Accidental Marriage With Mr Billioniare -
Chapter 305: THE END
Chapter 305: THE END
The Gilbert mansion was abuzz with activity as the biggest and most powerful wedding of the year was about to take place.
The sun shone brightly overhead, casting a warm glow over the beautifully decorated gardens and the sea of guests milling about.
It’s a beautiful morning inside the mansion, Astrid and Maren, the two brides, are busy getting ready for their big day. Yeah, the best friends had planned to have their wedding in a day.
Astrid’s phone suddenly beeped, signaling an incoming text message. She stared at the screen, her heart racing, but when she opened it, it turned out it was spam.
Maddy noticed Astrid’s distraction and snatched the phone from her hand. "Hey, it’s supposed to be your happy day, why stress yourself out about results?" Maddy asked, rolling her eyes. "We all know you are smart and going to pass."
Astrid rolled her eyes good-naturedly and turned to Maren, who was now standing beside her, looking stunning in her wedding dress. "Wow, you look breathtaking," Astrid cooed, her eyes shining with admiration.
Maren blushed and smiled, her eyes sparkling with happiness. "You look pretty amazing yourself," She replied, eyeing Astrid’s beautiful wedding gown.
The two friends stood there for a moment, admiring each other’s dresses and grinning from ear to ear.
Maren smiled mischievously as she said, "Well the design was sketched out by the amazing talented Astrid so it’s going to come out with a bang."
Astrid chuckled and shook her head. "I just sketched them out, Maren. You are the one who did the greatest job, bringing my drawing to life."
The two friends smiled at each other, twirling around in their beautiful wedding gowns.
Maren’s eyes sparkled with amusement as she said, "Don’t worry about the results, Astrid. I am sure they will be great." she assured her.
Astrid took a deep breath, trying to calm her nerves. But before she could respond, Becky burst into the room, her face scrunched up in exasperation.
"You both!" Becky exclaimed, throwing up her hands. "This is why I didn’t want the weddings to happen on the same day. You’re supposed to be urging each other on, not making me older before my time."
Maren and Astrid rushed over to Becky, embracing her and showering her with kisses. "Of course not, Mom," they chimed in unison, apologizing for their behavior.
Becky rolled her eyes good-naturedly, smiling as she wiped away the kisses.
"You two are going to be the death of me. Now, let’s get going. The cars are waiting."
As they made their way outside, Becky was more than grateful to watch them both walk outside. She is the wedding planner and she couldn’t help but miss her best friend. They have always planned to make their kid’s wedding day a beautiful day for them.
"Mum!" Astrid called back Becky’s attention as she tagged along with them.
The limousine was already outside waiting for them, and Hennet, Maren’s chief bridesmaid, helped Maren into the car followed by Maddy, Astrid’s chief bridesmaid also assisted Astrid into the car, making sure her veil was securely in place.
As they settled into the car, Becky urged the other ladies to hurry up and get into their respective cars. The men were already waiting at the venue, and it was time for the brides to make their grand entrance.
The cars zoomed off, and Astrid felt her heart racing with excitement. They pulled up to the venue, and Astrid’s eyes widened as she took in the sheer number of press already waiting outside.
Guards from different segments emerged, securing their entrance. And Larry stepped forward to address them.
After what seemed like an eternity, two guards came forward to open the door, and Astrid stepped out of the car, followed by Maren, their eyes scanning the crowd.
People gasped as they took in the sight of the two brides, resplendent in their beautiful wedding gowns. Several flashes covered them as they were helped into the grand hall.
Astrid smiled, feeling like a princess as she walked into the venue.
Zach was waiting for her, beaming with pride. But Astrid’s eyes were drawn to someone else, Landon, Maren’s father. He looked so different from the last time Maren had seen him, his face transformed by surgery.
Maren’s eyes widened as she took in the sight of her father, and she felt several emotions seeing him again.
She had thought she would never forgive him, but seeing him now, she felt a sense of peace wash over her.
She ran into his arms like a kid, embracing him tightly. "You came... thank you so much," she mumbled, her voice trembling with delight.
Landon’s hand wrapped around her, holding her close. "Thank Astrid," he replied, "She made it possible."
Maren disengaged from the hug and turned to Astrid, who shook her head. "It’s the least I could do for my best friend," Astrid said, smiling.
Maren blew her a kiss, and then Becky appeared, reminding them that it was time to go inside. The two fathers wrapped their hands around their daughters’ hands, and Becky helped them adjust their veils.
As they walked into the venue, the classic wedding march filled the air, and Astrid felt a sense of nostalgia wash over her.
She thought back to the first wedding, the one that had brought her and Julain together.
She smiled to herself, feeling grateful for that day as she took each step toward where Julian stood.
She recalled back to the first time she had mistakenly gotten married to him. She couldn’t help but think If she hadn’t taken a bold step that day, maybe she wouldn’t have met Julain.
She thought about her mom, wishing she could be there to see her get married.
"Mum, I am getting married to the best man in the world, today like you have always wished" Astrid whispered to herself, feeling her mom’s presence around her.
"You may not be here physically, but I know you’re here spiritually to support me."
As they reached the altar, Astrid’s eyes met Julain’s, and she felt her heart skip a beat. This was her happily ever after.
Julian and Miles took the hands of her bride and now faced the man of God who smiled warmly at the two couples, his eyes shining with joy.
"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of two wonderful couples. Maren and Miles, Astrid and Julain, today you embark on a new journey together, one filled with love, laughter, and adventure."
He turned to Maren and Miles. " Now, let’s begin. Miles, please repeat after me."
Miles nodded, his voice clear and strong as he recited his vows. "I, Miles, take you, Maren, to be my wife, my partner, and my best friend. I promise to love you, cherish you, and support you, through all the joys and challenges of life."
Maren’s eyes shone with tears as she repeated her vows, her voice trembling with emotion. "I, Maren, take you, Miles, to be my husband, my partner, and my soulmate. I promise to love you, support you, and stand by your side, through all the ups and downs of life."
The man of God smiled, nodding in approval. "Now, let’s move on to our second couple. Julain, please repeat after me."
Julain’s eyes locked onto Astrid’s, his voice filled with conviction as he recited his vows. "I, Julain, take you, Astrid, to be my wife, my partner, and my everything. I promise to love you, cherish you, and protect you, with all my heart and soul."
Astrid’s voice was barely above a whisper as she repeated her vows, her eyes gleaming with happiness. "I, Astrid, take you, Julain, to be my husband, my partner, and my forever love. I promise to love you, support you, and stand by your side, through all the joys and challenges of life."
"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you, Maren and Miles, husband and wife. And I now pronounce you, Astrid and Julain, husband and wife."
The crowd erupted into cheers and applause as the two couples shared their first kisses as husband and wife.
The couples laughed, their lips still touching as they basked in the joy of their special day.
As they turned to face their friends and family, the crowd cheered and whistled, congratulating the two couples on their union. The atmosphere was filled with love, laughter, and joy.
Becky smiled, her eyes shining with tears as she hugged them all together.
"I am so proud of all of you," she said, her voice trembling with joy along with the fathers. "Today is a day I will never forget."
"I am so glad I walked right into this hall and ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED you" she whispered.
Julain smiles, his eyes locked onto hers. "I am glad you did too," he replied, his voice filled with emotion. "I love you, Astrid."
"I love you too, Julain," Astrid replied, her heart full of joy and love.
Just then Maddy gasped, gaining everyone’s attention... they turned to her wondering what it was all about.
The result is out!
