagio immediately came to his aid and strangled Cleto with his arm pinching his neck.
"You f^cker!" Duilio exclaimed with rage and punched Cleto’s face with full force as revenge.
"That’s a good one," Draco gave a thumbs up of approval when he saw blood dripping from Cleto’s nose.
"Thank you, Your Highness," Duilio bowed and felt good upon Draco’s compliment.
The two of them used a lot of force to put Cleto on the chair and strapped him with silver handcuffs.
"What are you doing to my father!" Rico shouted with concern. He couldn’t take in that his father was about to get tortured.
"Shut up, Rico, or do you want to join him?" Draco glanced at Rico and saw him cower.
Rico stayed silent as he watched his father struggle on the chair he invented.
"Well, you two can start now. I’ll finish this wine first," Draco stated and let his Gamma and Delta enjoy themselves.
"You will pay for this!" Cleto shouted toward Draco. It was his last words before Duilio put a strap with a ball into his mouth to prevent him from speaking.
Draco ignored Cleto’s words and his grunts. He made his way toward Natale, who was woken up by the noises made by her husband.
"Do you dislike me now?" Draco crouched down to match Natale’s head. His eyes focused on the tiny details that Natale made with her expression to see what she was honestly thinking.
Natale looked at his husband with loveless eyes before returning her attention back to Draco.
"No, I don’t," Natale replied flatly. She had lost her love and adoration for Cleto after years of abuse and false accusations thrown toward her. She felt helpless and hopeless in his hands. She didn’t feel safe any second of each day.
"Are you sure?" Draco pressed further and squinted his eyes.
"I had loved him before, but marrying him was the huge mistake of my entire life," Natale stated while shaking her head slowly. She sighed heavily to prevent the tears from coming out, but they did. She wiped it immediately to prevent Draco from seeing the pain she had accumulated inside.
"I understand," Draco nodded. Even though he only saw one scene of Cleto abusing Natale with his hand. It was enough to conclude that the gossip surrounding the abuse inside the Palecrest pack was indeed true.
When Draco opened the door, Natale nodded and was about to return to the edge of her cell.
"I need you to do something for me, Natale," Draco stated softly and gestured for her to come out.
