Chapter 203: Chapter 203: WHITEY’S IDENTITY 2

Hayes, seeing that Whitey might be in danger, looked at Calista, hoping that they would stop it, but seeing that sinister smile on his face, he knew that it was pointless. Rather, he gave a sign to his men to keep Orson’s men anywhere near them.

The kitten was very intelligent and if in danger, it could run away, but if something happened to Calista, he wouldn’t know what to do.

So, when Ba Susan arrived panting and in distress after hearing the commotion happening at the entrance of the village, a scene which nearly made him faint with fear welcomed him.

What the heck was going on?

Before he could move forward to ask or stop the two sides from shocking everyone, Calista’s voice entered his ears.

"Whitey, you know what to do? Be fast and let’s go home. It’s been long since I got a ride from you!"

What the heck was she talking about?

That was what everyone thought when Calista said those words.

When Vaani heard that, she clicked her tongue; her face looked very sinister, especially with the claw marks on both cheeks.

"Umph! Tonight, I will eat cat stew. Just watch me!" she gloatingly said as she took out her whip from her waists, ready to whip the darn cat to death.

However, at that moment, another scene that no one would ever forget and would be the cause of their nightmares for weeks to come happened.

Whitey, who had been lazing around while hissing at Vaani a moment ago, suddenly started changing.

Orson took a step back as he felt the pressure which had been suppressed for goodness how long get released.

Hayes’s eyes were wide open as he witnessed a miraculous thing. The small milky-white kitten Whitey started enlarging right in front of everyone.

It took a brief moment for Whitey to change from a small kitten to a very big cat, or should he say, a tiger? But no, that animal was not a tiger. He didn’t even know what to call it, but it was so big that it was as tall as Calista.

Vaani stumbled and fell on her butt when the kitten she wanted to stew turned into a monster. One that was ridiculously so big that the ones she saw in that book of legendary monsters were like puppies in front of it.

Liquid streamed down her legs as she crawled away from the white monster, which kept on advancing towards her.

"You.... Stop. Don’t come to me! I am sorry. Don’t eat me!" Vaani started begging for forgiveness, tears and snorts running down her face as the stench of urine rose in the air.

Everyone was frozen as they watched this scene.

Most of the villagers who wouldn’t sleep after seeing a tiger cub had already fainted while the strong were still shaking. As for Ba Susan, he was frozen on the spot, not knowing what to do.

On the other hand, Hayes and Orson both looked at Calista with a complicated expression. They didn’t know what to think at all.

Meanwhile, Susan hadn’t followed Calista since she needed to check that everything was cleaned before going to Calista’s manor. Her lips were raised in a smirk as she witnessed this wonderful scene.

’I knew that it was her who saved me that other time. It was definitely not a dream!’ she was beaming as she looked at the monstrous Whitey, the same beast which had appeared one time, four or five years ago and saved her.

Of course, the next day, when she told her family and Calista about it, none of them believed her and told her that she was too stressed and hallucinated.

But now, seeing Whitey’s original appearance, the way she looked at Calista changed.

It seems that there were many times that her friend had helped her but never said a thing.

She was indeed a treasure.

**

Calista nodded with pride as she looked at the majestic presence of her dear child. This was Whitey’s original appearance, the kind that couldn’t be easily shown in this world of hers.

Whitey and Blackey were spiritual pets, or rather guardians rewarded to her by the system when she finished the missions. With them by her side, she didn’t need to raise a finger at all. These two were capable of dealing with all problems for her.

With them so big, would she need to fear any beast or human being?

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk." Calista shook her head as she clicked her tongue while walking towards where Whitey was currently, scaring the heck out of that loud mouth who wanted to run her mouth.

"I didn’t think that Orson kept such cowardly people by his side! But anyway, I am not surprised. He is a coward himself, so how can the surrounding people be strong!" she gloatingly said as she looked at Orson, whose expression was pale.

She could see the fear on the man’s face.

He was indeed lucky that Whitey never got so angry at him to the extent of acting out. If that really happened, would he even dare ....?

Anyway, that was the past.

Calista approached Whitey and the huge face nuzzled her, making her giggle as she praised him. "Well done, son. In the future, if anyone dares mess around with me, scold me behind my back or report what just happened here. Then you deal with them for me. Okay!" and the remaining words were all threats to the melon eaters who had been frozen by shock.

If they dared report and spread the news that Whitey was like this, and she happen to face officials or greedy beings, she didn’t know what she would do.

Of course, it wasn’t just about those who like spreading what they shouldn’t, but also those who love gossiping about her.

Let’s see if they dare to do so in the future.

They were scared by Whitey now, if they were to see Blackey, would they even sleep?

Just thinking about it, Calista couldn’t help but laugh out loud, baffling those who were being threatened. What happened again, this time for her to suddenly laugh like that?

However, when they heard a hissing sound accompanied by slithering, goosebumps appeared on their skin as they all fell back, too scared to see any kind of animal right now.

Who knows if the animal was called by Calista?

Calista, who was laughing a moment ago, suddenly stopped as her head turned towards the direction where the hissing and slithering was coming from.

Realizing what was happening, a smile blossomed on her face as she called out, "Darling! Behave and don’t scare people!" that statement was more of a death sentence to those who were listening.

’She even has a snake!’ that’s all Vaani thought of before she fainted.
