Chapter 220: Don’t Kiss Me!
Chapter 220: Don’t Kiss Me!
Maybe if Draven had some fun, he would get over it.
Who knows? He may probably feel that way because he has not done anything in a while. He was likely in that sort of situation, and that was why he was desiring all that kind of intimacy. He was not a stone or an empty vessel after all.
A soft breath fled from Draven, and he walked over to the bed. He sat down, crossing his legs and folding his arms to stare at the lady.
The lady smiled at him. She took her coat off, letting it fall to the floor. Now, she was clad in nothing but the short dress that showed off her perfect thighs and a good amount of her cleavage.
Draven cocked an eyebrow and watched her approach him. He released his crossed legs, allowing her to sit on his lap.
Slowly, in a seductive manner, the lady began to unbutton his shirt while biting her lower lips. One needn’t be told to figure out that she found Draven to be her ideal type, which leaves her quite excited.
She leaned in, attempting to capture his lips with hers, but Draven put a hand over her mouth, pushing her head back.
"Do not try such. Do whatever you want, but don’t kiss me," he said to her. Although it sounded more like a warning,
The lady frowned, flickering her eyes in confusion. "What? W-why?"
Draven’s expression turned ugly, but he did not give her a response.
The lady cackled in perplexity. "I don’t understand. What is the point if I cannot even kiss you?" she asked.
"I have a wife." Draven’s response was straightforward.
"A wife?" The lady chuckled, amused. "Why does that matter? Besides, if you have a wife, your Highness, why are you here with me?" She was skeptical.
Draven wrinkled his brows. "That is none of your business. Get on with it and leave." His tone was filled with annoyance.
Even with this woman right with him, he could not get his mind off Avelina. Every second, she crossed his thoughts, and he could not help but feel a bit guilty for the things he had said to her. They were wrong, and he must have made her uncomfortable.
But then again, that was quite how he felt. He did suddenly have the urge to kiss her. He wanted to, and even now he still wants to. Her lips were the only ones he wanted to taste, not some other woman’s lips. He would not like it, and he knew.
Never had he enjoyed something he didn’t desire. He had to want it first to take it.
The lady grumbled under her breath. She took his shirt off halfway and began to kiss him all over, making her way down to his lower abdomen.
Draven crumpled his brows. Why had he yet to feel anything despite all this woman was doing? He wasn’t even bulging at all, not even a little bit.
No, impossible! Nothing was wrong with him, and he was sure of that. He has had much intercourse, so why? What was suddenly going on with him? Why can’t he feel something?
The young lady raised her head to look at him. "Am I not doing it right? Why aren’t you excited at all?" She looked heavily confused. She was sure that she had used her best on this man, so what was going on? She had touched him in ways that would instantly get any man aroused, but this man sat here looking at her, not even feeling a tiny bit titillated.
Draven blinked his eyes at her question. He lowered his head, glancing at her, but at the sight of her face, his eyes widened slightly. The person in his vision was not the blondie, but Avelina.
What? Draven appeared bemused. He frowned and immediately shook his head. He rubbed his eyes, afraid that he might be hallucinating, and indeed he was, because the next time he looked at the lady, he no longer saw Avelina.
"Oh!..." the lady exclaimed, smiling at his bulge. "There we go."
Draven’s eyes slowly flickered, and upon realization, he pushed the lady off. Of course, this was the reason. The one he wanted was Avelina, not this lady.
He stood up from the bed, zipping his pants up and buttoning up his shirt. "You can leave."
"What?" The lady stared at him, confused.
"But we haven’t even done anything at all. W-why? What did I do wrong?" she questioned, desperate. Sure, she was going to get paid, but truth be told, she wanted to have her way with this man, and this was an opportunity. He was her ideal man after all—he was most ladies’ ideal man.
Draven glanced at her. He did not give her a reply but simply walked over to the door. "You will be paid regardless, so please take your leave."
He left the room, slamming the door shut.
The blondie gazed at the door in disbelief. She clutched her chest, pondering if what had just happened was real. What had she done wrong? Why did he lose interest and reject her?
She stood up from the floor and walked over to grab her coat. She zipped up her dress, wore the coat over her body, and left the room.
Just as Draven had said, she did indeed get paid. She should be happy, right? Even though she did nothing, she still got her payment. But this was rather making her sad. Somehow, she felt she didn’t do much and wasn’t good enough, thus the rejection
A cynical breath fled her nose, and she exited the mansion to return to her workplace.
...
Wanting to get rid of the lady’s touch on his body, Draven took a shower and changed into a new set of clothing.
He had to return to the royal mansion, but to avoid making Avelina even more uncomfortable than he already did, he would have to take a different room and spend his time there.
