The angelic woman seeing that the man was overacting and that things might get out of hand, took several steps forward. And when she did, the villagers gave way, leaving just her and the burly man in the centre of it all.

"They are not laughing at you exactly or should I say that they are!" she suddenly said with a mocking expression, her gaze towards the man, that one of saying, ’I look down on you and very ashamed of you.’

And the burly man suddenly received such a gaze from her, that he was so angry that he blew off immediately.

"You .... How dare you look at me like that? Just because you are pretty you think that you can look down on others so easily?"

The angelic woman laughed out loud, the mocking expression widening, making the man tremble with more anger than before. "I have never come across such a stupid person before. I am quite curious, who paid you to come and play such a ridiculous one-man show like this? Aren’t you afraid of shaming your ancestors if they ever know about this?" the woman ridiculed the man, disdain written all over her face.

The man seeing that, his short brain didn’t think much before he raised his hand to punish this two-faced snake who had been looking at him with compassion and now, she has turned against him and mocked him.

Although he hadn’t met that shameless woman he was supposed to deal with, dealing with such a pretty and weak woman was very easy.

So, when the burly man’s hand started descending towards the woman, the villagers who weren’t expecting the man to strike suddenly like that, all exclaimed with others screaming for the woman.
