The next day, at Calista’s manor, people could be seen moving up and down, doing their relative chores.

Meanwhile, Leeshay and Diana were in Calista’s bedroom.

"Are you sure that you want to go out?" Leeshay asked doubtfully as she looked at Calista, who was supposed to be tucked in bed, resting and in confinement, and yet there she was, busy rummaging through her closet looking for something to wear.

"Um. I think at this rate if I continue being stuck in this room. I might go crazy," Calista answered seriously, her tone filled with immense disgust at being locked in the room.

She had tried her best and stayed put in the room for nearly a week. Wasn’t that good already? What more did they want from her?

She hadn’t seen her babies for the same period as well. Those two were recovering but recovering where she had no clue.

At this rate, someone might smuggle her babies without her knowledge. She wanted to go out.

The people she respected had done much. She knew that they would understand.

Seeing her like that, the two could only shake their heads and let her do whatever she wanted.

Calista was eager to wear something nice and show herself out there, even if it would be for a short moment. Her twins were sleeping and, according to their schedule, they would be sleeping for two to three hours.

She just needed to make sure that she would be back home before then.

It’s been a long time since she wore something nice and something that just showed off her body. Being pregnant made her have this huge belly, and she had to wear these huge clothes.

But now, she was returning to her old good days. She couldn’t wait to wear the clothes once again.

She picked a white boob-tube dress from the closet and a pink blouse to put on top.

Seeing the choice of clothes, Leeshay and Diana looked at her in a daze.

Calista saw their reaction and started wondering what was wrong with them.

"Did something get into your eyes?" she asked curiously as she stripped off the nightwear that she was wearing, disregarding the other women in the room.

They were all women, so why should she be embarrassed to be naked in front of them?

Unfortunately for the two, this behavior wasn’t very common.

On top of being shocked by the clothes’ choices, they had to be attacked by Calista’s nakedness.

"You .... Can’t you change when we are out?" Leeshay scolded as she pointed at Calista while looking away, not forgetting to praise Calista’s body in the process.

When other people give birth, the belly usually is the troubling part. There would be stretch marks all over, which would decrease the beauty of the mother. And yet when looking at Calista although it was brief, Calista looked like a maiden.

It was as if she wasn’t pregnant or gave birth at all.

Was this the wonder of people with abilities like her?

No wonder why she was the target of many in the last ten years.

Calista, who was changing, chuckled heartily as she looked at the two women who had looked away while changing, clicked her tongue and asked, "What’s there to be shy about? It’s not like a man is standing in front of you," continuing with her changing.

Hearing her provoking them like that, the two women boldly looked at her, though their faces were red as if someone had sprinkled some chilli on them.

"We will look! Are you happy now?"

"Yes, yes. I am," Calista cooed at them as she put on the blouse while making funny faces.

The two women could only chuckle helplessly.

Watching her wearing sandals, Leeshay finally couldn’t hold it and asked, "Dear, don’t you think that your colors and the weather don’t seem to match?" worried about the mud.

It was raining and there were mud pools all over. With the white dress she was wearing and then sandals, wasn’t she afraid of getting dirty?

However, Calista shrugged as she answered, "You don’t have to worry about that. Unless that drop of mud wants a piece of me, nothing will get on me," serous with her words.

How could she be defeated by mud or rain?

Although her spiritual energy wasn’t as much as it was before since she was recovering slowly. It won’t reach the stage of getting bullied, even by mud.

That was more so when she saw her unruly son who refused to grow up, calling Calista excitedly as he dashed towards her.

"Cali! You are finally out!" Hayes called out excitedly, making Calista who was walking notice that Hayes and his family were also leaving the manor.

She stopped in her tracks and turned around to see this young man who had accompanied her and made her life very interesting in such a short period with a smile on her face.

"Did you miss me, little bro?" she asked teasingly as she opened her arms towards the young man.

Everyone who had their gaze on the two who never played by the rules held their breaths while Madam Fischer’s body was trembling badly as she pointed at the two shameless people who didn’t conform to the rules.
