With the achievements I am certain you will get in the future once your factory is up and running, I was wondering if you think is possible to open a shop or a few in town?" Sir Henrich asked his gaze on Madam Solace, who seemed to be digesting what he was saying.

"I am not stopping you from opening the market street you wanted. However, before the market street is boosted, you can start marketing your products over there and ...."

Roughly, the councilor didn’t want to let go of an opportunity to boost the town where he lives.

If she wanted to open a shop in Silverbroke town, the person managing the shop, if from the village, must travel ten hours a day. Did that even make sense?

There was no way she was going to kill her fellow villagers with fatigue every day.

If they wanted to open the shop early, then leave the village at night and come back at night. Just because of some measly copper and silver coins, she didn’t dare risk that.

She didn’t trust anyone who wasn’t her friend or villager who she could settle scores with if that person betrayed her, which meant that there was no candidate for the shop’s manager. And since there wasn’t one, why not choose another path?

She was going to open a factory in the future. Instead of taking the retail route, she might as well take the wholesale route. Those who want her products, let them come and buy them from her in the village. There were many merchants out there.

I am too lazy to manage something that far away, which is why I decided to open that street market. It’s closer to me and even if I am too lazy to go there, I will be forced to.

Calista didn’t hide her thoughts from the two men but laid out the truth and her thoughts about everything.

The more Sir Henrich listened, the more he found out how Madam Solace’s thoughts were different from the rest.

She was full of ideas, and yet her laziness was her bane. At the same time, if he pushes aside the laziness part, he acknowledges her reasons very much.

Not any Tom and Jack can get things from her just because they have a thick wallet ready to be splurged.
